Description

Local pressurizing and fixing device used after breast cancer improvement surgery
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a local pressurizing and fixing device used after breast cancer improvement surgery.
Background
Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of women, and the incidence rate is the first place of the malignant tumors of women, so that the physical and mental health of women is seriously endangered. At present, comprehensive means are mainly adopted for treating breast cancer, and among a plurality of means, surgery is still the most main treatment mode. Different operation modes are adopted according to different situations such as breast tumor size, pathological types, pre-operation screening of axillary lymph node metastasis and the like. The operative scope of breast cancer includes two parts, breast and axillary lymph nodes: 1. breast surgery includes tumor enlargement excision and total breast excision; 2. axillary lymph nodes can be biopsied from sentinel lymph nodes and cleaned from axillary lymph nodes. Wherein, the breast cancer improvement radical cure operation needs to be performed on the whole breast of one diseased side, and then the axillary lymph nodes are cleaned and resected according to the disease condition.
After the breast cancer improvement radical operation, because the whole defect of the gland of the affected side breast and the cleaning of the axillary lymph nodes, the operation wound surface is huge, so that the muscle tissue of the wound surface and the subcutaneous tissue of the skin can not be completely attached, a gap is reserved between the muscle tissue and the subcutaneous tissue, and the operation is specifically expressed as follows: 1. a gap between the pectoral fascia and subcutaneous fat of the chest wall skin; 2. a gap between the axillary tissue and subcutaneous tissue of the axillary skin; 3. the axillary skin is poorly attached to the lateral border of the pectoral major and pectoral minor muscles. The unnatural anatomical gap caused by the operation is easy to cause the conditions of subcutaneous cavity, residual effusion and the like caused by flap movement, and seriously influences the postoperative recovery and the body appearance of a patient. Therefore, the tissues at two sides of the gap are required to be closely contacted by externally giving a certain pressure, the chance of promoting the healing of fibers while the bleeding of the wound surface is reduced, and finally, the aim of fitting the lower muscle tissues of the chest wall and the armpit skin after operation can be achieved well, and the occurrence of adverse complications such as subcutaneous bleeding, subcutaneous effusion and the like is reduced.
The existing common practice is that after the surgery is finished, on the basis of covering incision dressing on the surface of incision (wound) in a conventional way, besides the sufficient drainage effusion of the conventional indwelling negative pressure drainage tube after the surgery, the partial pressurization fixation is needed to be additionally carried out on the chest anterior region and the armpit region on one side of the diseased excised mammary gland, and the recovery condition and the aesthetic degree of the chest anterior and the armpit after the mammary gland surgery are directly determined by the effect of the partial pressurization fixation. The prior binding and fixing treatment does not have a standard device or apparatus, and most of the binding and fixing treatment adopts empirical manual binding and fixing: the cotton cloth head (also called shaping cotton pad) is arranged into a hemispherical shape, the breast gland is simulated to replace the excised breast gland to cover the operation area of the chest wall and the armpit area, and then the cotton cloth head on the affected side and the breast on the healthy side are wrapped simultaneously by using an elastic bandage to transversely surround the chest and the back for 4 to 5 weeks.
The current binding and fixing mode can be used for cutting off the skin pressure of the chest wall at one side of the gland at the affected side, so that the occurrence probability of subcutaneous effusion can be reduced to a certain extent, but clinical practice finds that the defects are obvious, and the method is specifically characterized in that: 1. the bundling and fixing are mostly self-made, the hemispherical shape formed by cotton cloth heads is irregular, the sizes are difficult to be standardized and unified, and the quality uniformity and the reliability of each manufacturing can not be ensured; 2. the locally applied pressure force can not be displayed through objective data, and only the patient can be inquired whether the patient is painful or tolerated, so that two results are easy to cause, and the winding is too loose to achieve the effect of pressurizing and fixing. Secondly, the winding is too tension, the patient feels uncomfortable to the skin pain, and more serious patients can cause the pressed skin to reduce blood circulation, so that the skin flap is necrotized; 3. when the elastic bandage is used, the effect of pressing the affected side and protecting the breast on the healthy side is difficult to achieve, and the discomfort of the clamping pressure of the breast on the healthy side or the unstable fixation of the affected side often occurs because of contradictory requirements on the two sides, so that the purpose of pressing is not achieved; 4. the binding mode is complicated, and is not beneficial to opening the dressing after operation to observe the incision (wound) and sterilize and change the dressing; 5. the chest strap which continuously surrounds the wound is easy to shift and loose, and the uniform stress of the chest strap is affected.
