Referring to fig. 5, the sealing assembly 5 further includes a plurality of expansion members 57 fixed between the second sealing ring 56 and the flange 64, the expansion members 57 are compression springs 571 in a compressed state, a fixing column 641 in which an end of each compression spring 571 is embedded is provided on an inner wall of the flange 64, an inner side surface of an end of each compression spring 571 is in interference fit with an outer side surface of the corresponding fixing column 641, the other end of each compression spring 571 abuts against the outer side surface of the corresponding second sealing ring 56, and the compression springs 571 in a compressed state press the corresponding second sealing ring 56, so that the second sealing ring 56 always abuts against a joint of the corresponding annular step groove 121 and the corresponding first annular groove 131, and sealing performance of the joint of the corresponding annular step groove 121 and the corresponding first annular groove 131 is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the outer side surface of the valve seat 12 is sleeved with a lip seal ring 53, and the outer side surface of the lip seal ring 53 abuts against the inner wall of the first ring groove 131, so that the joint between the valve seat 12 and the valve body 1 is further sealed, and the sealing performance of the joint between the valve seat 12 and the valve body 1 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 5, after the sealing assembly 5 and the protection assembly 6 are assembled, the pressure spring 571 presses the flange 64, the flange 64 is pressed to drive the stop ring 63 and the baffle plate 61 to move toward the fixing ring 54, and the baffle plate 61 presses the spring 55 in the accommodating groove 541; simultaneously, the spring 55 is extruded, the spring 55 can reversely extrude the baffle plate 61, and then the limiting ring 63 and the flanging 64 are driven to move towards the direction close to the pressure spring 571, and the pressure spring 571 further extrudes the second sealing ring 56; by the pressing of the compression spring 571 and the spring 55, the sealing performance between the first seal ring 52 and the valve seat 12 and the valve ball 11, and between the second seal ring 56 and the valve seat 12 and the valve body 1 is improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows:
in the use process of the high-sealing ball valve, a low-temperature liquid medium flows in the valve body 1, the spring 55 in a compressed state extrudes the fixed sleeve 51, and pretightening force is applied to the fixed sleeve 51, so that the sealing surface of the valve seat 12 and the first sealing ring 52 are in close contact with the valve ball 11 in any condition, the tightness of a product is improved, and the compression force between the valve seat 12 and the valve ball 11 can be regulated through threaded fit between the fixed sleeve 51 and the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat 12; the compression spring 571 in a compressed state presses the second sealing ring 56, so that the second sealing ring 56 always abuts against the joint of the annular step groove 121 and the first annular groove 131, and the sealing performance of the joint of the valve body 1 and the valve seat 12 is improved.
By arranging the sealing assembly 5 and the protection assembly 6, the sealing performance between the valve seat 12 and the valve body 1 and between the valve seat 12 and the valve ball 11 is improved, the possibility of leakage of medium transported by the ball valve is reduced, and the possibility of environmental pollution caused by leakage of the transported medium is reduced; meanwhile, through the arrangement of the pressure spring 571 and the spring 55, after the first sealing ring 52 and the second sealing ring 56 are worn to a certain extent, the first sealing ring 52 and the second sealing ring 56 are continuously extruded to the corresponding abutting surfaces due to the extrusion of the pressure spring 571 and the spring 55, so that the service performance of the first sealing ring 52 and the second sealing ring 56 is improved, and the replacement frequency of the first sealing ring 52 and the second sealing ring 56 is reduced; the ball valve reduces the possibility of environmental pollution and reduces the replacement frequency of the first sealing ring 52 and the second sealing ring 56 by using the sealing assembly 5 and the protection assembly 6, thereby being more environment-friendly and energy-saving.

The high-sealing ball valve comprises a valve body (1) and a valve cover (2), wherein the valve cover (2) is provided with a valve rod (4) and an operating assembly (3), the lower end of the valve rod (4) penetrates through the valve cover (2) to be connected with a valve ball (11), a valve seat (12) limiting the valve ball (11) is arranged in the valve body (1), and an installation cavity (13) for inserting the end part of the valve seat (12) opposite to the valve ball (11) is arranged in the valve body (1);
the valve is characterized in that a sealing assembly (5) is arranged in the valve body (1), the sealing assembly (5) comprises a fixed sleeve (51) and a first sealing ring (52), the fixed sleeve (51) of the fixed sleeve (51) is arranged on the outer side face of the valve seat (12), the side face, close to the valve ball (11), of the first sealing ring (52) is an arc-shaped side face, one side, facing away from the valve ball (11), of the first sealing ring (52) is fixedly connected with the side face of the fixed sleeve (51), the sealing assembly (5) further comprises an elastic piece in a compressed state, one side of the elastic piece is in butt joint with the inner wall of the valve body (1), and the other side of the elastic piece is in butt joint with the side face, facing away from the first sealing ring (52), of the fixed sleeve (51);
the elastic piece comprises a fixed ring (54) and a plurality of springs (55), a placing groove (541) for placing the springs (55) is formed in one side of the fixed ring (54), the end parts of the springs (55) are fixedly connected with the bottom side of the placing groove (541), one part of the springs (55) extend out of the placing groove (541), the end parts of the springs (55) extending out of the placing groove (541) are abutted with the inner wall of the valve body (1), and one side of the fixed ring (54) opposite to the springs (55) is abutted with the side surface of the fixed sleeve (51) opposite to the first sealing ring (52); the side surface of the fixed ring (54) close to the fixed sleeve (51) is provided with an annular raised line (542), and the fixed sleeve (51) is provided with an annular groove (512) for the annular raised line (542) to be inserted in;
the outer side of the fixed ring (54) is sleeved with a protection assembly (6), the protection assembly (6) comprises a baffle plate (61) and a guide plate (62) which are perpendicular to each other, the end part of a spring (55) extending out of the placing groove (541) is abutted against the inner side surface of the baffle plate (61), and the guide plate (62) is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed ring (54) and is in sliding connection with the outer peripheral surface of the fixed ring (54); the inner side surface of the guide plate (62) is provided with a plurality of guide strips (621), and the outer side surface of the fixed ring (54) is provided with a guide groove (543) for the guide strips (621) to insert and slide; the valve is characterized in that a first annular groove (131) into which the valve seat (12) is inserted is formed in the valve body (1), an annular stepped groove (121) is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the valve seat (12), the inner wall of the annular stepped groove (121) is abutted against the inner wall of the first annular groove (131), the sealing assembly (5) further comprises a second sealing ring (56) sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the annular stepped groove (121), and one side of the second sealing ring (56) is abutted against the joint of the annular stepped groove (121) and the first annular groove (131);
the baffle plate (61) is vertically and fixedly connected with a limiting ring (63) limiting the fixed ring (54), an inward flanging (64) is arranged on the limiting ring (63), and the side surface of the second sealing ring (56) facing away from the first annular groove (131) is abutted with the flanging (64); the sealing assembly (5) further comprises a plurality of telescopic parts (57) located between the second sealing ring (56) and the flanging (64), one end of the telescopic part (57) in a compressed state is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the flanging (64), and the other end of the telescopic part (57) is abutted to the side face of the second sealing ring (56).
