Claims (8)
1. The root penetration-resistant waterproof paint consists of a component A and a component B, and is characterized in that:
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
defoaming agent: 6-9 parts by weight;
catalyst: 7-9 parts by weight;
solvent: 20-30 parts by weight;
coupling agent: 2-4 parts by weight;
pigment and filler: 5-10 parts by weight;
polyester resin: 10 to 15 parts by weight.
The component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
a diluent: 10-20 parts by weight;
puncture-proof base material: 15-20 parts.
2. A root penetration-resistant waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein: the puncture-resistant base material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
surface inhibitor: 5-10 parts;
the mixing agent comprises the following components: 3-5 parts;
inhibitors: 0.03-0.05 part;
the mixing agent comprises the following components: 15-20 parts.
3. A root penetration-resistant waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is an organosilicon complex, the catalyst is an environment-friendly bismuth catalyst, the solvent is one or two of catalpa oil and tung oil, and the functionality is between 3 and 4.

A root penetration-resistant waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein: the coupling agent is selected from silanes, the pigment and filler is formed by combining one or more of red lead powder, iron red powder, composite iron titanium powder and aluminum zinc tripolyphosphate powder, and the diluent is selected from dehydrated butyl acetate.
5. A root penetration-resistant waterproof coating according to claim 1, wherein: the mixing proportion of the component A and the component B in weight ratio is as follows: 2:0.5.
6. a root penetration-resistant waterproof coating as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the surface inhibitor is asphalt grease, the mixture is ethanol, the inhibitor is triiodobenzoic acid, and the mixture is a mixture of cellulose and water in a ratio of 1:13.
7. The method for preparing the puncture-proof base material according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Preliminary mixing
Mixing the inhibitor with the mixture, and oscillating to make the solution golden yellow for accelerating dissolution;
2) Final mixing
Mixing the mixed solution, the surface inhibitor and the mixture in sequence, and stirring uniformly.
8. The method for preparing the root penetration-resistant waterproof paint according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the preparation steps of the component A are as follows:
s1, adding a solvent, pigment and filler and polyester resin into a reaction kettle according to a proportion, and uniformly stirring;
s2, heating the reaction kettle to 120 ℃, adding the defoamer, the catalyst and the coupling agent according to the formula, stirring for 40min again at the temperature of 120 ℃, and keeping the constant temperature for 2 hours;
s3, after the reaction is finished, cooling the reaction kettle to below 70 ℃, discharging after the reaction kettle is qualified through inspection, filtering by using a 150-mesh filter screen, loading into a packaging barrel, and sealing and warehousing;
the preparation steps of the component B are as follows:
a. adding the diluent and the puncture-proof base material into a reaction kettle according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring;
b. heating the reaction kettle to 100-130 ℃ and stirring at a high speed;
c. heating the reaction kettle to 130 ℃, and keeping the constant temperature of vacuum pressure-0.01 MPa for 3 hours;
d. and (3) reducing the temperature of the reaction kettle to below 70 ℃, discharging, and sealing and storing.
