The beneficial effects are that:
the composition contains poly-L-lactic acid, collagen peptide, coffee cherries (COFFEA ARABICA) seed extract, red clover (TRIFOLIUM PRATENSE) flower extract, ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine.
The water content increase rate of the skin of the composition can reach 38.97% after being used for 1 day, 20.15% after being used for 30 days, and 17.96% after being used for 45 days. The score of the composition of the invention can reach 2.45 plus or minus 0.37 score after 30 days of use and 2.56 plus or minus 0.42 score after 45 days of use. The skin wrinkle reduction rate of the composition of the present invention reached 38.16% after 10 weeks of use.
The composition obtained from PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine has better moisturizing, anti-aging and scar removing effects than that of one of the compositions, and the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine can be compounded to synergistically increase the using effects of the composition.
The PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium lysine di (lauramide glutamine) of the invention have the mass ratio of 1: the range of (0.7-1.5) makes the composition more effective.
The collagen peptide, the coffee cherries (COFFEA araica) seed extract and the ALOE vera (ALOE barbadens) extract are compounded, so that the moisturizing effect of the composition can be remarkably improved. The poly-L-lactic acid and the collagen peptide in the dosage range of the invention have the compound synergy effect on the effect of endowing the composition to remove the recessed scar.
The poly-L-lactic acid and the small fruit coffee (COFFEA ARABICA) seed extract and the red clover (TRIFOLIUM PRATENSE) flower extract can have the compound synergistic effect on the anti-aging and wrinkle removal effects of the composition, so that the composition has excellent anti-aging performance.

The advantages and various effects of the present invention will be more clearly apparent from the following detailed description and examples. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that these specific embodiments and examples are intended to illustrate the invention, not to limit the invention.
Throughout the specification, unless specifically indicated otherwise, the terms used herein should be understood as meaning as commonly used in the art. Accordingly, unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the various raw materials, reagents, instruments, equipment and the like used in the present invention are commercially available or may be prepared by existing methods. The poly-L-lactic acid in the test group is derived from Shenzhen poly-Biotechnology Co., ltd; cod collagen peptide was derived from texas blue biotechnology limited; the small fruit coffee seed extract is from Hubei mountain along with biotechnology limited company; the red clover flower extract is from mountain east Asia chart biotechnology limited company; the aloe vera extract is derived from Nanjing pine crown biotechnology limited.
The compositions of the sample compositions of the test set of the present invention are set forth in Table 1 below, wherein each raw material is measured in mass percent of the composition.

The preparation method of the test group sample composition is as follows:
(1) Heating water to a temperature T1 of 65 ℃, then mixing with PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and/or sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine and stirring at a rotating speed R1 of 500 revolutions per minute and a stirring time T1 of 0.2 hours, then adding grape seed oil, mixing and continuously stirring at a stirring time T2 of 0.6 hours to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) Cooling the mixture 1 to a temperature T2 of 25 ℃, adding poly-L-lactic acid, adding small fruit coffee seed extract and/or red clover flower extract and/or aloe vera extract and the rest raw materials, mixing, and continuously stirring under the condition of stirring T3 for 0.5 hour to obtain the composition;
wherein, in step 2: if the sample materials of the test group contain poly-L-lactic acid, the step 2 is to cool the mixture 1 to the temperature T2 of 25 ℃ and then add poly-L-lactic acid, and then add the following substances such as small fruit coffee seed extract; if the sample materials of the test group do not contain poly-L-lactic acid, the step 2 is to cool the mixture 1 to the temperature T2 of 25 ℃ and then add the following materials such as small fruit coffee seed extract.
1. Test of moisturizing and debossing scar removal effect
Test sample: sample compositions of groups 1, 4-16 were tested.
Test population: 140 volunteers with depressed scar mild/moderate acne skin between 28 and 45 years of age, 70 men and women each.
The testing method comprises the following steps: 140 volunteers were randomly divided into 14 groups of 10 persons each, 5 for each of male and female volunteers. The face was used as the test area in the test. Subjects or caregivers were instructed to adhere to continuous use for 45 days daily in the morning and evening. Follow-up was performed at various time periods at the beginning of the test, and the facial skin condition using the samples and the facial skin dent condition and moisturizing effect were tested, respectively.
(1) Moisturizing effect: measuring by adopting skin moisture content change; specifically, the skin moisture content change after the 1 st day, 30 th day and 45 th day after the sample application was measured by using a Corneometer CM 825 skin moisture content tester, and the skin moisture content change was repeated 3 times, and the average value was calculated, and the skin moisture content increase rate K was calculated, and the results are shown in table 2.

The moisture retention effect test in the table shows that the moisture content increase rate of the composition can reach 38.97% after being used for 1 day, 20.15% after being used for 30 days, and 17.96% after being used for 45 days; the composition of the present invention has excellent moisturizing effect.
As can be seen from comparison of the test sets 1 and 4-5 sample compositions, the moisturizing effect of the composition obtained by PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine is better than that of the composition obtained by using one of the compositions, and the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine can be compounded to synergistically increase the use effect of the composition, probably because the two components are matched to increase the effect exerted by the composition on skin. As can be seen from a comparison of test set 1 with the 6-7 sample compositions, the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine mass ratio of the present invention is at 1: the range of (0.7-1.5) makes the composition more effective.
From a comparison of the sample compositions of test group 1 and test groups 14-16, it is apparent that the collagen peptide, the coffee cherries (COFFEA araica) seed extract and the ALOE vera (ALOE barbadenosis) extract of the present invention have a synergistic effect in imparting moisturizing effects to the compositions.
(2) Determination of depressed scar: evaluation was scored according to the skin recovery of volunteers on days 30 and 45 according to the scoring criteria of table 3, and the statistical analysis was performed by taking the average value, and the scoring results are shown in table 4.

