The water outlet module 6 (hot water valve) can be designed to have 1 section of water outlet, multiple sections of water outlet or no section of water outlet, as shown in fig. 8, the full-open stroke of the water control valve head 61 is the maximum water outlet, the automatic control system controls the micro speed reducing motor 62 to rotate for seconds, that is, the water control valve head 61 can be controlled to be at a partially opened or fully opened position to control the water outlet amount per unit time, as shown in fig. 8, the water control valve head 61 has two sections of different diameters, the automatic control system controls the micro speed reducing motor 62 to start for seconds, that is, the stroke position of the water control valve head 61 can be controlled, so that the diameter difference of the flow channel 601 and the diameter difference of the water control valve head 61 controls three sections of different water outlet flow rates of hot water, the full-open is the maximum flow rate, the larger diameter of the water control valve head 61 controls the minimum flow rate, and the minimum diameter of the water control valve head 61 controls the preset medium flow rate. If the water is discharged from a single section, the right end of the water control valve head 61 is a single plane (not shown), and the opening and closing device can also use an electromagnet. If the water is discharged continuously, the right end of the water control valve head 61 may be tapered, the eccentric 63 may adjust the water output of a fine unit (not shown) with a fine rotation angle difference, and a stepping motor or other equivalent devices may be used for stroke control.

When cold water is input into the machine body through the water inlet pipe, cold water flow can be blocked by the partition plate, so that the cold water is concentrated in a lower volume area below the partition plate, the heater is started to heat, hot water with higher temperature in heating can flow upwards and flow along the upward inclined direction of the partition plate, the hot water flows through the upper volume, cold hot water with the upper volume flows downwards along the downward inclined direction of the partition plate, the flow of the water is caused when the heater heats, the hot water achieves the effect of circulating disturbance temperature equalization, and the phenomenon that the hot water temperature is unstable due to frequent cold water supplementing can be effectively improved.

Claims (10)

1. A constant temperature water heating apparatus, comprising:
the machine body is internally provided with a containing space which is connected with a hot water outlet and can be used for outputting hot water;
the heater is arranged in the accommodating space of the machine body;
the partition board is arranged in the accommodating space of the machine body, is positioned above the heater, is inclined and divides the accommodating space into an upper volume and a lower volume, and forms a gap with the two sides of the machine body;
the water inlet pipe is arranged in the accommodating space, is positioned below the partition plate and can convey cold water into the machine body;
the water level detection unit is arranged on the machine body, extends into the accommodating space and can be used for detecting the water level; and
the water outlet module is arranged between the accommodating space and the hot water outlet and is used for controlling the water outlet of the hot water;
when cold water is input into the machine body through the water inlet pipe, cold water flow is blocked by the partition plate, so that the cold water is concentrated in a lower volume area below the partition plate, the heater is started to heat, hot water with higher temperature in heating flows upwards along the upper inclined direction of the partition plate, the hot water flows through the upper volume, cold water in the upper volume flows downwards along the lower inclined direction of the partition plate, and the water flow is caused when the heater heats, so that the hot water achieves the effect of circulating disturbance temperature equalization.
2. The constant temperature water heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heater is disposed in the body near a lower end thereof, and the water outlet module is connected to a position in the middle of the upper volume.

The constant temperature water heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the partition plate is provided at both sides thereof with a front side and a rear side, the housing is provided at both sides thereof with a front side and a rear side, and the hot water outlet and the water outlet module are provided at the front side of the housing.
4. The constant temperature water heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water level detecting unit comprises a normal water level detector and a high water level detector for detecting the normal water level and the high water level, respectively.

The constant temperature water heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first cold water solenoid valve is provided at one end of the water inlet pipe for controlling the inflow of cold water, the water inlet pipe is disposed between the heater and the partition plate, the water inlet pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes, and the water outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the water inlet pipe.

The constant temperature water heating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a cold water tank, wherein a cold water connection pipe is connected between the cold water tank and the water inlet pipe, so that cold water can be sequentially conveyed into the cold water tank and the machine body, the water level of the cold water tank and the water level of the machine body are at the same horizontal position, the cold water tank is connected with a cold water outlet, and can be used for outputting cold water, a second cold water electromagnetic valve is arranged between the cold water tank and the cold water outlet, and the cold water outlet position and the hot water outlet position are at the same horizontal position.
7. The constant temperature water heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a temperature detector is provided on the body near the hot water outlet for detecting a water temperature, and the automatic control system turns off the heater when the hot water is heated to a default temperature.

The constant temperature water heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water outlet module comprises a valve body, a water control valve head, a micro-speed reducing motor, an eccentric wheel, a stroke frame, a positioning rod and a micro-switch, wherein a flow channel is formed in the valve body, a water outlet is arranged at one end of the flow channel, the water control valve head is movably arranged in the valve body, the water control valve head can close and open the flow channel, the eccentric wheel is connected with the micro-speed reducing motor, the micro-speed reducing motor can drive the eccentric wheel to rotate, the stroke frame is arranged outside the eccentric wheel, the stroke frame is connected with one end of the water control valve head, the eccentric wheel can push the stroke frame to drive the water control valve head to move, the positioning rod is connected with the eccentric wheel, and the micro-speed reducing motor is closed when the positioning rod is contacted with the micro-switch, and the micro-speed reducing motor completes the water outlet procedure.

The constant temperature water heating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the water outlet module further comprises a compression spring, the compression spring is abutted against the water control valve head, a leakage stopping ring is arranged between the valve body and the water control valve head, and the compression spring can tightly press the water control valve head on the leakage stopping ring.
10. A constant temperature hot water apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a side of the partition plate, which is provided with the hot water outlet, is a lowest point, and a side of the partition plate, which is provided with the hot water outlet, is a highest point.
