step S3, after screening the thrown drug blanks, screening qualified drug blanks, enabling the screened drug blanks to enter a pelleting disc 251, controlling three motors to start at the moment, enabling the arc-shaped fixed arms to drive the articulated arms by the motors with different rotating speeds and different steering directions, enabling the pelleting disc 251 to continuously shake circumferentially around a shaft seat 257 under the mutual coordination of the articulated arms 2511, enabling the inside drug blanks to be rolled into pellets, screening out the drug pellets conforming to the particle size through sieve holes at the bottom in the pelleting disc 251, and repeating the steps S1 to S3 to continuously produce the drug pellets.