As shown by the test for removing the sunken scars in the table, the score of the test for removing the sunken scars after the composition is used for 30 days can reach 2.45+/-0.37 minutes, the score of the test for removing the sunken scars after the composition is used for 45 days can reach 2.56+/-0.42 minutes, and the composition has an excellent effect of removing the sunken scars.
As can be seen from comparison of the sample compositions of test groups 1 and 4-7, the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium lysine di (lauramide glutamine) have a compound effect on the synergistic effect of removing the recessed scar, and the mass ratio is 1: the range of (0.7-1.5) makes the composition more effective.
The comparison of the test groups 1 and 8-9 sample compositions shows that the poly-L-lactic acid and the collagen peptide have the compound synergistic effect on the effect of endowing the composition with the effect of removing the recessed scar.
2. Anti-aging performance test:
test sample: test groups 1, 4-16 sample compositions.
Test population: 140 volunteers between the ages of 30 and 55 years old, 70 men and women each.
The testing method comprises the following steps: 140 volunteers were randomly divided into 14 groups of 10 persons (5 men and 5 women). Skin wrinkle change tests were performed on the samples of the test group, respectively. The volunteer's test site was applied on the cheek without any cosmetic or topical drug for one week. Prior to the experiment, volunteers cleaned their faces with the same cleaning product; then, volunteers in each group smear samples of the test group 1 time each night, each smear amount is 1.2g, and after continuous use for 10 weeks; the sample parts of the test groups smeared on the subjects are cleaned, and skin wrinkle changes are analyzed by using a American VISIA facial image analyzer under the conditions of the ambient temperature of 20+/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 50+/-5%, so that the wrinkle removal effect of each test group sample is tested. The results of the test for changes in wrinkles for each test set of samples are set forth in table 5 below.

As is clear from Table 5, the composition of the present invention had excellent anti-aging effect, and the skin wrinkles were reduced by 38.16% after 10 weeks of use of the composition of the present invention.
As can be seen from comparison of the sample compositions of test groups 1 and 4-7, the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium lysine di (lauramide glutamine) have a compound effect on the synergistic effect of removing the recessed scar, and the mass ratio is 1: the range of (0.7-1.5) makes the composition more effective. As can be seen from a comparison of the test group 1 and the 10-13 sample compositions, the poly-L-lactic acid, the small fruit coffee (COFFEA ARABICA) seed extract and the red clover (TRIFOLIUM PRATENSE) flower extract have a compound synergistic effect on endowing the compositions with the effects of resisting aging and removing wrinkles.
The results of the moisture retention and debossing scar removal and anti-aging performance tests in tables 2, 4 and 5 are summarized as follows: the products of test group 9, 10, 12 had better moisturizing effect, but the products of test group 9, 10 had poorer effects of removing the pitted scar, and the products of test group 12 had poorer anti-aging effect. The products of the test groups 11, 12, 15 and 16 have better effects of removing the recessed scars, however, the products of the test groups 11, 15 and 16 have poorer moisturizing effects, and the products of the test groups 11, 12, 15 and 16 have poorer anti-aging effects. The products of test groups 8, 14 had better anti-aging effect, but the products of test groups 8, 14 had poor moisturizing and pitting scar removal effect. The composition prepared from poly-L-lactic acid, collagen peptide, small fruit coffee seed extract, red clover flower extract, aloe vera extract, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine, grape seed oil and water has excellent moisturizing, debouriella and anti-aging effects, and has excellent comprehensive performance.

Claims (8)

1. A composition for alleviating a depressed scar, characterized by: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
5-10% of poly-L-lactic acid, 2-6% of collagen peptide, 0.5-3% of small fruit coffee seed extract, 0.5-3% of red clover flower extract, 0.4-2.5% of aloe vera extract, 0.6-2% of PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, 0.5-2.5% of di (lauramide glutamine) sodium lysine, 8-15% of grape seed oil and 55-75% of water;
the mass ratio of the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate to the sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine is 1: (0.7-1.5).
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the composition further comprises at least one of an emollient and a humectant.
3. The composition of claim 2, wherein: the emollient comprises at least one of isononyl isononanoate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, phytosterol oleate, castor oil.
4. The composition of claim 2, wherein: the humectant comprises at least one of glycerol, beta-glucan, betaine, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate.
5. The composition of claim 1 or 2, further comprising at least one of a thickener, a pH adjuster, a chelating agent, a preservative, a pigment, a fragrance.
6. A process for preparing the composition of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: (1) Mixing water with PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine, and adding grape seed oil to mix to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) Adding poly-L-lactic acid into the mixture 1, and then adding small fruit coffee seed extract, red clover flower extract, aloe vera extract and the rest raw materials to mix to obtain the composition.
7. The method of manufacturing according to claim 6, wherein: in the step (1), water is heated to 40-80 ℃ firstly, and then PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine are added.
8. The method of claim 6 or 7, wherein: in the step (2), the mixture 1 is cooled to 20-39 ℃ and then poly-L-lactic acid is added.
