Meanwhile, discrete unordered warheads are sequenced in the warhead feeding machine 15, then fall into the warhead feeding mechanism 17 through the warhead feeding pipe 16, are vertically temporarily stored in an end-to-end mode, the warhead feeding mechanism 17 feeds warheads into the notch of the warhead feeding turntable 18 one by one according to the production takt and judgment of the control system 27 on the shell according to the instruction of the control system 27, and the warheads follow the warhead feeding turntable 18 in the notch of the warhead feeding turntable 18 and are conveyed forwards along the outer circumference of the warhead feeding turntable 18, so that the warheads are fed into the upper cavity of the component butt joint machine 19.
The component butt-joint machine 19 moves up and down in the rotating process by an internal mechanism, the shell at the lower layer of the component butt-joint machine 19 is lifted upwards, and meanwhile, the warhead at the upper layer of the component butt-joint machine 19 is pressed downwards, so that the shell and the warhead are in butt-joint with each other to form an integral structure in the middle layer of the component butt-joint machine 19, the finished whole elastomer is conveyed to the inside of the closing-in machine 21 through the connecting rotary table 14, the whole elastomer is fastened in the closing-in machine 21 through the closing-in of the shell opening of the whole elastomer, the closed-in whole elastomer is conveyed to the inside of the length detector 22 through the connecting rotary table 14, the length detection of the whole elastomer is automatically finished by a detection mechanism in the length detector 22, and the length data of each detected whole elastomer are conveyed to the control system 27.
The control system 27 automatically judges whether the detected length data of each integral elastomer is within the qualified range, when the integral elastomer with unqualified length is conveyed forward to the inside of the outer circumference of the connecting rotary table 14 adjacent to the length detector 22, the sorting mechanism 24 on the circumference of the connecting rotary table 14 acts, the integral elastomer with unqualified length is shunted and discharged by the material dividing opening 23, the integral elastomer with qualified length is conveyed to the combined chamber detector 25 continuously through the connecting rotary table 14, and the detection mechanism in the combined chamber detector 25 automatically completes the full-size detection of the integral elastomer.
Similarly, the overall dimension data of each detected integral elastomer is transmitted to the control system 27, the control system 27 automatically judges whether the overall dimension data of each detected integral elastomer is within a qualified range, when the integral elastomer with unqualified overall dimension is transmitted forward to the inside of the outer circumference of the connecting rotary table 14 adjacent to the closing detecting machine 25, the sorting mechanism 24 on the circumference of the connecting rotary table 14 acts, the integral elastomer with unqualified overall dimension is split and discharged by the material splitting opening 23, the integral elastomer with qualified overall dimension is continuously transmitted to the attitude changing mechanism 26 through the connecting rotary table 14, the assembled qualified integral elastomer is gradually and stably converted into an attitude which is horizontally and uniformly arranged from an upright attitude in the attitude changing mechanism 26, the assembly and detection procedure of full-automatic assembly of the integral elastomer is completed, the integral elastomer is continuously transmitted forward in the attitude changing mechanism 26, and is uniformly discharged from the material outlet and is transferred to the feeding mechanism of a subsequent procedure in butt joint with the material outlet.
In a word, the bullet assembly system provided by the application realizes automatic feeding of parts, automatic and rapid transmission of parts in the assembly process, orderly connection between the assembly and detection processes, automatic judgment and screening of unqualified products, changes the production mode of current bullet assembly production, overcomes the defects that the parts are transported and fed for many times and cannot be continuously produced, the parts are easily damaged due to transportation, the product difference is large and the labor intensity is high due to manual operation, realizes bullet automatic continuous production by using complete equipment, shortens the production conversion time, improves the production efficiency and the product quality, reduces the equipment quantity and the occupied area, reduces the labor intensity and the production safety hidden trouble, meets the full-automatic production requirement of bullet assembly, improves the bullet manufacturing level, and improves the product quality and the production guarantee capability of bullet production.

