the scene creation module is used for creating a virtual scene according to the scene of the real park hall and creating a service counter in the virtual scene; the virtual character is also used for creating the virtual character according to the personalized settings of the user or the manager;
the interaction module is used for receiving control information of a user or a manager and controlling the corresponding virtual character to move in the virtual scene based on the control information; the system is also used for collecting voice information and head image information of users and managers and reproducing head actions on the head of the virtual character based on the head image information; the method is also used for playing the voice information of the user in the virtual scene;
the online service module is used for establishing an independent communication space with the virtual character of the service counter manager when the virtual character of the user is positioned on the service counter, and also used for enabling the movement, the head action and the voice information of the user and the manager to be mutually visible in the independent communication space; outside the independent communication space, generating preset actions for users and managers in the independent communication space;
the service counter comprises a plurality of service stations; the online service module is also used for marking a service station as an occupied state when the virtual character of the user is positioned at a certain service station of the service counter;
the interaction module is also used for acquiring the destination information of the user when the user enters the virtual scene, judging whether the user needs online service based on the destination information, if so, judging whether a service station in a non-occupied state exists currently, and if so, generating a guide path based on the current position of the virtual character of the user and the position of the service station;
if no service station in the unoccupied state exists at present, adding the user into a waiting queue; after the waiting queue is finished, generating a guide path based on the current position of the virtual character of the user and the position of the service station;
the scene creation module is also used for creating a conference space in the virtual scene;
the conference module is used for receiving conference application information and distributing an idle conference space according to the conference application information;
the interaction module is also used for acquiring identity information of a user, judging whether the user currently has access rights according to the identity information of the user and meeting application information when the virtual character corresponding to the user moves into the meeting space, and controlling the virtual character to enter the meeting space if the user has the access rights;
the interaction module also judges whether the current network state of the user or the manager meets the preset requirement, and if the current network state of the user or the manager does not meet the preset requirement, virtual head actions are generated based on voice information of the user or the manager.

The meta-universe based park management system of claim 1, wherein: the interactive module is also used for judging whether the user is in an offline state currently according to the head image information, stopping reproducing the head action at the head of the virtual character if the user is in the offline state, and stopping playing the voice information of the user in the virtual scene.

The meta-universe based park management system of claim 2, wherein: the interaction module is further used for recording historical behaviors of the user, the historical behaviors comprise online service and online conferences, when the target information of the user is not acquired, the interaction module is further used for predicting the current behaviors of the user according to the historical behaviors of the user, and when the predicted current behaviors are online service, a guiding path is generated based on the current positions of virtual characters of the user and service station positions in a non-occupied state;
when the predicted current behavior is an online meeting, a guide path is generated based on the current position of the user avatar and the position of the corresponding meeting space.
4. A meta-universe based campus management method, characterized by using the meta-universe based campus management system of any one of claims 1-3, comprising the following:
a scene creation step: creating a virtual scene according to the scene of the real park hall, creating a service counter in the virtual scene, and creating a meeting space in the virtual scene; the service counter comprises a plurality of service stations;
a person creation step: creating a virtual character according to personalized settings of a user or manager;
an information acquisition step: when a user enters a virtual scene, acquiring destination information of the user;
a path guiding step: if the destination information is acquired, judging whether the user needs online service or not based on the destination information, if so, judging whether a service station in a non-occupied state exists currently, and if so, generating a guide path based on the current position of the virtual character of the user and the position of the service station; if no service station in the unoccupied state exists at present, adding the user into a waiting queue; after the waiting queue is finished, generating a guide path based on the current position of the virtual character of the user and the position of the service station;
and (3) moving: receiving control information of a user or a manager, and controlling a corresponding virtual character to move in a virtual scene based on the control information;
and (3) synchronizing: collecting voice information and head image information of a user or a manager, and reproducing head actions on the head of the virtual character based on the head image information; playing the voice information of the user in the virtual scene;
the service steps are as follows: when the virtual character of the user is positioned at a certain service station of the service counter, marking the service station as an occupied state; establishing an independent communication space between a user and virtual characters corresponding to a service station manager; in the independent communication space, the movement, head action and voice information of the user and the manager are mutually visible; outside the independent communication space, a preset action is generated for the user and the manager in the independent communication space.
5. The meta-universe based park management method of claim 4, wherein: further comprises:
meeting application step: receiving meeting application information, and distributing an idle meeting space according to the meeting application information;
online meeting step: and acquiring identity information of the user, judging whether the user currently has access rights according to the identity information of the user and meeting application information when the virtual character corresponding to the user moves into the meeting space, and controlling the virtual character to enter the meeting space if the user has the access rights.
6. The meta-universe based park management method of claim 4, wherein: the path guiding step further includes:
recording historical behaviors of a user, wherein the historical behaviors comprise online service and online conferences, if destination information is not acquired, predicting the current behaviors of the user according to the historical behaviors of the user, and generating a guide path based on the current position of a virtual character of the user and the service station position in a non-occupied state when the predicted current behaviors are online service; when the predicted current behavior is an online meeting, a guide path is generated based on the current position of the user avatar and the position of the corresponding meeting space.
