Similarly, the handle body 41 is pushed downwards, the third reset element 45 connected with the lower part of the handle body is pushed to be propped against the second propping wall surface 222, the handle body 41 is loosened, and the handle body 41 is pushed to be reset to the initial position by the third reset element 45 connected with the lower part of the handle body.

The handle body 41 is operatively moved in a second direction (downward) such that the portion of the handle body 41 clamped between the panel body 21 and the flange 11 is located at the notch 12 to unlock the panel body 21 and the door panel 22. That is, when the handle structure 4 is located at the initial position, the handle body 41 is located between the plate main body 21 and the flange 11, so that the door plate 22 is locked and can not be turned over, the handle body 41 is pulled downwards, so that two ends of the handle body 41 slide to the notch 12, at this time, two ends of the handle body 41 are exposed, and the flange 11 can not block the handle body 41, so that the door plate 22 and the plate main body 21 are unlocked, and the door plate 22 can be turned over outwards of the foldable container 100, so as to open the opening 20.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 17 and 18, when the door panel 22 closes the opening 20, the door panel 22 is engaged with the panel body 21, that is, the side edge of the door panel 22 has a protrusion 24, the side wall of the opening 20 has a groove 25, the protrusion 24 is embedded in the groove 25, and when the door panel 22 is tilted outward, the protrusion 24 is disengaged from the groove 25. The door plate 22 is connected with the plate main body 21 through double hinge shafts, the upper hinge shaft 72 is sleeved on the bottom of the door plate 22 and the connecting piece 71, the lower hinge shaft 73 is sleeved on the top of the plate main body 21 and the connecting piece 71, the door plate 22 turns outwards towards the foldable container 100, the connecting piece 71 rotates around the lower hinge shaft 73, the door plate 22 rotates around the upper hinge shaft 72, the door plate 22 can be closer to the plate main body 21, and after turning, the door plate 22 is nearly parallel to the plate main body 21, so that the opening 20 is completely opened, the door plate 22 cannot be interfered by the door plate 22, and the door plate 22 cannot tilt to occupy too much space around the foldable container 100.
A second embodiment of the invention relates to a collapsible container 200. The second embodiment is substantially identical to the first embodiment, with the main differences: in the first embodiment, the handle body 41 directly pushes the catch piece 62 to unlock between the long side plate 1 and the plate main body 21, and the catch between the door panel 22 and the plate main body 21 is achieved by the joint action of the flange 11 of the long side plate 1 and the plate main body 21 to limit the handle body 41. In the second embodiment of the present invention, however, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, the plate main body 21 has: the main body frame plate 211, a driven member 212 movably arranged on the main body frame plate 211, and a second reset member 213, wherein the second reset member 213 can be an elastic member such as a spring or a shrapnel. The main body frame plate 211 is hinged to the base 3 and connected to the adjacent two long side plates 1, and the structure of the main body frame plate 211 connected to the two long side plates 1 is the same as that of the plate main body 21 connected to the two long side plates 1 in the first embodiment, and is locked by the engagement structure 5 and the locking structure 6, which will not be described in detail herein. The hinge connection of the door panel 22 to the main body frame plate 211 is the same as the hinge connection of the door panel 22 to the main body frame plate 211 in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail. The opening 20 is provided in the main body frame plate 211. The two ends of the second reset member 213 respectively abut against the follower 212 and the main frame plate 211, and the second reset member 213 is operable to provide a restoring force to the follower 212 in a direction toward the base 3. The handle body 41 is operable to move in a first direction (upward) to urge the follower 212 against the catch member 62 out of engagement with the tongue member 61; the handle body 41 is cooperatively coupled to the follower 212 to latch the main frame plate 211 and the door panel 22, and the handle body 41 is operable to move in a second direction away from the follower 212 to unlock the main frame plate 211 and the door panel 22. The handle body 41 is pulled upwards from the initial position of the handle body 41, the handle body 41 pushes the follower 212 to slide upwards along the main frame plate 211, the follower 212 pushes the locking piece 62 to be separated from the locking piece 61, the follower 212 pushes the second reset piece 213, the handle body 41 is loosened, the second reset piece 213 provides downward pushing force for the follower 212, and the follower 212 pushes the handle body 41 to return to the initial position.
