The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are exemplary only and not necessarily all steps are included. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a delayed delivery method according to an embodiment of the invention. The delay delivery method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
step S110: and setting a delay delivery mark for the matched express delivery in response to the fact that the user has the express delivery time matched with the order of the to-be-delivered vegetables.
Specifically, in embodiments of the present application, the post for storing the express is multiplexed to the self-picking point of the order for buying, so that it may be determined whether to set the delayed delivery flag for the express based on the time of the order for buying.
Specifically, the express is a common logistics express, including but not limited to express that the merchant/platform delivers goods uniformly on line and express that the individual sends to the individual. The order for buying the dishes can be an order for buying the dishes on line or a community group buying application, and the order for buying the dishes can be a transportation mode independent of common logistics express delivery, which is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the delivery age may be a predicted delivery time or a predicted delivery duration.
Specifically, the delivery time-efficiency matching of the express delivery and the delivery time-efficiency matching of the order for buying can include delivery of the express delivery and the order for buying on the same day; the time interval between the delivery time limit of the express delivery and the delivery time limit of the order for buying is smaller than the set time interval; the delivery time efficiency of the express delivery is earlier than the delivery time efficiency of the order of the vegetable, and the time interval between the delivery time efficiency of the express delivery and the delivery time efficiency of the order of the vegetable is smaller than any matching mode in the set time interval.
Specifically, the same user may be determined by one or more of a user name, a user phone number, and a user recipient address, which is not limited in this application.
Step S120: and sending the delayed express delivery standard to a delivery end of a delivery person so as to instruct the delivery person to change the delivery period of delivering the express delivery to the post from a first delivery period to a second delivery period, wherein the second delivery period is later than the first delivery period.
Specifically, the first delivery period may be a delivery period of the express script, and the second delivery period may be a delivery period of the delayed delivery, such that the second delivery period is later than the first delivery period. Further, the first delivery period is preferably a period of morning and the second delivery period is preferably a period of afternoon. The peak hours of ordinary logistics express delivery to stagers are typically in the morning. Further, the second delivery period may be a delivery period of the order for the purchase order, so that the express delivery can reach the post in the same delivery period as the order for the purchase order. Further, in one implementation, it may be determined whether the first delivery period of the express delivery accords with a preset peak period, and if so, the step of changing the first delivery period to the second delivery period is performed.
Specifically, it is considered that when an express delivery is sent, a user may choose to send the express at a set logistics time, so that part of the express has the set logistics time. When the matched express delivery has the set logistics ageing, delay delivery standard is not set for the matched express delivery so as to avoid influencing the set logistics ageing.
In the delay delivery method provided by the invention, when the post is multiplexed to the self-lifting point of the order for buying, when the user has an express delivery with the time efficiency matched with the order for buying to be delivered, a delay delivery mark is set for the matched express delivery, so that the delay delivery standard mark of the express delivery is sent to the delivery end of the delivery person, and the delivery person is instructed to change the delivery period of the express delivery to the post from a first delivery period to a second delivery period, wherein the second delivery period is later than the first delivery period. Therefore, when the delivery time of the express delivery is matched with the order of the buying vegetable to be delivered, the express delivery can be delivered to the post in a later delivery period, on one hand, the delivery time of partial express delivery delivered to the post is delayed according to the delivery time of the order of the buying vegetable, so that the delivery pressure of a dispatcher in a peak period is relieved; on the other hand, the user can conveniently and simultaneously finish the self-lifting of the express delivery when buying the dishes of the order, and the self-lifting efficiency and self-lifting experience of the user are improved.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a determination that a user has an express delivery for which the delivery time period matches a purchase order to be delivered according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows a specific implementation of step S110:
step S111: and judging whether the user has a buying order sent the next day.
If step S111 determines that the user has a purchase order for the next day, step S112 is executed to determine whether the user has an express delivery with a predicted delivery time for the next day delivery.
