Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the second transfer assembly includes a carrier plate 405, two ends of the carrier plate 405 are connected to moving ends of a vertical lifting mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism is mounted on the workbench 100, the carrier plate 405 is also toothed, a plurality of rollers 406 are disposed on each tooth of the carrier plate 405, when a plate is placed on the carrier plate 405, the carrier plate 405 is lifted to keep the carrier plate 405 and the workbench 100 horizontal, and then the plate is pushed onto the workbench 100 from an interval between the bottom surface of the limiting plate 201 and the workbench 100 by a pushing device.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, since both sides of the second pressing block 303 and the second top block 304 are bent in contact with the plate, both sides of the bottom surface of the second pressing block 303 and both sides of the top surface of the second top block 304 are arc-shaped, and only one side of the first pressing block 301 and one side of the first top block 302 are in contact with the plate, only one side is required to be arc-shaped.
Another aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a rod body forming method, wherein the bending device for bending a plate material as described above is applied, including the following steps:
s01, shearing the plate according to the size of the rod body to be produced;
s02, transferring the plate to the workbench 100, limiting the plate, and bending one side of the plate through the cooperation of the first pressing block 301 and the first top block 302 to form a short side;
s03, bending one side of the plate again through the cooperation of the second pressing block 303 and the second top block 304 to form one side surface of the rod body;
s04, bending the other side of the plate through the cooperation of the second pressing block 303 and the second top block 304 to form the other side face of the rod body;
s05, bending the middle line between the two folds bent in the step S03 and the step S04 through the cooperation of the second pressing block 303 and the second top block 304 to form the remaining two side surfaces of the rod body;
s06, welding joint positions of the rod bodies;
s07, scraping the weld scars outside the rod body;
s08, sizing and forming the rod body by adopting a rolling mill;
s09, straightening;
the sequence of step S03 and step S04 may be exchanged.

the second bending assembly comprises a second pressing block (303) and a second top block (304) which are arranged in a moving manner along the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the second pressing block (303) is positioned above the workbench (100), and the second top block (304) is positioned below the strip hole (103) and matched with the second pressing block (303) for bending the plate again;
and the transfer mechanism (400) comprises a first transfer assembly arranged below the workbench (100) and a second transfer assembly arranged on the other side of the workbench (100) in the length direction and used for transferring the plate.