Further, as shown in fig. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, in which fig. 22 and 25 are the state of the handle structure in the initial position, fig. 23 and 26 are the state of the handle structure after being pulled up, the follower 212 has a driven body portion 2121, and a protruding portion 2122 connected to the driven body portion 2121. The projection 2122 extends below the catch member 62, the projection 2122 being operable to urge the catch member 62 away from the tongue member 61. The bottom end of the driven main body 2121 has a stopper 2125 extending toward the base 3, the stopper 2125 and the main body frame are relatively separated in the thickness direction of the first side plate to form a limiting cavity 2123, and one end of the handle body 41 is located in the limiting cavity 2123 and is located at a side of the stopper 2125 toward the main body frame to lock the main body frame plate 211 and the door plate 22. One end of the handle body 41 is operable to slide out of the limit cavity 2123 and out of the release stop 2125 to unlock the main frame plate 211 and the door panel 22. Specifically, when the handle body 41 is located at the initial position or moves upwards from the initial position, one end of the handle body 41 is located in the limiting cavity 2123, an embedded groove is formed in the top of the limiting cavity 2123, the handle body 41 is provided with a protrusion 44 embedded in the embedded groove, and since the follower 212 is arranged on the main frame plate 211, one end of the handle body 41 is located in the limiting cavity 2123, and the stop portion 2125 limits the handle body 41, so that the handle body 41 and the door panel 22 cannot be turned over outside the foldable container 200, and locking of the door panel 22 is achieved. When the handle body 41 is pulled down from the initial position, one end of the handle body 41 slides out from the lower opening end of the limiting cavity 2123, and is separated from the driven piece 212, the stop portion 2125 of the limiting cavity 2123 cannot limit the handle body 41, the door panel 22 and the panel body 21 are unlocked, and the handle body 41 and the door panel 22 can be turned outwards of the foldable container 200.
As shown in fig. 21, 22, 23, 27, 28 and 29, in which fig. 22 and 28 show the handle structure in the initial position, fig. 23 shows the handle structure in the pulled-up state, and fig. 29 shows the handle structure in the pulled-down state, the side wall of the driven body 2121 has a protruding hook 2124, the body frame plate 211 is provided with a longitudinally extending channel 2110 for sliding the driven body 2121 up and down, the channel wall of the channel 2110 has a chute for embedding the hook, and when the driven body 2121 slides up and down, the channel 2110 limits the sliding direction of the driven body 2121, and the hook 2124 slides along the chute.
Since the first embodiment corresponds to the present embodiment, the present embodiment can be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. The related technical details mentioned in the first embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and the technical effects that can be achieved in the first embodiment are also achieved in this embodiment, so that the repetition is reduced, and the description is omitted here. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment are also applicable to the first embodiment.
A third embodiment of the invention relates to a collapsible container. As shown in fig. 30, 31 and 32, the handle structure 4 includes: the handle body 41, and the first return member 42, without the third return member, the handle body 14 is operable to unlock the panel body 21 from the adjacent first side panel, and is operable to unlock the panel body 21 from the door panel 22. One end of the first reset piece 42 is connected with the handle body 41, the other end of the first reset piece 42 is propped against a first propping wall surface 221 on the door plate 22, and the first propping wall surface 221 is positioned above the handle body 41 in the height direction. That is, the first restoring member 42 is connected to the upper side of the handle body 41 and abuts against the first abutment wall 221 located above the handle body 41. The first restoring member 42 is operable to provide restoring force to the handle body 41 in a direction toward the base 3. The handle body 41 moves in the first direction (upward), and the handle body 41 operatively unlocks the panel body 21 from the long side panel 1, and operatively unlocks the panel body 21 from the door panel 22. When the handle body 41 is pulled up to the second position, the portion of the handle body 41 clamped between the plate body 21 and the flange 11 is located at the notch 12 to unlock the plate body 21 and the door panel 22. That is, as shown in fig. 33, 34 and 35, fig. 34 is a state when the handle body 41 is located at the initial position, fig. 35 is a state after the handle body 41 is pulled up to the second position, when the handle structure 4 is located at the initial position, the handle body 41 is located between the plate main body 21 and the flange 11, the flange under the notch 12 limits the handle main body 41, the door panel 22 is locked and can not turn over, and the handle body 41 is pulled down, so that both ends of the handle body 41 slide to the notch 12, at this time, both ends of the handle body 41 are exposed, the flange 11 can not block the handle body 41, so that the door panel 22 and the plate main body 21 are unlocked, the door panel 22 can turn over to the outside of the foldable container 100, and the opening 20 is opened. When the handle body 41 is pulled up to the first position, the latch member 62 is pushed to disengage from the tongue member 61. The first position is located above the second position, and the direction of the restoring force given to the handle body 41 by the first restoring member 42 is the same and different in the first position and the second position.
