Example 3
The high-glossiness adhesive tape comprises a base film layer, an adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the base film layer, the adhesive layer and the release layer are sequentially laminated and compounded from top to bottom, and the base film layer of the embodiment comprises 65kg of unsaturated polyester resin, 7kg of lubricant, 25kg of polyfunctional comonomer, 10kg of inorganic nano material, 0.8kg of plasticizer, 140kg of solvent and 20kg of diamine diphenyl ether.
In order to obtain better effect, the lubricant in the high-glossiness adhesive tape formula system in the implementation is fatty acid amide.
In order to obtain better effect, the polyfunctional comonomer in the high-gloss adhesive tape formula system in the implementation is trimethylolpropane.
In order to obtain a better effect, the inorganic nano material in the high-glossiness adhesive tape formula system in the implementation is fumed nano silicon dioxide.

To obtain better results, the base film layer thickness in the high gloss tape formulation of this embodiment is 80 μm.

According to the high-glossiness adhesive tape formula system, the preparation method of the high-glossiness adhesive tape in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing unsaturated polyester resin and lubricant, and heating and mixing to obtain a material A, wherein the heating and mixing temperature is 200 ℃, and the heating and mixing time is 2.5h;
step 2: weighing a polyfunctional comonomer, an inorganic nano material, a plasticizer and a solvent, vibrating for 12min, heating to 80 ℃, adding diaminodiphenyl ether, vibrating for 6min, heating to 100 ℃, reacting for 1.0h at constant temperature, and distilling to obtain a material B; adding the material B into the material A in 5 batches, heating to 250 ℃, reacting for 3 hours, and preparing a film to obtain a base film layer;
step 3: and (3) coating sizing materials of the adhesive layer on the base film layer obtained in the step (2), irradiating with ultraviolet, and compositing with the release layer to obtain the adhesive tape with high glossiness.
Comparative example 1
In comparative example 1, "6 to 10kg of inorganic nanomaterial" was not added, and the other operations were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
In comparative example 2, "15 to 25kg of polyfunctional comonomer" was not added, and the other operations were the same as in example 1.
Test examples
The tapes prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 and 3 were subjected to surface gloss testing, the surface gloss testing criteria being according to GB 8807-88, the surface gloss results being shown in Table 1:

Claims (9)
1. The high-glossiness adhesive tape comprises a base film layer, an adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the base film layer, the adhesive layer and the release layer are sequentially laminated and compounded in sequence from top to bottom, and the high-glossiness adhesive tape is characterized in that the base film layer comprises, by weight, 45-65 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 2-7 parts of lubricant, 15-25 parts of polyfunctional comonomer, 6-10 parts of inorganic nanomaterial, 0.4-0.8 part of plasticizer, 70-140 parts of solvent and 14-20 parts of diaminodiphenyl ether.
2. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the lubricant is at least one of white oil, silicone oil, fatty acid amide, paraffin wax, polyethylene wax and ethylene bis-stearamide.
3. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein said polyfunctional comonomer is at least one of 1,2, 4-trimellitic anhydride, trimethylolpropane, glycerol, pentaerythritol, pyromellitic dianhydride and 3,3 ', 4' -biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride.
4. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic nanomaterial is fumed silica.
5. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein said plasticizer is at least one of polyethylene glycol, glycerin, tributyl citrate, acetyl tributyl citrate and acetyl trioctyl citrate.
6. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein said solvent is at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether and isopropyl alcohol.
7. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the base film layer has a thickness of from 70 to 80 μm.
8. The high gloss adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer has a coating thickness of 70 to 90 μm.
9. The preparation method of the high-glossiness adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1: weighing unsaturated polyester resin and lubricant, heating and mixing to obtain a material A, wherein the heating and mixing temperature is 185-200 ℃, and the heating and mixing time is 0.8-2.5h;
step 2: weighing polyfunctional comonomer, inorganic nano material, plasticizer and solvent, vibrating for 10-12min, heating to 70-80 ℃, adding diaminodiphenyl ether, vibrating for 4-6min, heating to 90-100 ℃, reacting at constant temperature for 0.5-1.0h, and distilling to obtain material B; adding the material B into the material A in 3-5 batches, heating to 200-250 ℃, reacting for 2-3h, and preparing a film to obtain a base film layer;
step 3: and (3) coating sizing materials of the adhesive layer on the base film layer obtained in the step (2), irradiating with ultraviolet, and compositing with the release layer to obtain the adhesive tape with high glossiness.
