The EOL detection equipment for the power battery pack is also subjected to self test verification before leaving the factory, most test items can be tested through the simulation tool, the tool can be reused, and the diagnosis function detection needs to be tested according to the diagnosis protocol of the battery pack BMS. If the corresponding power battery pack does not exist, the function cannot be tested before leaving the factory, and the test must be carried out on site by a customer, so that the equipment debugging period is prolonged, and if a problem is found, the field development is also carried out.

The diagnostic device in the embodiment of the invention is configured with test information corresponding to different diagnostic protocols respectively, wherein the test information comprises configuration parameters of a battery pack and diagnostic information corresponding to the configuration parameters. The configuration parameters are configured according to information such as a diagnosis protocol of the power battery pack. Specifically, the configuration parameters include a DBC file, a configuration of a diagnostic service, and a configuration of an parsing mode. Wherein, DBC file is abbreviation of databasecan file, representing can's database file. The diagnostic services include a variety of kinds, and various kinds of diagnostic services correspond to functions, for example, reading one data requires the use of a plurality of services including a diagnostic session service, a read DID service, and the like. The analysis mode configuration comprises the configuration of reading information values in the diagnosis function, such as the definition of vehicle speed values. The configuration parameters and the corresponding analysis modes are different, and the embodiment of the invention configures and analyzes according to different diagnosis protocols.

When the battery pack off-line detection device is subjected to the diagnostic test, the battery pack off-line detection device may be connected to the diagnostic device first, and then the above-described start-up test operation may be triggered at the battery pack off-line detection device. At this time, the battery pack offline detection device responds to the test start operation, sends a diagnosis request to the diagnosis device, and after the diagnosis device receives the diagnosis request, the lower computer diagnosis module of the diagnosis device replies configuration parameters based on the diagnosis request, and the upper computer diagnosis module sends configuration item data based on the diagnosis request. The configuration item data and the configuration parameters are the same data, and include DTC fault codes, data information of the battery pack and the like.
Step S206, responding to the diagnosis information sent by the lower computer diagnosis module based on the diagnosis request.
Step S208, obtaining test information based on the diagnosis information, the configuration item data and the configuration parameters.
The lower computer diagnosis module is configured with a CAN interface, the lower computer diagnosis module CAN communicate with the outside through the CAN interface, and in specific implementation, the lower computer diagnosis module is connected with the battery pack off-line detection equipment through the CAN interface, the upper computer of the battery pack off-line detection equipment is connected with the communication wires of the upper computer diagnosis module, such as a network wire or a USB wire, so that the battery pack off-line detection equipment is connected with the diagnosis equipment, and after the battery pack off-line detection equipment and the diagnosis equipment are connected, the diagnosis equipment CAN test the battery pack off-line detection equipment.

At this time, the configuration of the corresponding configuration parameters is completed, and when the diagnostic device receives the diagnostic request, a corresponding diagnostic test can be performed.
The lower computer diagnosis module mainly realizes the simulation of the battery pack BMS diagnosis function, the BMS English name is BatteryManagement System, five basic functions such as battery state detection, battery state analysis, battery safety protection, energy control management and battery information management are mainly realized, and after the lower computer diagnosis module realizes the simulation of the battery pack BMS diagnosis function, corresponding diagnosis information can be obtained, wherein the diagnosis information comprises fault code reading and battery pack information data such as hardware version number, software version number, BMS charging state, battery pack total voltage, battery SOC, battery temperature, battery current and the like. The above diagnostic information may be added by configuration parameters. The information data format is DID, the output value and the analysis mode; the DTC format is: diagnostic trouble code name, DTC High Byte, DTC Middle Byte, DTC Low Byte. Specifically, the lower computer diagnosis module has a diagnosis function, is realized through a basic diagnosis communication protocol, simulates battery packs of different types through configuration parameters, and then replies corresponding contents according to a diagnosis request of the battery pack off-line detection equipment.

The diagnostic information is converted according to configuration parameters, for example, when the ID of the battery pack offline detection device is received: when a diagnosis data request corresponding to 0xF1 and 0x01 is received, reverse analysis is carried out according to the configuration parameters, 12345678 is reversely analyzed into 16-system data according to an ASCII analysis mode, and then a lower computer diagnosis module simulates a battery pack and sends the diagnosis information according to a diagnosis protocol format.
Further, the battery pack offline detection device can analyze the diagnosis information according to the diagnosis protocol corresponding to the received configuration information, and then compare the analyzed diagnosis information with the configuration parameters to obtain a corresponding comparison result. The diagnostic information is data which is reversely analyzed according to the configuration information, and after the diagnostic information is analyzed by the battery pack off-line detection equipment according to the corresponding diagnostic protocol, a result of whether the analysis result of the battery pack off-line detection equipment is consistent with the configuration parameters before the diagnostic information is obtained can be obtained.
