Abstract

本发明公开了一种带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:第一离型膜涂布丙烯酸压敏胶,在第一离型膜表面形成第一粘接层,后贴合热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材;在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液之后进行第一热处理,以在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面形成有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层;在所述有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面贴合带纹路的UV转移膜;第二热处理后,剥离带纹路的UV转移膜,在有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面形成纹路获得带纹路漆面保护膜;对带纹路漆面保护膜进行第三热处理,熟化固定纹,本发明还公开了按照上述方案制备的保护膜。

一种带纹路漆面保护膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及漆面保护膜领域。
背景技术
漆面保护膜是在汽车表面贴的一层膜,能够防止行车时候路上的砂石、臭虫等对汽车漆面的损坏,起到保护汽车漆面的作用,同时具有美观作用。
为了更加美观,满足不同人的审美需要,在一些漆面保护膜上印制有纹路。但是在弹性体表面印制和保留纹路比较困难,为了解决该问题,如公开号CN112251161B的专利文献公开了一种带有花纹的弹性体保护膜及其制备方法,其通过将带有花纹的薄膜与弹性体基膜热压,形成凹面花纹表面层;其次在带有凹面花纹表面层的弹性体基膜的另一侧表面涂覆光固化涂层组合物与光引发剂,室温下紫外光照射;最后在凹面花纹表面层涂布背胶,在70~80℃条件下烘烤固化,即得到带有花纹的弹性体保护膜。上述直接将带有花纹的薄膜和弹性体基膜贴合,存在两者材料不同,存在不美观,花纹膜层容易脱落等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术当中存在的问题,公开了一种带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,步骤如下:
第一离型膜涂布丙烯酸压敏胶,在第一离型膜表面形成第一粘接层,后贴合热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材;在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液之后进行第一热处理,以在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面形成有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层;在所述有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面贴合带纹路的UV转移膜;第二热处理后,剥离带纹路的UV转移膜,在有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面形成纹路获得带纹路漆面保护膜;对带纹路漆面保护膜进行第三热处理,熟化固定纹路。
在改进的方案当中,有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面贴合带纹路的UV转移膜的贴合方法采用热贴合辊方式,温度至少50℃及压力至少0.5MP。
在本发明中热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液之后进行第一热处理,在第一热处理的时候,温度是非常关键的因素,温度过高会使有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液烘干,无法与热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材贴合,造成UV转移膜脱层;温度过低会使其有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液无法烘干到最佳状态,与热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材贴合,造成UV转移膜粘连,无法剥离开,因此温度过高或者过低都无法使热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液压出对应纹路。在一个优选的方案当中,所述的第一热处理为在80~90℃温度下烘干2~5分钟。
现有的有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液在烘干的时候,容易出现过度烘干以及烘干不够的问题,造成无法形成清晰纹路,烘干窗口窄,加工容易出现问题,因此在优选的实施例当中,本发明公开了一种有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液,具有较大的烘干窗口温度,其制备方法为:
将5-15份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、5-15份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、5-15份丙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、5-15份甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4-5份水、1-5份是过氧化二苯甲酰、0.1-2份氯铂酸,10-50份甲基丙烯酸甲酯搅拌混合,形成第一混合物;将过氧化二苯甲0.1-1份溶于1-5份丙二醇丁醚当中,形成第二混合物;将20-40份丙二醇丁醚加入到反应釜当中,升温到75-95度,将第一组合物的一半缓慢加入(分1小时加入)到反应釜当中,搅拌反应半小时,再加入剩余的第一组合物(分2h滴完,剩余第一混合物混合第二混合物),滴完后反应1-10小时,获得所述的有机硅改性丙烯树脂。
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液和UV转移膜的贴合温度和压力控制也至关重要,温度过高或过低以及压力过大或者过小,会使得在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材上纹路不清晰,并且温度和压力大小也有关系,在本发明改进的方案当中,温度控制在50℃及压力控制在0.5MP,相应纹路效果比较好。
在改进的方案当中,所述的第二热处理为:放置熟化室使用50℃温度熟化72小时,熟化完成后其修复性好。
在改进的方案当中,第三热处理为:50℃温度至少熟化72小时,
本发明还公开了一种带纹路漆面保护膜,包括有:
第一离型膜;
施加在第一离型膜上的第一粘接层,优选的,第一粘接层由丙烯酸压敏胶形成。
施加在第一粘接层上的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材;
施加在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材上的有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层;
所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材和有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层上具有所设定的纹路。
本发明还公开了一种漆面保护膜,包括有:
第一离型膜,优选的,第一离型膜为哑光离型膜,其厚度为80-92微米。
施加在第一离型膜上的第一粘接层,优选的,第一粘接层由丙烯酸压敏胶形成,其厚度优选为20微米;
施加在第一粘接层上的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材,其厚度优选为150微米;
施加在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材上的有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层,其厚度优选为9微米;
施加在有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层上的UV转移膜,其厚度优选为75-125微米;所述的UV转移膜预设有纹路,所述的UV转移膜被剥离后,能够在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材以及有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层上形成纹路。
本发明实施例优选方案中制备的表面纹路与有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液附着牢度佳,不易脱落,百格测试达5B;耐刮擦性能好,0#号钢丝负载2kg来回摩擦1000次以上无伤痕;保护膜具有优异的自修复性能,断裂伸长率达190%,光泽感优异,且耐污性能好;防腐性性能好,取样膜张贴在黑色小机盖上滴入标榜化油剂120s溶胀不发哑,涂层表面纹路仍然未观察到裂纹或局部腐蚀;同时本发明UV转移膜剥离后可回收,再进行贴合使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
一、保护膜的制备。
在哑光离型膜涂布丙烯酸压敏胶贴合热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材,在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面涂布常规有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液,在设定的烘干温度以及烘干时间进行烘干后,通过贴合辊热贴带纹路的UV转移膜,热贴温度热贴压力被设定,所述的UV转移膜通过自制或者购买,UV转移膜上面有特定纹路。之后放置熟化室进行熟化,设定熟化温度和熟化时间。再使用剥离机把UV转移膜进行剥离,使UV转移膜上的纹路把热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液压应出对应纹路,纹路表面有三D效果;剥离下来的UV转移膜进行处理后可以再重复利用。
如图1为所制备的保护膜的示意图,所述的保护膜依次包括有哑光离型膜1(厚度为92微米),丙烯酸压敏胶制成的第一粘接层2(厚度20微米)、与第一粘接层2连接的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材3(厚度150微米),热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材3表面设有有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层4(厚度9微米)以及UV转移膜5(厚度125微米)。如图2为所示的热贴的示意图,具体的将贴合前的UV转移膜7和贴合前的保护膜8通过热辊6进行贴合。贴合后熟化后将UV转移膜剥离,即得到能够使用的带纹路漆面保护膜。

