A cleaning tank (601); the cleaning box (601) is provided with a groove which is penetrated from front to back, and the steel coil (5) can pass through the groove from the rear end of the cleaning box (601) to the front end of the cleaning box (601); and
a cleaning sheet (602) mounted inside the cleaning tank (601); the bottom of the cleaning sheet (602) is provided with a brush (608) which plays a role of brushing ash, and the bottom of the brush (608) is contacted with the top surface of the steel coil (5); and
the two ends of the cleaning sheet (602) are connected with sliding rods (603), the sliding rods (603) are made of permanent magnetic materials, and the sliding rods (603) at the right end of the cleaning sheet (602) are elastically connected with the inner wall of the cleaning box (601) through springs I (605);
a driven gear (701) is arranged at the right end of the cleaning sheet (602), a driving gear (702) is connected at the right end of the driving roller (3), and the driven gear and the driving gear are meshed with each other; one end of the driven gear (701) close to the sliding rod (603) is connected with a magnetic column (703), and the magnetic column (703) and the sliding rod (603) repel each other;
when the magnetic column (703) on the driven gear (701) corresponds to the sliding rod (603), the sliding rod (603) and the cleaning sheet (602) move leftwards, then the driven gear (701) rotates, and under the action of the first spring (605), the cleaning sheet (602) returns to the original position, so that the cleaning effect on the top surface of the steel coil (5) is achieved.

An uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of an uncoiled plate according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning device is characterized in that two ends of the leveling roller (2) and the driving roller (3) are rotatably connected with a vertical rod of the frame (1), a driving motor is mounted at the rear end of the driving roller (3), the driving motor can drive the driving roller (3) to rotate, and the bottom of the cleaning box (601) is connected with the top of the frame (1) through a supporting frame.

An uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of an uncoiled plate according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning sheets (602) are provided with two groups, the positions of the two groups of cleaning sheets (602) are staggered, sealing grooves (604) are formed in the inner wall of the cleaning box (601) at the two ends of the two groups of cleaning sheets (602), the sliding rod (603) is in sealing sliding connection with the sealing grooves (604), and the two sealing grooves (604) at the same end are communicated through the communication groove (613).

An uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of an uncoiled sheet material according to claim 3, wherein: when the cleaning sheet (602) close to one side of the driving roller (3) moves, gas can be generated in the sealing groove (604) at one end in the moving direction, then the gas enters the other sealing groove (604) through the communicating groove (613), and the outer sliding rod (603) and the cleaning sheet (602) are pushed to move, so that the two cleaning sheets (602) can move in a dislocation mode.
5. An uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of an uncoiled sheet material according to claim 3, wherein: the cleaning mechanism (6) further comprises:
a gas hole (609) arranged at the bottom of the cleaning sheet (602); the middle part of the air hole (609) is provided with a bag (610), the bottom of the bag (610) is arranged in an open mode, and the outer edge of the bottom of the bag (610) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the air hole (609); and
the second magnetic column (611) is arranged at the top of the bag (610), and the top of the second magnetic column (611) is elastically connected with the top of the inner wall of the air blowing hole (609) through the second spring (612).
6. The uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of uncoiled plates according to claim 5, wherein: the top of cleaning box (601) is connected with slide rail (606), the bottom of slide rail (606) is connected with magnetic path (607), magnetic path (607) are repulsed with magnetic pillar two (611).

The uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of uncoiled plates according to claim 6, wherein: the magnetic blocks (607) are provided with a plurality of groups and are distributed at the bottom of the sliding rail (606) at intervals, and the air blowing holes (609), the bag (610), the second magnetic column (611) and the second spring (612) are provided with a plurality of groups and are distributed at the bottom of the cleaning sheet (602) at intervals.
8. The uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of uncoiled plates according to claim 7, wherein: the air blowing hole (609), the bag (610), the second magnetic column (611) and the second spring (612) and the hairbrush (608) are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the cleaning sheet (602) in a row.
9. An uncoiling leveler for improving the surface cleanliness of an uncoiled plate according to claim 1, wherein: one side of the cleaning box (601) is also provided with a preliminary sweeping mechanism (8), and the preliminary sweeping mechanism (8) comprises:
a drum (801); the two ends of the rotary drum (801) are rotationally connected with the side surface of the frame (1) through bearings; and
a driving gear 803 welded to one end of the drum 801; the drive gear (803) is meshed with the drive gear (702); and
a spiral cleaning rod (802) welded on the outer wall of the rotary drum (801); the outer wall of the spiral cleaning rod (802) is provided with metal bristles which are contacted with the surface of the steel coil (5).
