Description

Preparation method of tencel cotton interwoven fabric and interwoven fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile, in particular to a preparation method of tencel interwoven fabric and the interwoven fabric.
Background
The tencel fiber is an artificial cellulose fiber, the raw material of which is cotton pulp or wood pulp, belongs to renewable resources, and can be degraded in a short time after being abandoned. The solvent in the production process can be recycled, no waste liquid is discharged, the process is simple, the flow is short, and the resource is saved. The fiber section of the tencel is round, the surface is smooth, the crystallinity is high, the orientation degree of a crystallization area is high, and the molecular arrangement is compact; under the dry and wet conditions, the stability and the strength of the fabric are obviously better than those of common viscose fibers, and the fabric containing tencel shows good dimensional stability. However, due to the high crystallization and high orientation degree structure of the tencel fiber, the fiber only expands perpendicularly to the axial direction after absorbing water under wet condition, and fibrillation phenomenon is easy to occur under the action of friction force.
Because of the characteristics of cool tencel, good sagging feel and high strength, various textiles are often manufactured by interweaving the tencel with other fibers or by interweaving the tencel with other fibers, wherein the tencel cotton fabric is widely applied. However, the tencel fabric has the advantages of high strength and good moisture absorption and air permeability, and meanwhile has the defect that the cellulose fiber fabric is easy to wrinkle. The crease-resistant finishing of the pure cotton fabric is mature, but the conventional crease-resistant finishing of the pure cotton is not suitable for the tencel fabric due to the chemical property difference of the tencel and the cotton fiber.

In an example of the preparation method of the tencel interwoven fabric, in the step S1, the alkali liquor is sodium hydroxide solution, and the content of sodium hydroxide in the alkali liquor is 250-300 g/L. The temperature of the alkali liquor is 25-40 ℃, and the treatment time of the alkali liquor on the cotton yarn is 100-140 s. Firstly, washing cotton yarn with water at 60-80 ℃ and then washing cotton yarn with water at 30-50 ℃. And (3) stretching the cotton yarn in the mercerizing process, wherein the elongation length of the stretched cotton yarn is 1-3%.

In an example of the method for producing the tencel interwoven fabric, in the step S2, the warp yarn is mercerized cotton yarn with a count of 40-80S, the weft yarn is tencel yarn with a count of 40-80S, the density of the warp yarn is 144-200 pieces/inch, and the density of the weft yarn is 90-140 pieces/inch. In an example of the preparation method of the tencel interwoven fabric, in the step S3, the adding amount of the purified cotton enzyme in the working solution is 25-35 g/L, and the adding amount of the hydrogen peroxide is 40-65 g/L. The purified cotton enzyme is purified cotton enzyme GXI, and the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 25-30%. The padding is one padding, and in the padding process, the liquid carrying rate of the interweaved fabric is 80-120%. Because the physical and chemical properties of the tencel are different from those of the cotton, the mercerization process of the tencel and the cotton also has certain difference, and therefore, a double-mercerization process is adopted, namely, the cotton yarn is mercerized with concentrated alkali first, and then the tencel and cotton interweaved fabric is mercerized with low alkali, so that the optimal mercerization effect of the cotton yarn and the tencel and cotton interweaved fabric can be ensured. The mixed system of the etherified 2D resin and the sericin powder is adopted to carry out crease-resistant finishing on the interweaved fabric, so that the interweaved fabric has the advantages of excellent crease resistance, easy treatment, soft hand feeling, high strength retention rate of the fabric and good hydrophilicity.
