Description

Digitalized garment style duplication checking method and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothing style data information management. More particularly, the present invention relates to a digitized garment style duplication checking method and apparatus.
Background
With the development of internet applications, the interaction of network users is embodied, and users are both browses and creators of network contents, and UGC (User Generated Content, i.e. user created contents) is created with web2.0 advocating personalization as a main feature. UGC changes a production consumption mode of production from a supply side and consumption from a consumption side into a production consumption mode of production from the consumption side, wherein the production consumption mode is the same as the production of the UGC, and the UGC creates huge user value and also creates a plurality of business mythics, such as: youTube, facebook, known as bilibilibili, shivering, etc.
UGC-based application popularization, the concept of UGC gradually permeates into clothing manufacturing industry. The traditional clothing manufacturing process is that a clothing designer makes a head sample according to the body measurement data of a standard human body, then gives out a grade difference according to different height and body types, uses a certain method to make other templates with different sizes, then cuts out clothing pieces on cloth according to the clothing templates, and finally sews the clothing pieces to obtain the finished clothing. The new clothing manufacturing process of fusing UGC concept is integrated with the process of autonomous participation of the user in the clothing design, in short, the finished clothing is deconstructed into a plurality of elements of clothing, including: garment version, garment pattern, garment style, fabric, sewing process and the like. The scheme instance of each element is digitally processed through the clothing virtual technology, and the alternative scheme of each element is built into a database, so that a user can select the favorite element scheme on line and match the favorite element scheme to form the clothing designed by the user. Meanwhile, the database also supports the user independent design requirement scheme with the clothing design foundation and uploads the design requirement scheme.
However, UGC has remained in the digital space for a long time, and is difficult to expand to the physical world, because there are numerous difficulties, and a fast and inexpensive intellectual property protection method is one of the problems that needs to be solved urgently. In the field of clothing manufacturing, the problem is mainly reflected in the problem of copyright protection of clothing designers.
In the aspect of clothing styles, the copyright problem is related to the fact that users choose to upload clothing styles in a database or independently design the clothing styles. In addition, with the development of networks, the three-dimensional clothing CAD technology completes virtual reality clothing design through computer image and graphic processing, and the appearance and development of the three-dimensional anthropometric technology promotes the industrialized application of the three-dimensional clothing CAD technology. However, in the field of industrial garment production, garment customization and personal DIY, whether on-line design or off-line design, it is necessary to protect intellectual property of the garment design in the design link by using a low-cost and rapid duplication checking method. In order to better protect the copyright of the clothing designer, it is necessary to check the weight of the independently designed clothing style, and no effective clothing style checking method exists in the current clothing industry.
