The decoction is a block filled with white frost, has sweet and sour taste, has effects of moistening lung, resolving phlegm, stopping bleeding, relieving diarrhea, relieving fever, promoting salivation, etc., and can be used for treating cough due to lung deficiency, chronic diarrhea, chronic dysentery, hematochezia, hemorrhoid blood, carbuncle, swelling, sore, skin, and skin wet and rot. The main raw materials of the hundred-medicine decoction are gallnuts, the gallnuts contain a large amount of tannin components and a small amount of gallic acid, the content of the tannin in the gallnuts is not less than 50% and even is more than 70% specified in pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China of 2015 edition. Tannins are reported to have hepatotoxicity, and gallic acid generated by fermentation and conversion has the effects of resisting tumor, killing trypanosome, resisting inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, resisting virus, reducing blood sugar and reducing ester and the like, and the tannins are hydrolyzed to generate the gallic acid under the action of tannase and microorganisms in the process of fermenting gallnut into hundred medicines, so that the gallic acid is a material basis for changing the efficacy of the gallic acid.
In clinical medication, traditional Chinese herbal pieces decocted by hundred medicines are prepared into a lozenge, so that the problem of quantitative taking of the decocted hundred medicines is solved, and the decoction is convenient for patients to carry and store, but the existing decoction production process of the hundred medicines has the problems of high material viscosity, inconvenient operation and difficult molding.

s4, screening the crushed and dried gallnut with a 24-mesh screen, and screening off blackish brown aphids and gray powdery excreta;
s5, passing the crushed gallnut through a 100-mesh screen, and continuously crushing the gallnut which does not pass through the 100-mesh screen until the gallnut passes through the 100-mesh screen; then, the crushed vinasse passes through a 50-mesh screen, and the vinasse is continuously crushed without passing through the 50-mesh screen until the vinasse passes through the 50-mesh screen;
s6, putting tea leaves into a jacketed kettle, adding clear water which is 15 times the weight of the tea leaves into the jacketed kettle, heating the jacketed kettle, boiling the water, decocting for 20 minutes, and filtering the liquid medicine by using a 80-mesh screen;
s7, repeating the step S6 for two times, and combining the three decoctions;
s8, adding the combined decoction into a concentrator, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract with the amount of 1-1.2 times that of the fine powder of the gallnut;
s9, pouring the fine powder of the gallnut and the wine groove powder into a groove type mixer, adding the clear paste after mixing until the color is uniform, and continuing mixing for 5-10 minutes to ensure uniform mixing, no dry powder and no core wrapping;
s10, spreading the soft materials mixed in the step S9 in a fermentation tray, fermenting for 3-9 days at the temperature of 20-45 ℃ and the humidity of 80-90%, and taking out when the mould coating grows out in the fermentation process, continuing fermenting until the surface is spread over the white mould coating;
s11, placing the fermented material in the step S10 in a drying chamber for drying, and controlling the water content of the material to be 28.00% -29.00%;
s12, using extrusion strip-making equipment to make the material into strips with the diameter of 5-10mm, cutting the strips into pieces with the diameter of 3-8mm by using cutting equipment, and drying at the temperature of 50-70 ℃.

s6, putting tea leaves into a jacketed kettle, adding clear water which is 15 times the weight of the tea leaves into the jacketed kettle, heating the jacketed kettle, boiling the water, decocting for 20 minutes, and filtering the liquid medicine by using a 80-mesh screen;