Since the first embodiment corresponds to the present embodiment, the present embodiment can be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. Claims (15)

1. A collapsible container comprising: the base and the side plates are arranged in pairs, each side plate is operatively connected with the base in a folding manner, and two adjacent side plates are operatively connected in a detachable manner through a snap-in structure and operatively locked through a locking structure;
at least one side plate is provided with a plate main body provided with an opening and a door plate hinged with the plate main body; the door plate can be turned towards the outside of the foldable container to open the opening or turned towards the inside of the foldable container to close the opening, and the plate main body is hinged with the base and detachably connected with the two adjacent side plates; and the hinge axis of the door plate and the plate main body is parallel to the hinge axis of the plate main body and the base;
the collapsible container further comprises: a handle structure movably connected with the door plate; the handle structure operatively locking the panel body and the door panel; the handle structure is operable to move in a height direction of the collapsible container to a first position to unlock the panel body from an adjacent side panel, and the handle structure is operable to move in a height direction of the collapsible container to a second position to unlock the panel body from the door panel.
2. The collapsible container of claim 1 wherein the side panel having the door panel is a first side panel and the side panel adjacent the first side panel is a second side panel;
the locking structure includes: a latch member disposed on the plate body and a catch member disposed on the second side plate; the locking piece is operably buckled on the lock tongue piece; the handle structure is operable to move to a first position to urge the shackle member away from the strike member.
3. The collapsible container of claim 2 wherein said latch member is a raised member; one end of the locking piece is embedded in the second side plate, and the other end of the locking piece is provided with a clamping groove; the protruding piece is operably clamped into the clamping groove;
the handle structure is operable to urge the other end of the catch member toward movement to the first position such that the catch member is raised from the boss.
4. The collapsible container of claim 2 wherein said handle structure comprises: a handle body and a first reset piece; the handle body is operable to unlock the panel body from the adjacent first side panel and is operable to unlock the panel body from the door panel; the door plate is provided with a cavity for mounting the handle body, and the hand-holding part of the handle body is exposed from the cavity;
One end of the first reset piece is connected with the handle body, the other end of the first reset piece is respectively propped against a first propping wall surface on the door plate, and the first propping wall surface is positioned above the handle body in the height direction; the first reset piece abutted against the first abutting wall surface is operable to provide a restoring force towards the base direction for the handle body.
5. The collapsible container of claim 4 wherein said handle structure moves to a first position toward a first direction, said first direction being a direction facing away from said base.
6. The collapsible container of claim 4 wherein said handle body extends along a length of said door panel;
at least one first reset piece is provided with a plurality of reset units, and the reset units are distributed along the extending direction of the handle body.
7. The collapsible container of claim 4 wherein said chamber has a first guide portion on a wall surface thereof extending in a height direction of said collapsible container;
the handle body is provided with a second guide part extending along the height direction of the foldable container; the second guide portion is operatively engaged with the first guide portion to slide in the extending direction of the first guide portion.
8. The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein said handle body extends along a length of said door panel and extends below said latch;
the handle body is operable to move in a first direction to urge the shackle member away from the strike member.
9. The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein said second side panel has a flange extending to the side of said first side panel and said flange covers a portion of the outer surface of said panel body, said flange having a notch;
the handle body is at least partially clamped between the plate main body and the flanging to lock the plate main body and the door plate; the handle body is operable to move to a second position such that a portion of the handle body clamped between the panel body and the flange is located at the notch to unlock the panel body and the door panel.
10. The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein said panel body has: the device comprises a main body frame plate, a driven piece movably arranged on the main body frame plate and a second reset piece; the main body frame plate is hinged with the base and connected with the two adjacent second side plates; the door plate is hinged with the main body frame plate; the opening is formed in the main body frame plate;
The two ends of the second reset piece are respectively propped against the driven piece and the main body frame plate, and the second reset piece is operable to provide restoring force for the driven piece towards the direction of the base;
the handle body is operable to move towards a first direction to push the driven member to push the locking member to be separated from the lock tongue member; the handle body is matched with the driven piece to be connected with the main frame plate and the door plate in a locking mode, and the handle body can be moved to a second position to be separated from the driven piece to unlock the main frame plate and the door plate.

14. The collapsible container of claim 13 wherein when said handle structure is moved toward a first direction to said second position, said second direction is a direction toward said base;
the handle structure comprises: a third reset piece arranged opposite to the first reset piece; one end of the third reset piece is connected with the handle body, the other end of the third reset piece is propped against a second propping wall surface on the door plate, and the second propping wall surface and the first propping wall surface are respectively positioned at two sides of the handle body in the height direction;
The third restoring member is operable to provide a restoring force to the handle body in a direction away from the base.
15. The collapsible container of claim 1 wherein the side edges of said door panels are connected to the side walls of said panel body forming said opening by snaps;