If step S112 determines that the user has an express delivery with predicted delivery time being delivered on the next day, step S113 is executed to set a delay delivery flag for the matched express delivery.
In this embodiment, considering that the order for buying is usually the order for buying is delivered the next day, it may be determined whether the user has a order for buying delivered the next day after the order for buying is cut off, and if the user has no order for buying delivered the next day, the subsequent delayed delivery flag may not be executed. If the user has a purchase order for the next day, judging whether the user has an express delivery with the predicted delivery time of the next day delivery, and if the user does not have the express delivery of the next day delivery, not executing the subsequent delayed delivery mark. If the user has the express delivered the next day, the express delivery is delivered the same day as the order of the buying, so that a delayed delivery mark of the express delivery can be executed to indicate the delivery time delay delivery of the express delivery based on the order of the buying.
In the embodiment, the next day delivery is used as a matching condition, so that the system is convenient for batch processing after the daily order of buying dishes is cut. The present application is not limited thereto, and other matching conditions and matching timings are also within the scope of the present application.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating setting a delay delivery flag for a matched express delivery according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S114: and generating delivery confirmation information, wherein the delivery confirmation information is used for confirming whether the express delivery is delivered together with the to-be-delivered order.
Step S115: and sending the distribution confirmation information to the user side of the user.
Specifically, the delivery confirmation information may be sent to the user in a manner of short message, pushing by the user side (the user side of the vegetable buying application or the user side of the logistics application), popup by the user side, system information of the user side, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the delivery confirmation information may display that the express delivery will be delivered on the second day, the delivery confirmation information may include a plurality of reserved delivery modes, the reserved delivery modes include an option to be delivered together with the order for buying, and the option may be a default option for choosing. In response to the user selection being delivered with the order for the vegetable, it is indicative that the user performs a confirmation operation on the delivery confirmation information. In some variations, the delivery confirmation information may include selection determination information of whether to accept the delivery of the ordinary express delivery together with the order for the purchase of the dish, and in response to the user selection acceptance, it indicates that the user performs a confirmation operation on the delivery confirmation information. Further, the delivery confirmation information may also indicate a delay delivery time and a delivery location (post). More variations may be implemented in the present application, and are not described herein.
Step S116: and setting a delay delivery mark for the matched express delivery in response to receiving the confirmation operation of the user side on the delivery confirmation information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, delivery confirmation information may be sent to the user to perform delayed delivery of the express under the confirmation of the user.
In some embodiments, in response to the user belonging to a first category, and the confirmation operation of the user side for the delivery confirmation information not being received within a set period of time, a delay delivery standard is set for the matched express, the first category being determined based on a historical time of receipt of the user at a post. Specifically, the first category is users who typically arrive at a post for self-pick-up after work hours. Therefore, since the self-picking time of the first classified user is later, even if the confirmation operation of the user is not received, the probability that the first classified user hopes to delay quickly is higher, and the delay delivery mark can be automatically set for the matched express delivery.
In some implementations, the first classification may be determined based on the following steps: and determining that the user belongs to a first category when the proportion of the number of times that the user has the historical signing time of the post in the working day is later than the set time and the total number of times that the user has the historical signing time of the post in the working day is larger than a set threshold value. In other words, the user may be determined to be the first category when the proportion of the user's workday that has a later historical time of receipt at the post is higher. The set time may be set as required, and the set time may be set to, for example, 16, 17, 18, etc. off-hours, or may be the delivery time of the order for buying (the delivery time of the order for buying is usually later in this embodiment, to ensure). The setting threshold may be set as needed, for example, may be set to 80%, 90%, etc., and the present application is not limited thereto.
In other implementations, it may also be determined whether the user belongs to the first class based on the trained class prediction network. More variations may be implemented in the present application, and are not described herein.
