The invention discloses a conversion device and an installation cabinet thereof, wherein the installation cabinet is used for movably installing an electronic conversion device and is characterized by comprising a cabinet body, a shell drawer 2 and an auxiliary frame 3; one side of the cabinet body is open and hollow to form an installation space, the cabinet body comprises a cabinet body top wall 12, a cabinet body bottom wall and three cabinet body side walls 11, and the shell drawer 2 is arranged in the installation space; the shell drawer 2 comprises a mounting frame 22 and a push-pull rail 21, wherein the mounting frame 22 is fixedly arranged on the side wall 11 of the cabinet body and supports the push-pull rail 21, and one end of the push-pull rail 21 is provided with a connecting arm 6 for accessing the auxiliary frame 3; the auxiliary frame 3 comprises an auxiliary rail 31 and a lifting arm 32, the auxiliary rail 31 and the connecting arm 6 are movably connected to form an elongated rail, the elongated rail is used for sliding a conversion device to be installed, the lifting arm 32 is used for adjusting the heights of the auxiliary rail 31 and the electronic conversion device, the conversion device is movably installed in the installation cabinet and comprises a shell 41 and a core 42, the core 42 is arranged in the shell 41, the core 42 comprises a servo driving module, a conversion module and a frequency conversion module, a plurality of module windows are formed in the bottom end of the shell 41 and the wall surface of the side portion, and part structures of the driving module, the conversion module and the frequency conversion module are arranged on the wall surface of the shell 41 through the module windows. The installation cabinet can acquire the correct installation position and the push-pull sliding movable installation track structure for the assembly exchanging device, so that the exchanging device enters the installation environment after the preset position in a light push-pull mode, before entering the cabinet body, the exchanging device is mechanically lifted on the liftable auxiliary frame 3, the track is butted before entering the cabinet and smoothly slides into the cabinet body through the track after completing simple manual operation, the continuous operation can be realized, the error rate and the danger of the assembling process of the exchanging device are reduced, the time and the effort spent by manual carrying and pushing and pulling the exchanging device are saved, the assembly dislocation rate of the exchanging device and the installation cabinet is also reduced, and the overall use cost of the exchanging device and the electric drive electronic exchanging device is reduced.

the cabinet body, the shell drawer and the auxiliary frame;
the cabinet body comprises a cabinet body top wall, a cabinet body bottom wall and three cabinet body side walls, wherein one side of the cabinet body is open and hollow to form an installation space, and the shell drawer is arranged in the installation space;
the shell drawer comprises a mounting frame and a push-pull rail, wherein the mounting frame is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the cabinet body and supports the push-pull rail, one end of the push-pull rail is provided with a connecting arm, and the connecting arm is used for being connected with the auxiliary frame;
the auxiliary frame comprises an auxiliary rail and a lifting arm, wherein the auxiliary rail is movably connected with the connecting arm to form a combined rail, the combined rail is used for bearing a transformation device to be installed and sliding, and the lifting arm is assembled on the lower side of the auxiliary rail to adjust the heights of the auxiliary rail and the transformation device.

The mounting cabinet of claim 1, wherein the mounting rack comprises a rack side arm, a rack top cover and a rack bottom plate, the rack top cover is abutted to a bottom surface of the cabinet top wall, the rack side wall supports the rack top cover and is abutted to the cabinet side wall, the bottom end of the rack side arm is connected with the rack bottom plate, and the push-pull track is arranged along a connection position of the rack side arm and the rack bottom plate.
3. The mounting cabinet of claim 2, wherein a plurality of through holes are provided in the base plate of the frame body, the through holes corresponding to the functional modules provided in the bottom of the conversion device.
4. The mounting cabinet according to claim 2, wherein one end of the auxiliary rail is provided with a long-strip-shaped bayonet, the connecting arm is in butt joint with the auxiliary rail through the long-strip-shaped bayonet, and the connecting arm is clamped in the long-strip-shaped bayonet.
5. The mounting cabinet of claim 4, wherein the connecting arm is provided with a connecting roller, the connecting roller is clamped in the strip-shaped bayonet, and a side wall of the connecting roller is slidably arranged in the strip-shaped bayonet.
6. The mounting cabinet of claim 2, wherein the push-pull rail is provided with a limit latch, the limit latch being flush with and opposite to an edge of the cabinet side wall.
7. The mounting cabinet of claim 2, wherein the shell drawer is fixedly connected to the cabinet body by a set screw assembly.
8. The mounting cabinet according to claim 2, wherein a screw through hole is formed in the top cover of the frame body, and the screw through hole is opposite to the mounting through hole at the top end of the conversion device and is connected with the mounting through hole through a screw.

The conversion device is used for converting and adjusting electronic or current physical properties, and is characterized in that the conversion device is movably arranged in the installation cabinet of any one of claims 1-8, the conversion device comprises a machine shell and a machine core, the machine core is arranged in the machine shell, the machine core comprises a servo driving module, a current converting module and a frequency converting module, a plurality of module windows are arranged on the bottom end of the machine shell and the wall surface of the side part, and part structures of the driving module, the current converting module and the frequency converting module are arranged on the wall surface of the machine shell through the module windows.
10. The conversion device according to claim 9, wherein a plurality of rolling pulleys are arranged at the bottom end of the housing, and the pulleys slide on the auxiliary rail and the push-pull rail of the mounting cabinet.
