The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint provided by the invention is prepared by the following method: mixing 25 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion and 15 parts of aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, adding 5 parts of deionized water, 1 part of dispersing agent, 0.5 part of anti-settling agent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent and 1 part of leveling agent under the stirring condition of 1000r/min, stirring for 8min, then sequentially adding 2 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 5 parts of ethanol, 1 part of thickening agent and 5 parts of deionized water under the stirring condition of 1500r/min, and stirring for 5min to obtain gloss oil; mixing 6 parts of pearl powder, 3 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of ethanol, 2 parts of dispersing agent and 1 part of anti-settling agent to obtain aqueous pearl slurry, adding the aqueous pearl slurry into gloss oil after ultrasonic dispersion for 5min, stirring for 40min under the stirring condition of 500r/min, adding 1 part of directional arrangement auxiliary agent, and stirring for 3min under the stirring condition of 200r/min to obtain the aqueous pearl coating.
Example 3
The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint provided by the invention is prepared by the following method: mixing 20 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion and 20 parts of aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, adding 7 parts of deionized water, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 1 part of anti-settling agent, 1 part of defoaming agent and 1.5 parts of leveling agent under the stirring condition of 1000r/min, stirring for 10min, then sequentially adding 2.5 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 5 parts of ethanol, 1 part of thickening agent and 5 parts of deionized water under the stirring condition of 1500r/min, and stirring for 5min to obtain gloss oil; mixing 8 parts of pearl powder, 5 parts of deionized water, 5 parts of ethanol, 3 parts of dispersing agent and 2 parts of anti-settling agent to obtain aqueous pearl slurry, adding the aqueous pearl slurry into gloss oil after ultrasonic dispersion for 5min, stirring for 60min under the stirring condition of 500r/min, adding 2 parts of directional arrangement auxiliary agent, and stirring for 3min under the stirring condition of 300r/min to obtain the aqueous pearl coating.
Example 4
The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint provided by the invention is prepared by the following method: mixing 10 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion and 30 parts of aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, adding 8 parts of deionized water, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 1 part of anti-settling agent, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent and 2 parts of leveling agent under the stirring condition of 1000r/min, stirring for 10min, then sequentially adding 3 parts of film forming additive, 5 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of thickening agent and 5 parts of deionized water under the stirring condition of 1500r/min, and stirring for 5min to obtain gloss oil; mixing 8 parts of pearl powder, 5 parts of deionized water, 5 parts of ethanol, 3 parts of dispersing agent and 2 parts of anti-settling agent to obtain aqueous pearl slurry, adding the aqueous pearl slurry into gloss oil after ultrasonic dispersion for 5min, stirring for 60min under the stirring condition of 500r/min, adding 2 parts of directional arrangement auxiliary agent, and stirring for 3min under the stirring condition of 300r/min to obtain the aqueous pearl coating.
Comparative example 1:
the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint in this comparative example has the same composition and proportion as in example 2, except that it contains 40 parts of water-based polyurethane emulsion and does not contain water-based acrylic resin emulsion; the preparation method is the same as that of the example 2;
comparative example 2:
the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint in this comparative example has the same composition and proportion as in example 2, except that it contains 40 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion and does not contain water-based polyurethane emulsion; the preparation method is the same as that of the example 2;
comparative example 3:
the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint provided by the invention is prepared by the following method: mixing 25 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion and 15 parts of aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, adding 13 parts of deionized water, 6 parts of pearl powder, 3 parts of dispersing agent, 1.5 parts of anti-settling agent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of leveling agent, 2 parts of film forming additive, 8 parts of ethanol and 1 part of thickening agent under the stirring condition of 1000r/min, stirring for 40min under the stirring condition of 500r/min, adding 1 part of directional arrangement additive, and stirring for 3min under the stirring condition of 200r/min to obtain the aqueous pearl paint.
Comparative example 4
The components and proportions of the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint in this comparative example are basically the same as those in example 2, except that the mesh number of the pearlescent powder used is 350 mesh; the preparation method is the same as in example 2.
Comparative example 5
The components and proportions of the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint in the comparative example are basically the same as those in example 2, except that the mesh number of the pearlescent powder used is 650 mesh; the preparation method is the same as in example 2.
The stability performance test is carried out on the aqueous pearlescent slurry prepared in the examples 1-4, specifically, the prepared aqueous pearlescent slurry is placed for 24 hours at room temperature, and layering phenomenon does not occur; the aqueous pearlescent slurry has excellent uniform stability.
The performance of the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent coatings prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-5 is tested, and the results are shown in table 1:
remarks: the method for testing the uniform stability comprises the steps of placing the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint at 25 ℃ for one week, judging whether the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint is layered, and judging that the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint is unqualified if the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint is layered; and if the coating is not layered and the glossiness, the adhesive force, the pencil hardness and the surface drying time of the prepared coating meet the requirements, judging the coating to be qualified.
As can be seen from Table 1, the environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint prepared by the invention has the advantages of high gloss, high adhesive force, high surface hardness, good surface dryness and the like. From the comparison of the comparative examples 1 and 2 with the example 2, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion and the aqueous acrylic resin emulsion in the application produce synergistic effect after being compounded, so that the environment-friendly aqueous pearlescent paint has excellent glossiness, adhesive force and surface hardness; as can be seen from comparative example 3 and example 2, the aqueous environment-friendly pearlescent paint in the application is prepared by preparing aqueous pearlescent powder with good uniform stability, and then compounding the aqueous pearlescent powder with gloss oil, so that the pearlescent powder can be well dispersed in the gloss oil to form uniform and stable environment-friendly aqueous pearlescent paint, and meanwhile, the environment-friendly aqueous pearlescent paint meeting the requirements is obtained; from comparative example 4, comparative example 5 and example 2, it is known that an environment-friendly aqueous pearlescent paint having excellent glossiness, adhesion, hardness and workability is prepared by employing a particular mesh of pearlescent powder in the present application and synergistically cooperating with other components in the present application. The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint provided by the application not only meets the related use requirements of various performance indexes, but also has the advantages of low cost, good environment friendliness, good practicability and the like.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims and description.
Claims (10)
1. The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of aqueous resin emulsion; 6-10 parts of pearl powder; 3-5 parts of dispersing agent; 1-3 parts of an anti-settling agent; 1-3 parts of directional arrangement auxiliary agent; 0.5-2 parts of defoaming agent; 1-2 parts of flatting agent; 2-3 parts of film forming auxiliary agent; 1-2 parts of a thickening agent; 8-10 parts of ethanol; 13-18 parts of deionized water.
2. The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of aqueous resin emulsion; 8 parts of pearl powder; 5 parts of dispersing agent; 3 parts of anti-settling agent; 2 parts of directional arrangement auxiliary agent; 0.5 parts of defoamer; 1 part of leveling agent; 2 parts of film forming auxiliary agent; 1 part of thickener; 10 parts of ethanol; 15 parts of deionized water.

