In the present embodiment, an oil guiding structure 6 is disposed in the housing 1 near the fume collecting hood 2, and the oil guiding structure 6 is used for guiding the oil in the housing 1 to flow and drip. The oil guide structure 6 can rotate in the lifting process of the fume collecting hood 2, so that the flow path of oil is changed, when the fume collecting hood 2 is exposed below the shell 1, the oil drops from the oil guide structure 6, enters the inside of the fume collecting hood 2, and finally enters the oil box 7; when the fume collecting hood 2 is hidden in the shell 1, oil drops from the oil guiding structure 6, passes through the front side of the fume collecting hood 2 and finally enters the oil box 7.
In the present embodiment, the top front side of the oil box 7 is exposed to the front of the fume collecting hood 2, and is provided with an oil drain hole 71, and when the fume collecting hood 2 is hidden in the casing 1, oil drips down on the front side of the fume collecting hood 2, and enters the oil box 7 through the oil drain hole 71.
When collection petticoat pipe 2 is hidden in casing 1, oil box 7 is nearer to bottom plate 11, consequently oil can directly drip and accurately get into oil box 7 through oil drain hole 71 from collection petticoat pipe 2's front side, nevertheless when collection petticoat pipe 2 descends and exposes in the below of casing 1, because the unable guarantee oil of distance can accurately get into oil box 7 through oil drain hole 71 far away, through setting up oil guide structure 6, guide oil drip to collection petticoat pipe 2 in and finally get into oil box 7, avoided the inaccurate condition emergence of drip.
Through the setting of oil guide structure 6, can change the flow path of oil according to the different positions of collection petticoat pipe 2 (be located casing 1 below, hide in casing 1) to first oil circuit r1 and second oil circuit r2 have been formed, two kinds of oil extraction modes under the working condition of matching collection cigarette device, shut down the state, these two kinds of oil extraction modes share an oil box 7.
Referring to fig. 8-12, in this embodiment, the oil guiding structure 6 has a first end 61 far from the fume collecting hood 2, a second end 62 near the fume collecting hood 2, and an oil guiding surface 63 on top of the oil guiding structure 6, wherein the first end 61 is rotatably connected to the bottom plate 11 of the housing 1 near the edge of the fume collecting hood 2, the oil guiding structure 6 can rotate up and down, and when the fume collecting hood 2 is hidden in the housing 1, the first end 61 of the oil guiding structure 6 is lower in level than the second end 62, so that the oil on the oil guiding surface 63 flows toward the first end 61 and drops from the first end 61 onto the bottom plate 11, then flows on the bottom plate 11, drops on the front side of the fume collecting hood 2, and finally enters the oil box 7 through the oil drain hole 71. When the fume collecting hood 2 descends and is exposed below the casing 1, the oil guiding structure 6 rotates so that the level of the second end 62 is lower than that of the first end 61, and the second end 62 extends into the inner space of the fume collecting hood 2, so that the oil on the oil guiding surface 63 flows beyond the second end 62 and drops into the fume collecting hood 2 from the second end 62 and finally enters the oil box 7.
In this embodiment, the front of the fume collecting hood 2 and above the fume collecting groove 21 are provided with a notch 22, so that when the fume collecting hood 2 is exposed below the casing 1, the second end 62 of the oil guiding structure 6 can extend into the inner space of the fume collecting hood 2 through the notch 22.
