In one embodiment provided by the invention, the purifying system 8 comprises a clean water tank 81, wherein a medicine storage tank 82 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one side of the clean water tank 81, a medicine adding pipe 83 is arranged on the medicine storage tank 82, and flocculating agent, dehydrating agent, demulsifier, defoaming agent, pH regulator, redox agent, disinfectant and other agents are added into the clean water tank through the medicine storage tank 82 by the medicine adding pipe 83, so that the further purification of water is realized, and the standard requirement of reutilization is met.