The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of aqueous resin emulsion; 6 parts of pearl powder; 3 parts of dispersing agent; 1.5 parts of anti-settling agent; 1 part of directional arrangement auxiliary agent; 0.5 parts of defoamer; 1 part of leveling agent; 2 parts of film forming auxiliary agent; 1 part of thickener; 8 parts of ethanol; 13 parts of deionized water.

The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of aqueous resin emulsion; 8 parts of pearl powder; 5 parts of dispersing agent; 3 parts of anti-settling agent; 2 parts of directional arrangement auxiliary agent; 1 part of defoaming agent; 1.5 parts of flatting agent; 2.5 parts of film forming additive; 1 part of thickener; 10 parts of ethanol; 17 parts of deionized water.

The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of aqueous resin emulsion; 8 parts of pearl powder; 5 parts of dispersing agent; 3 parts of anti-settling agent; 2 parts of directional arrangement auxiliary agent; 1.5 parts of defoamer; 2 parts of flatting agent; 3 parts of film forming auxiliary agent; 1.5 parts of thickener; 10 parts of ethanol; 18 parts of deionized water.
6. The environmentally friendly water-based pearlescent coating of claim 1, wherein the mesh number of the pearlescent powder is 400-600 mesh.
7. The environmentally friendly water-based pearlescent coating of claim 1, wherein the water-based resin emulsion is a mixture of water-based polyurethane emulsion and water-based acrylic resin emulsion.
8. The environmentally friendly water-based pearlescent paint of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a high molecular block copolymer with pigment affinity group; the anti-settling agent is a mixture of flax cellulose and bentonite.
9. The environment-friendly water-based pearlescent coating of claim 4, wherein the orientation auxiliary agent is nonionic ethylene-ethyl acetate copolymer emulsion; the defoaming agent is formed by compounding polyether modified resin and modified polysiloxane; the film forming auxiliary agent is compounded by propylene glycol phenyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and alcohol ester.
10. The method for preparing an environment-friendly water-based pearlescent paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
1) Mixing the two aqueous resin emulsions, adding deionized water, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent, a defoaming agent and a leveling agent, stirring for 5-10min at 500-1000r/min, sequentially adding a film forming additive, ethanol, a thickening agent and deionized water, and stirring for 3-5min at 1000-1500r/min to obtain gloss oil;
2) Mixing pearl powder, deionized water, ethanol, a dispersing agent and an anti-settling agent to obtain aqueous pearl slurry; dispersing aqueous pearlescent slurry for 5-10min, adding into gloss oil, stirring for 30-60min at 300-500r/min, adding orientation auxiliary agent, and stirring for 3-5min at 200-300r/min to obtain the final product.
