The structure in this embodiment allows the anilox roller 500 to be automatically transported out of the oil sump 210 after the lubrication oil is applied.
In some embodiments, the packaging unit 300 includes an opening portion for opening the package opening and a closing portion for closing the package. The opening portion is convenient for open the opening of packing, and the opening of packing is opened and only needs to aim at the right side of oil groove 210, and anilox roller 500 will roll into the packing, waits that anilox roller 500 falls into the packing after, seals the opening of packing through the sealing portion, then makes anilox roller 500 accomplish outside parcel lubricating oil after the processing, and does not receive the pollution.
In some embodiments, the opening portion comprises two struts 303, both struts 303 being able to open the package opening relatively far or being able to close the package opening relatively close. The two pressing rods 305 can be provided with fixing nails or heating components, the two pressing rods 305 are relatively close to each other and can fold the lower part of the opening of the package, and the package is heated to seal the opening of the package, so that the packaging process of the anilox roller 500 is realized.
In this embodiment, in the implementation process, the lubricating oil exceeding the height of the roller is added into the oil groove 210, and the lubricating oil can be continuously or intermittently pumped into the oil groove by the oil pump.

The anilox roller rolls in the oil groove, and the surface of the anilox roller can be coated with lubricating oil;
The oil groove is internally provided with a plurality of rollers, the surfaces of the rollers are provided with elastic bulges, and the rollers rotate to drive the anilox roller to rotate in the oil groove under the friction action of the bulges;
a rotating shaft is arranged in the oil groove, the rotating shaft is connected with a driving piece, the driving piece can drive the rotating shaft to rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction, and a transmission belt is connected between the rotating shaft and the roller;
A vertical plate is arranged in the oil groove in a vertical sliding manner, the upper end of the vertical plate is used for supporting the anilox roller, one side of the vertical plate is connected with a rack, a gear meshed with the rack is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the gear rotates to drive the rack to slide to drive the vertical plate to slide up and down in the oil groove;
The packing unit comprises a packing plate, wherein a supporting plate is hinged to the upper end of the vertical plate, a supporting block is arranged on one side, facing towards the packing unit, of the vertical plate, the upper end of the supporting block is used for supporting the supporting plate, a torsion spring for keeping the position of the supporting block is arranged between the supporting block and the vertical plate, a retaining column is arranged on the upper portion in an oil groove, and the supporting block is limited by the retaining column along with the upward movement of the supporting plate, so that the supporting plate can roll down into the packing unit by the inclined anilox roller.
