The base color paint resin liquid coating for ultra-fast drying large-area spraying is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 3-4.6 parts of PMA, 7-8 parts of BAC, 2-4 parts of DBE, 2-4 parts of CYC, 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, 2-4 parts of silane coupling agent, 4-5 parts of polyethylene wax slurry, 10-12 parts of superfine calcined kaolin, 0.5-1.2 parts of fumed silica, 22.7-30 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 0.5-1 part of acrylate leveling agent, 0.2-0.3 part of polysiloxane leveling agent and 100-110 parts of color paste;
the color paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 1-3 parts of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of fumed silica, 50-65 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 3-6 parts of PMA and 1-3 parts of BAC;
the preparation method of the base color paint resin liquid coating for ultra-fast drying large-area spraying comprises the following steps:
sequentially adding thermoplastic acrylic resin, PMA, BAC, DBE, CYC, a dispersing agent, polyethylene wax slurry, superfine calcined kaolin and fumed silica in a formula amount, pre-dispersing at 900-1200 rpm, grinding at a temperature below 50 ℃ and a flow of 10-15L/min to obtain slurry;
step (2), adding cellulose acetate butyrate, an acrylic ester leveling agent and a polysiloxane leveling agent in the dosage amount into the step (1), and stirring for 5-10min at 300-600 r/min;
step (3), adding the silane coupling agent with the formula amount into the step (2), stirring for 5-10min at 300-600 rpm;
step (4) adding color paste into the step (3), stirring for 5-10min at 300-600 rpm;
and grinding the color paste in the preparation process.

The base color paint resin liquid coating for ultra-fast dry large-area spraying according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 4 parts of PMA, 7 parts of BAC, 2 parts of DBE, 4 parts of CYC, 0.6 part of dispersing agent, 4 parts of silane coupling agent, 4 parts of polyethylene wax slurry, 10 parts of superfine calcined kaolin, 1 part of fumed silica, 22.7 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 0.5 part of acrylate leveling agent, 0.2 part of polysiloxane leveling agent and 100 parts of color paste.

The base color paint resin liquid coating for ultra-fast dry large-area spraying according to claim 1, wherein the color paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 1 part of fumed silica, 60 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 3 parts of PMA and 1 part of BAC.
4. The base color paint resin liquid coating for ultra-fast dry large-area spraying according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the color paste comprises the following steps:
adding BAC and PMA into a cylinder, stirring and mixing for 5-10min at 300-600 rpm, then adding dispersant, hydroxy acrylic resin, fumed silica and rutile titanium pigment, pre-dispersing at 900-1200 rpm, grinding by using a horizontal sand mill until the fineness of the raw materials is below 15um, and obtaining the color paste at the temperature below 50 ℃ and the flow rate of 10-15L/min.
5. The base paint resin liquid paint for ultra-fast dry large area spraying according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is: lu Borun 20000 and 20000.
6. The base color paint resin liquid coating for ultra-fast dry large area spraying according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials in the step (1) are pre-dispersed and then ground to a fineness of less than 15um by using a horizontal sand mill.
