Claims (15)

1. The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line is characterized by comprising a cleaning chamber (1), a liquid storage tank (3) and a storage frame (8), wherein guide pipes (1404) are arranged on two sides of the cleaning chamber (1) in a penetrating manner, connecting rods (1102) are arranged at the top ends of the inside of the cleaning chamber (1) in an equidistant manner, a cleaning cavity (11) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting rods (1102), and cotton wires (1101) are arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning cavity (11) in a penetrating manner;
the water quality detection device is characterized in that a filter tank (12) is movably arranged at the bottom of the cleaning cavity (11), a switching pipe (13) is movably arranged at the bottom of the filter tank (12), a liquid storage tank (3) is movably arranged at the bottom of the switching pipe (13), a fixed frame (304) is fixedly arranged at one side of the liquid storage tank (3), a liquid outlet valve (305) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixed frame (304), and a water quality detector (10) is movably arranged in the fixed frame (304);
one side fixed mounting of clean room (1) has deposits frame (8), the top fixed mounting of depositing frame (8) has roll-up motor (5), the output of roll-up motor (5) is all movable mounting has roll-up dish (7), the both sides of roll-up motor (5) are all fixed mounting has fan (6), the opposite side fixed mounting of depositing frame (8) has fixed plate (806), the top fixed mounting of fixed plate (806) has electric putter (802), the output activity of electric putter (802) is provided with cutter (807).

The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line according to claim 1, wherein the door body (101) is movably installed on both sides of the surface of the cleaning chamber (1) through hinges, the observation windows (103) are fixedly arranged on the surface of the door body (101), and the door locks (102) are fixedly arranged between the observation windows (103).

The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line according to claim 1, wherein the two ends of the guide tube (1404) are fixedly provided with sliding grooves (14), the sliding grooves (14) are movably provided with fixing frames (1402), fastening bolts (1403) are arranged between the fixing frames (1402) and the sliding grooves (14) in a penetrating manner, and guide rollers (1401) are movably arranged between the fixing frames (1402).

The device for online continuous cleaning of the surface of the conductor according to claim 1, wherein supporting blocks (1202) are fixedly installed on two sides of the inside of the filter tank (12), a filter screen (1201) is movably arranged on the top of each supporting block (1202), an activated carbon screen (1204) is movably arranged on the bottom of each filter screen (1201), filter cotton (1205) is movably arranged on the bottom of each activated carbon screen (1204), supporting legs (1206) are fixedly installed on two sides of the bottom of the filter tank (12), and an internal threaded joint (1203) is arranged between the supporting legs (1206) in a penetrating mode.

The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line according to claim 1, wherein an external thread pipe (303) is arranged at the top of the liquid storage tank (3) in a penetrating way, an internal thread cover (301) is movably arranged at the top of the external thread pipe (303), a guide sleeve (302) is arranged at both sides of the external thread pipe (303) in a penetrating way, and a water pump (4) is fixedly arranged at the other side of the liquid storage tank (3).
7. The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line according to claim 6, wherein the input end of the water pump (4) is fixedly provided with a liquid inlet pipe (402), and the output end of the water pump (4) is fixedly provided with a shunt pipe (401).
8. The device for continuously cleaning the surface of a conductor on line according to claim 1, wherein a connecting wire (1002) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water quality detector (10), and a probe (1001) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting wire (1002).

The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the storage frame (8) is provided with a through hole (801) in a penetrating manner, a shearing table (805) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the through hole (801), a cutting groove is fixedly arranged in the shearing table (805), and a mounting plate (9) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the storage frame (8).

11. An apparatus for on-line continuous cleaning of conductor surfaces according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the winding disc (7) is fixedly provided with a positioning sleeve (701), and the surface thread of the positioning sleeve (701) is provided with a positioning bolt (702).
12. An apparatus for on-line continuous cleaning of conductor surfaces according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the fan (6) is fixedly provided with an air duct (601).

The device for continuously cleaning the surface of the conductor on line according to claim 9, wherein the baffle plates (901) are installed at equal intervals on the bottom of the mounting plate (9), the reinforcing plates (902) are fixedly installed between the mounting plate (9) and the baffle plates (901), and the workbench (2) is fixedly installed on the bottom of the baffle plates (901).

The device for on-line continuous cleaning of conductor surfaces according to claim 13, characterized in that the bottom of the workbench (2) is provided with support plates (201) at equal intervals, support pads (202) are fixedly arranged between the support plates (201), the bottom of the support plates (201) is fixedly provided with a bottom plate (203), and the bottom of the bottom plate (203) is provided with anti-slip pads (204) at equal intervals.
15. A cleaning method of an apparatus for continuously cleaning a conductor surface on-line as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, firstly observing the condition inside a cleaning chamber (1) through an observation window (103), then unlocking a door lock (102) by using a key, facilitating a worker to open a door body (101), facilitating maintenance, unscrewing a fastening bolt (1403), driving a guide roller (1401) by using a fixing frame (1402) to adjust up and down, then tightening the fastening bolt (1403) to fix, driving a conductor by using the guide roller (1401) to enter the cleaning chamber (1) through a guide tube (1404), guiding the cleaned conductor out, penetrating the conductor into a cleaning cavity (11), and cleaning the conductor by 360 degrees by using a cotton thread (1101) which is continuously arranged in a surrounding manner;
s2, guiding the cleaned waste liquid into the filter tank (12), performing preliminary filtration on the waste liquid by using a filter screen (1201), performing matched use by using an active carbon screen (1204) and filter cotton (1205), movably connecting the active carbon screen (1204) and an internal thread joint (1203), guiding the filtered cleaning liquid by using a transfer pipe (13), opening an internal thread cover (301) by rotation, guiding the cleaning liquid by using an external thread pipe (303), refluxing the filtered waste liquid by using a guide sleeve (302), detecting the liquid in the liquid storage tank (3) by using a water quality detector (10) and a probe (1001), changing the cleaning liquid when the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank (3) is unqualified, guiding the cleaned cleaning liquid by using a water pump (4) and shunting the cleaned cleaning liquid by using a shunt pipe (401);
s3, finally, conducting penetrating conveying work on the cleaned conductor through the through hole (801), then conducting movable connection with the fixing sleeve (803) through the output end of the electric push rod (802), then screwing the fixing bolt (804) to conduct fixing, then utilizing the external controller to control the electric push rod (802) to drive the cutter (807) to conduct up-and-down adjustment, accordingly conducting cutting on the conductor according to the length requirement of the conductor through the cutting groove fixedly arranged in the cutting table (805), conducting movable connection with the positioning sleeve (701) through the output end of the winding motor (5), screwing the positioning bolt (702) to conduct fixing, then utilizing the winding motor (5) to drive the winding disc (7) to conduct rotation, accordingly driving the cleaned conductor to conduct quick winding work, then utilizing the fan (6) to drive natural wind to enter the air pipe (601), then utilizing the air pipe (601) to conduct natural wind to conduct quick air drying work on the wound conductor, and then supporting the storage frame (8) through the mounting plate (9).
