A connecting rope 58 is fixed on one side of the fixing strip 461, the connecting rope 58 penetrates through the center box 3 and is fixed with the movable plate 53 along the fixing rod 51 through the fixing ring 52, the connecting rope 58 is in sliding fit with the center box 3, and a driving spring 59 for connecting the second fixing mechanism 46 and the center box 3 is sleeved on the connecting rope 58. The connecting rope 58 comprises a first rope 581 and a second rope 582, the first rope 581 is provided with two first ropes 581, one ends of the two first ropes 581 are fixed with one ends of the second rope 582, the other ends of the two first ropes 581 are respectively fixed with two ends of the fixing strip 461, the other ends of the second rope 582 are fixed with the movable plate 53, and each first rope 581 is sleeved with a driving spring 59. The drive spring 59 is pressed, the fire extinguisher 2 is vertical, and the connecting rope 58 and the thermal fuse rope 55 are both in a tight state. When the fire extinguisher 2 is toppled over, the positioning plate 63 is disconnected from the clamping hook 65, and under the action of the connecting spring 64, the pressing plate 62 presses the movable handle 24 of the fire extinguisher 2, so that fire can be extinguished.
