When the pull rod 5 is pulled to rise, the first reset spring 6 is compressed, the pull rod 5 moves upwards to drive the two medicine placing plates 3 to rise and rotate relatively, the pin shaft 8 enters the arc-shaped groove 15 from the lower straight groove 13 and finally slides to reach the upper straight groove 14, then the pull rod 5 is released from being pulled upwards, the two medicine placing plates 3 are driven to fall by the gravity of the two medicine placing plates 3 and the elasticity of the first reset spring 6, and the two medicine placing plates 3 are horizontally placed in the upper straight groove 14.
When in use:
1. the device is fixed at the wound of a patient through the binding belt on the connecting part 17 on the device, the medicine placing plate 3 is pulled out, the medicine bag 9 is stuck in the medicine placing groove 32 of the medicine placing plate 3, then the medicine placing plate 3 is inserted from the lower insertion opening 11, the pin shaft 8 of the medicine placing plate 3 horizontally moves along the lower straight groove 13 until the two medicine placing plates 3 are completely inserted into the shell 1 and horizontally arranged (as shown in figures 3 and 4), and medicine application can be carried out on the wound.
2. When the medicine bag 9 needs to be replaced, the pull rod 5 and the hinge connecting piece 4 are connected and fixed, and then the pull rod 5 is moved upwards, so that the pin shafts 8 in the two medicine placing plates 3 enter the arc-shaped grooves 15 from the lower straight grooves 13 and reach the upper straight grooves 14, and the medicine bag 9 and the wound are separated by upward movement and relative rotation movement of the two medicine placing plates 3 (shown in fig. 6 and 8). During the upward movement and the relative movement of the drug placement plate 3, the drug pack 9 is separated from the wound. The specific separation process comprises the following steps: firstly, the inner sides of the two medicine placing plates 3, namely, the side close to the hinge connection piece 4, the medicine bag 9 and the wound on the side are separated firstly, and then the medicine bag 9 is slowly torn off and separated from the wound from the middle of the wound to the outer side of the edge of the wound in the process of moving up and rotating the medicine placing plates 3 relatively until the medicine bag 9 is completely separated from the wound. Such movement tears the track, easily separates the cartridge 9 from the wound, and does not easily lead to a healed wound tear.
3. After the pin shaft 8 reaches the upper straight groove 14, the force applied by the pull rod 5 is cancelled, the two medicine placing plates 3 are driven to move downwards and rotate back to the horizontal position by the gravity of the two medicine placing plates 3 and the elasticity of the first reset spring 6 (as shown in fig. 9), and then the medicine placing plates 3 can be taken out from the upper insertion opening 12. And then the old medicine bag 9 is taken down, a new medicine bag 9 is replaced, and the medicine placing plate 3 with the changed medicine is inserted again from the lower insertion opening 11, so that the medicine changing operation is realized.