In some embodiments, in response to the user belonging to a second category and not receiving a confirmation operation of the delivery confirmation information by the user terminal within a set period of time, a delay delivery standard is not set for the matched express delivery, and the first category is determined based on a historical signing time of the user at a post. In particular, the second category is a user whose self-service sign-up is more flexible. Therefore, the self-picking time of the second classification user is flexible, so that under the condition that the confirmation operation of the user is not received, whether the second classification user hopes the express delivery delay or not is difficult to confirm, and the delay delivery mark is not automatically set for the matched express delivery.
In some implementations, the second classification may be determined based on the following steps: and determining that the user belongs to a second category when the proportion of the number of times that the user has the historical signing time at the post in the working day is later than the set time and the total number of times that the user has the historical signing time at the post in the working day is smaller than the set threshold value. In other words, the user may be determined to be the second category when the proportion of the user's workday that has a later historical time of receipt at the post is lower. The set time may be set as required, and the set time may be set to, for example, 16, 17, 18, etc. off-hours, or may be the delivery time of the order for buying (the delivery time of the order for buying is usually later in this embodiment, to ensure). The setting threshold may be set as needed, for example, may be set to 20%, 30%, etc., and the present application is not limited thereto.
In other implementations, the network may also be predicted based on the trained classifications to determine whether the user belongs to the second classification. More variations may be implemented in the present application, and are not described herein.
Further, when the number of times that the historical signing time of the user is earlier than the set time on the workday, and the proportion of the total number of times that the user signs on the workday is greater than the set threshold, the self-provided signing time of the user is earlier, and the requirement of delaying the delivery of the express is not met, so that delivery confirmation information can not be sent to the user, and a delay delivery mark is not set for the matched express.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a flow chart of a delivery gate according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S110: and setting a delay delivery mark for the matched express delivery in response to the fact that the user has the express delivery time matched with the order of the to-be-delivered vegetables.
Step S120: and sending the delayed express delivery standard to a delivery end of a delivery person so as to instruct the delivery person to change the delivery period of delivering the express delivery to the post from a first delivery period to a second delivery period, wherein the second delivery period is later than the first delivery period.
Step S130: and responding to receiving a delivery gate request sent by a user side of the user, and sending the delivery gate request to a post end of a post, so that the post can gate the order of buying vegetables and the delivery.
In this embodiment, the user may send a delivery request through the user side, and after the post receives the delivery request, the user may send the order for buying the dishes and the express delivery to the delivery side, thereby improving the user receiving experience, and the order for buying the dishes and the express delivery may be sent to the delivery side simultaneously, so as to reduce the labor cost of post delivery.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementations of the delay delivery method of the present invention, and each implementation may be implemented independently or in combination, which is not limited thereto. Further, the flow chart of the present invention is merely illustrative, and the execution order of steps is not limited thereto, and the splitting, merging, sequential exchange, and other synchronous or asynchronous execution of steps are all within the scope of the present invention.
Referring now to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a block diagram of a delayed dispensing device in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The delay delivery device 200 includes a delay delivery standard setting module 210 and a delay delivery standard transmitting module 220.
The delay delivery standard setting module 210 is configured to set a delay delivery flag for a matched express delivery in response to a user having delivery time and a purchase order to be delivered matched;
the delayed delivery standard sending module 220 is configured to send the delayed delivery standard of the express delivery to a delivery end of a delivery person, so as to instruct the delivery person to change a delivery period of delivering the express delivery to the post from a first delivery period to a second delivery period, where the second delivery period is later than the first delivery period, and the post is reused for a self-lifting point of the order for buying.
In the delay delivery device of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the post is multiplexed with the self-picking point of the order for buying vegetables, when there is an express delivery whose delivery time is matched with the order for buying vegetables to be delivered, a delay delivery flag is set for the matched express delivery, so that the delay delivery standard of the express delivery is sent to the delivery end of the dispatcher, so as to instruct the dispatcher to change the delivery period of delivering the express delivery to the post from a first delivery period to a second delivery period, and the second delivery period is later than the first delivery period.
Fig. 5 is a schematic illustration of a delay dispensing apparatus 200 provided by the present invention, and the splitting, merging, and adding of modules are all within the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
