The modules in the intelligent self-service government service system can be all or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. s45, based on the trained question generator, combining the government affair document and the extracted target sentence to generate a question-answer pair.

and a sign pen is further arranged on the mounting frame.
In an embodiment, an intelligent self-service government service terminal further comprises a keyboard, wherein the keyboard is in communication connection with the display screen.
In an embodiment, an intelligent self-service government service terminal further comprises an indicator light for indicating the progress status of the government service, wherein the indicator light is fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the mounting frame.
In an embodiment, an intelligent self-service government service terminal further comprises a loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is in communication connection with the display screen.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by the processor, implements any one of the intelligent self-service government service terminals described above.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of when executing the computer program:
s1, verifying identity information of a business handling applicant;
s2, if the verification is passed, acquiring government affair request data of the business handling applicant;
s3, generating a corresponding government service strategy and automatically circulating the government service strategy based on the government request data;
and S4, simultaneously, inputting the government affair request data into a preset knowledge base, and automatically outputting a progress text to return to the intelligent self-service government affair service terminal.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the system is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

Claims (14)

1. An intelligent self-service government affair service system is characterized by comprising an intelligent self-service government affair service terminal, and further comprising a comprehensive information platform in communication connection with the intelligent self-service government affair service terminal, wherein the comprehensive information platform is in communication connection with a handheld mobile terminal, the comprehensive information platform comprises a government affair processing subsystem for data processing, the government affair processing subsystem comprises,
the verification module is used for verifying the identity information of the business handling applicant;
the government affair request data module is used for acquiring government affair request data of the business handling applicant when verification passes;
the government service strategy module is used for generating a corresponding government service strategy based on the government request data and automatically circulating the government service strategy;
The government service policy module includes,
a category unit, configured to determine a category of the government request data based on the government request data;
the target text feature unit is used for extracting target text features in the government affair request data based on the category of the government affair request data;
the policy unit is used for matching corresponding government service processing templates according to the category of the government request data, filling the target text features into the government service processing templates and generating corresponding government service processing policies;
the auxiliary text module is used for inputting the government affair request data into a preset knowledge base, automatically outputting a progress text and returning the progress text to the intelligent self-service government affair service terminal;
the auxiliary text module includes a text-to-text module,
the first training data set unit is used for acquiring government documents, questions and answers and generating a first training data set;
the second training data set unit is used for training the target sentence extractor according to the first training data set to obtain government affair documents, questions, answers and key sentences as a second training data set;
a question generator unit for training a question generator based on the second training data set;
The target sentence unit is used for extracting target sentences from the untagged government request data based on the trained target sentence extractor;
the auxiliary text unit is used for automatically outputting a progress text to return to the intelligent self-service government affair service terminal based on the trained question generator and combining the government affair request data with the extracted target sentences, wherein the question generator is a graphic neural network, performs theme aggregation according to government affair documents, questions and answers, extracts questions and backgrounds thereof, obtains background knowledge maps by combining classification labels, and obtains the progress text corresponding to the government affair request data based on cognitive map matching for questions and answers.
2. The intelligent self-service government service system of claim 1 wherein said integrated information platform further includes an intelligent pre-warning subsystem for government service process progress pre-warning, said intelligent pre-warning subsystem comprising,
the timing unit is used for recording the circulation starting time of the government affair request data and the time consumption of real-time government affair service processing;
and the over-period early warning unit is used for combining the circulation nodes of the government affair request data, marking the government affair request data and warning when the processing time of the real-time government affair service exceeds a preset threshold value.
3. The intelligent self-service government service system of claim 2 wherein said integrated information platform further includes a geographic information subsystem for providing location information, said intelligent early warning subsystem further comprising,
the data reliability detection unit is used for detecting the reliability of the government affair request data based on the historical government affair document data;
and the position reporting unit is used for acquiring and reporting the position information of the corresponding intelligent self-service government service terminal based on the geographic information subsystem when the detection result is that the government service request data is unreliable.
4. The intelligent self-service government service system of claim 2 wherein said intelligent pre-warning subsystem further comprises,
the evaluation data unit is used for acquiring evaluation results of government affair requests of all business handling applicants;
the evaluation unit is used for calculating the service performance of the corresponding government request based on the evaluation result and combining the corresponding government request data;
and the performance early warning unit is used for warning when the service performance does not meet the preset condition.

verifying identity information of a business handling applicant;
if the verification is passed, acquiring government affair request data of the business handling applicant;
based on the government affair request data, generating a corresponding government affair service strategy and automatically circulating;
and simultaneously, inputting the government affair request data into a preset knowledge base, and automatically outputting a progress text to return to the intelligent self-service government affair service terminal.
8. A method for handling cross-regional government affairs service is characterized in that the method is applied to the intelligent self-service government affair service system according to any one of claims 2-4, and comprises the following steps,
Recording the circulation starting time of the government affair request data and the time consumption of real-time government affair service processing;
and marking the government request data and alarming when the processing time of the real-time government service exceeds a preset threshold value by combining with the circulation node of the government request data.

An intelligent self-service government service terminal is characterized by being applied to the intelligent self-service government service system of any one of claims 1-6, and comprising a mounting frame, wherein a display screen for visually displaying government service contents is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame, a serial port of the display screen is electrically connected with network communication equipment, and further comprises,

14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 7 to 8.
