A carton tearing label apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the machine frame (41) is provided with a positioning roller (45), the buffer assembly (44) comprises a buffer seat (441) arranged on the machine frame (41), a sliding seat (442) which is in sliding fit with the buffer seat (441), a movable roller (443) arranged on the sliding seat (442), and a roller tension spring (444) used for pulling the sliding seat (442) away from the positioning roller (45), wherein the adhesive tape sequentially winds the movable roller (443) and the positioning roller (45) and then is connected with the winding rotating shaft (422).

The carton tearing label apparatus of claim 4 wherein: the roller device (43) comprises a moving roller (431), a traversing component (432) for driving the moving roller (431) to traverse, and a lifting component (433) for driving the moving roller (431) to lift, wherein the lifting component (433) drives the moving roller (431) to descend so as to press the adhesive tape on the carton label, and the traversing component (432) drives the moving roller to traverse so as to roll the adhesive tape section between the positioning roller (45) and the winding rotating shaft (422) on the carton label.

The carton tearing label apparatus of claim 5 wherein: the lifting assembly (433) comprises a lifting fixing seat (4331), a fixing plate (4332) in sliding fit with the lifting fixing seat (4331), a lifting motor (4333) arranged on the lifting fixing seat (4331), and a lifting bracket (4434) in threaded fit with the output end of the lifting motor (4333) and connected with the fixing plate (4332), wherein the transverse moving assembly (432) is arranged on the fixing plate (4332).

The carton tearing label apparatus of claim 6 wherein: the transverse moving assembly (432) comprises a transverse moving motor (4321) arranged on the fixed plate (4332) and a transverse moving bracket (4322) in threaded fit with the output end of the transverse moving motor (4321), and the moving roller (431) is arranged on the transverse moving bracket (4322).

The carton tearing label apparatus of claim 6 wherein: the fixing plate (4332) is provided with a pressing strip (46), a linear bearing (47) and a spring (48) are arranged between the pressing strip (46) and the fixing plate (4332), and the spring is used for pushing the pressing strip (46) towards the direction of the conveying mechanism (1).

The carton tearing label apparatus of claim 6 wherein: the sliding seat (442) is hinged with a mounting plate (445), the mounting plate (445) is hinged with an encoder roller (446), and a jacking tension spring (447) for enabling the encoder roller (446) to keep contact with the movable roller (443) is arranged between the mounting plate (445) and the sliding seat (442).
