Test case
The adhesion-promoting peel force, initial adhesion and heavy duty contamination properties prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested:
(1) Peel force: testing according to the specification of national standard GB/T2792-1998; the UV energy selects an LED cold light source with 365 and nm wave bands;
(2) Primary adhesion: testing Tack according to a pellet method;
(3) The reworking test method comprises the following steps: the adhesive tape is attached to PI for 30min at normal temperature, and is torn rapidly, so that the pollution of the PI surface is observed; the contamination was observed by a Kien's optical microscope at 1000 times.
Table 1 shows the relevant parameters of the final measured materials:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0004026863990000101
As can be seen from table 1, the UV tackifying adhesives prepared in examples 1-6 have better comprehensive properties, the molecular weight of the prepared UV tackifying adhesive is smaller and double bonds remain at two ends of the polymer by copolymerization of specific polar monomer components; the acrylamide in the monomer contains carbon-carbon double bond and amido, is extremely easy to react under UV, and has good adhesion after the acrylamide is bridged, if no acrylamide is added for reaction, the adhesion effect of the adhesion promoter is reduced, and the adhesive force is also deteriorated; the viscoelasticity of the UV tackifying agent after ultraviolet irradiation becomes larger with the increase of the molecular weight so as to achieve the tackifying effect.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations and modifications of the present invention will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications thereof are contemplated as falling within the scope of the present invention.