从表2可以看出,热帖温度和压力均对贴合后的纹路有一定的影响,温度在48℃-50℃的时候纹路效果最好。
实施例三:熟化温度和时间对修复性的影响

实施例4。有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂的制备:
将5份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、5份丙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、5份甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、5份水、2份过氧化二苯甲酰、0.5份氯铂酸,30份甲基丙烯酸甲酯搅拌混合,形成第一混合物;将过氧化二苯甲酰0.2份溶于5份丙二醇丁醚当中,形成第二混合物;将40份丙二醇丁醚加入到反应釜当中,升温到75-95度,将第一混合物的一半缓慢加入(分1小时均匀加入)到反应釜当中,搅拌反应半小时,再加入剩余的第一混合物和第二混合物(分2h均匀滴完,剩余第一混合物混合第二混合物),滴完后反应5小时,获得所述的有机硅改性丙烯树脂。
将常规有机硅改性丙烯树脂替换为本发明制备的有机硅改性丙烯树脂,本发明所述的有机硅改性丙烯树脂烘干温度在50-75度下,即可实现烘干,窗口大,在本发明的热帖温度和压力下以及熟化环境下,无脱层,膜不粘接,UV转移膜可剥离,纹路清晰。

Claims (10)

1.一种带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)第一离型膜涂布丙烯酸压敏胶,在第一离型膜表面形成第一粘接层,后贴合热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材;
2)在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面涂布有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂溶液之后进行第一热处理,以在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材表面形成有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层;
3)在所述有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面贴合带纹路的UV转移膜;
4)第二热处理后,剥离带纹路的UV转移膜,在有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面形成纹路获得带纹路漆面保护膜;
5)对带纹路漆面保护膜进行第三热处理,熟化固定纹路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层表面贴合带纹路的UV转移膜的贴合方法采用热贴合辊方式,温度至少50℃及压力至少0.5MP。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的第一热处理为在80~90℃温度下烘干1~10分钟。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的第二热处理为:放置熟化室使用50℃温度熟化72小时。
5.根据权利要求3所述的带纹路漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,第三热处理为:至少熟化72小时。
6.一种带纹路漆面保护膜,其特征在于,包括有:
第一离型膜;
施加在第一离型膜上的第一粘接层;
施加在第一粘接层上的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材;
施加在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材上的有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层;
所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材和有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层上具有所设定的纹路。
7.根据权利要求6所述的带纹路漆面保护膜,其特征在于,第一粘接层由丙烯酸压敏胶形成。
8.一种漆面保护膜,其特征在于,包括有:
第一离型膜;
施加在第一离型膜上的第一粘接层;
施加在第一粘接层上的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材;
施加在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材上的有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层;
施加在有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层上的UV转移膜,所述的UV转移膜预设有纹路,所述的UV转移膜被剥离后,能够在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体基材以及有机硅改性基丙烯酸树脂层上形成纹路。
9.根据权利要求8所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于,所述的第一粘接层由丙烯酸压敏胶形成。