In this embodiment, the oil guiding structure 6 is provided with an elastic reset member 64, and under the action of the elastic force of the elastic reset member 64, the oil guiding structure 6 can be driven to rotate and reset to a state of guiding the oil to drop into the fume collecting hood 2, that is, the level of the second end 62 is lower than that of the first end 61. When the fume collecting hood 2 is hidden in the casing 1, the lower edge of the notch of the fume collecting groove 21 is supported on the bottom surface of the oil guiding structure 6, so that the first end 61 of the oil guiding structure 6 is lower than the second end 62 in level, and oil can drop from the first end 61 and enter the oil box 7 through the oil leakage hole 71. When the fume collecting hood 2 descends, the oil guiding structure 6 loses the supporting function of the lower edge of the notch of the fume collecting groove 21, the oil guiding structure 6 rotates to reset under the elastic action of the elastic reset piece 64 until the upper edge of the notch of the fume collecting groove 21 is propped against the top surface of the oil guiding structure 6, namely the oil guiding surface 63, so that the oil guiding structure 6 rotates and the second end 62 is attached to the front surface of the fume collecting hood 2 and slides relatively until the second end 62 slides to the notch 22, the oil guiding structure 6 rotates to reset under the elastic action of the elastic reset piece 64, and the second end 62 stretches into the inner space of the fume collecting hood 2 through the notch 22.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate 11 of the casing 1 is provided with two spaced apart rotary connecting seats 65, the rotary connecting seats 65 are provided with rotary shafts 651, and the left and right sides of the first end 61 of the oil guiding structure 6 are respectively provided with insertion holes 652 in plug-in fit with the rotary shafts 651, so that the oil guiding structure 6 can rotate around the rotary shafts 651.
In this embodiment, one of the rotational connection seats 65 is provided with an elastic restoring member 64, or both of the rotational connection seats 65 are provided with an elastic restoring member 64, the elastic restoring member 64 is provided as a scroll spring, the rotational connection seat 65 is provided with a space 65a for accommodating the scroll spring, and an opening 65b for allowing the scroll spring to protrude, the scroll spring is sleeved outside the rotation shaft 651, one end thereof is connected to the rotation shaft 651, the other end thereof protrudes from the rotational connection seat 65 through the opening 65b, and is connected to the oil guiding structure 6. The elastic reset piece 64 is set as a spiral spring, so that the oil guide structure 6 can be reset under the action of the elastic reset piece 64 when rotating along two directions in a reset state, thereby meeting the rotation requirement of the oil guide structure 6 in the embodiment.
The left and right sides of the top surface of the oil guide structure 6 are higher than the oil guide surface 63, so that the oil can be prevented from leaking sideways. In this embodiment, the top surface of the oil guiding structure 6 is provided with bank surfaces 631 on the left and right sides thereof, the portion between the two bank surfaces 631 is the oil guiding surface 63, and the bank surfaces 631 are higher than the oil guiding surface 63 to prevent side leakage.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate 11 has a hollow area, the edge of the hollow area extends into the casing 1 to form a closing frame 111, the edge of the closing frame 111, which is close to the fume collecting hood 2, has an upwardly extending sealing edge 112, the sealing edge 112 prevents oil from dripping, the sealing edge 112 is provided with an oil outlet structure 113 at a position above the oil guide structure 6, and oil flows along the sealing edge 112 and drips from the oil outlet structure 113 onto the oil guide structure 6.
In this embodiment, the edge seal 112 is provided with a notch at the oil outlet structure 113, the oil outlet structure 113 includes side panels 1131 extending outwards from two sides of the notch of the edge seal 112, and a bottom panel 1132 extending outwards from the closing frame 111 and connected to the two side panels 1131, the two side panels 1131 and the bottom panel 1132 form an oil guiding groove, and the groove width of the oil guiding groove gradually decreases along the oil outlet direction, so that the oil collecting effect is achieved.
In the present embodiment, the oil screen 13 is disposed at the closing frame 111, and the oil screen 13 is provided with a mesh 131 for allowing the oil fume to enter the housing 1, and the oil screen 13 can guide the oil to flow to the edge of the edge seal 112 and drop onto the oil guiding structure 6. The oil screen plate 13 is made of flexible silica gel material through hot pressing or injection molding to form a net-shaped hollow shape, and the surface is sprayed with an oleophobic layer so that the oil screen plate has a better oil guiding effect.
In this embodiment, a plurality of mounting posts 114 are disposed on the closing frame 111, the oil screen 13 is attached to the closing frame 111, mounting holes 132 are disposed at positions corresponding to the mounting posts 114 on edges of the oil screen 13, the mounting posts 114 penetrate through the mounting holes 132 to fixedly mount the oil screen 13 in a hanging manner, the mounting posts 114 are made of elastic materials, such as silica gel materials, the caliber of the mounting posts is slightly larger than that of the mounting holes 132, and fastening is achieved after the mounting posts 132 penetrate through the mounting posts.