Claims (10)

1. A spring assembly system, comprising:
the device comprises a feeding transmission line, a frame, a deflection manipulator, a translation fork, a weighing and charging machine, a conversion transmission line, a cartridge shell feeding turntable, a transmission assembly, a drug quantity detector, a handover turntable, a warhead feeding machine, a component butt joint machine, a closing machine, a length detector, a sorting mechanism and a chamber closing detector;
the feeding transmission line, the translation fork, the conversion transmission line and the axle center of the cartridge inlet shell rotary table are all arranged on the same straight line and are fixedly arranged on the upper plane of the frame; the shifting manipulator and the weighing and charging machine are parallel to the feeding transmission line and are arranged behind the translation fork; the drug quantity detector is vertically arranged at the right rear part of the cartridge inlet shell rotary table; the device comprises a shell feeding turntable, a drug quantity detector, a component butting machine, a closing machine, a length detector and a closing detection machine, wherein the drug quantity detector is tangent to the shell feeding turntable;
the rotary axes of the weighing and charging machine, the explosive quantity detecting machine, the warhead feeding machine, the component butting machine, the closing machine, the length detecting machine and the closing detecting machine are positioned on the same target plane and are arranged on the frame, and the target plane is parallel to the left and right length directions of the system; the device comprises a medicine amount detector, a component butting machine, a closing machine, a length detector and a closing detection machine, wherein a connecting rotary table is arranged between every two adjacent medicine amount detectors, the component butting machine, the closing machine, the length detector and the closing detection machine, and the respective feeding transmission planes of the connecting rotary table and the medicine amount detector, the component butting machine and the closing machine are all on the same horizontal plane.
2. The spring assembly system of claim 1, wherein the feed conveyor line has a retractable blocking mechanism mounted horizontally on a side thereof perpendicular to the direction of movement of the feed conveyor line.
3. The spring assembly system of claim 1, wherein a lifting lower nozzle is provided below the scale loading machine.
4. The spring assembly system of claim 1, wherein the transfer transmission line is provided with a transmission line guard on both sides thereof, the transfer transmission line is connected to a transfer motor fixedly installed inside the frame by a belt, and the transfer motor is electrically connected to a control system.
5. The elastic assembly system according to claim 4, wherein sorting mechanisms are arranged on circumferences of the handover turntables adjacent to the right ends of the drug amount detector, the length detector and the closing chamber detector, and a material distributing opening fixedly arranged on the upper plane of the frame is arranged on the outer side of each sorting mechanism.

The bullet forming system of claim 5 wherein the rear left side of the component docking machine is provided with a bullet feed turntable above an upper level of effective operation; the excircle of the bullet feeding turntable and the working circle of the component butting machine are tangentially arranged on a horizontal plane; and the bullet feeding mechanism is fixedly arranged on the circumference of the bullet feeding turntable at the far end of the tangent point and connected with a discharge hole of the bullet feeding machine through a bullet feeding pipe.
7. The spring assembly system according to claim 6, wherein a posture changing mechanism is arranged at the right end of the upper surface of the frame, and a connecting rotary disc is arranged between the posture changing mechanism and the combined chamber detector and is tangential to the combined chamber detector; the gesture changing mechanism is tangent to the connecting turntable, and a discharging port are arranged below the right end of the gesture changing mechanism.
8. The bullet forming assembly system of claim 7, wherein a main power assembly is disposed in a lower cavity of the frame, the main power assembly is connected with respective main shafts of the drug amount detector, the handover turntable, the bullet loading machine, the bullet feeding turntable, the component butting machine, the closing machine, the length detector, the sorting mechanism, the closing detection machine and the posture changing mechanism through transmission assemblies, and the main power assembly is electrically connected with the control system.
9. The spring assembly system of claim 8, wherein the drive assembly includes a meshing gear or belt.
10. The bullet forming assembly system of claim 6 wherein semicircular notches are evenly distributed on the circumferences of the bullet feeding shell turntable, the handover turntable, the bullet feeding machine and the bullet feeding head turntable, and the circumferential spacing arc lengths of all the notches are equal.
