when the sliding block 311 slides inwards along the sliding groove 310, the sliding block 311 drives the transmission gear 43 to move along the fixed rack 44, so that the transmission gear 43 is driven to rotate through the fixed rack 44, the lifting driving screw 41 is driven to rotate by the transmission gear 43, and when the lifting driving screw 41 rotates, the lifting sliding plate 42 is driven to slide upwards along the sliding groove 310 through threaded transmission, and then the positioning rod 2 is driven to slide upwards through the lifting sliding plate 42.

further, the sliding block 311 drives the lifting slide plate 42 and the positioning rod 2 to translate towards the mold cavity 13 at a speed lower than the translation speed of the connecting hole 501, so that a certain dislocation exists between the lifting slide plate 42 and the connecting hole 501, i.e. a certain dislocation exists between the rotating fulcrum at the bottom of the positioning rod 2 and the connecting hole 501, and the positioning rod 2 can be arranged obliquely and inserted into the connecting hole 501.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, four positioning rods 2 are disposed on two sides of the mold cavity 13, and the four positioning rods 2 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the mold cavity 13, so that four positioning rods 2 are matched with the connecting holes 501 to perform four-point positioning on the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500, and simultaneously enabling the stress of the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 to be more uniform, and improving the positioning effect on the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, a driven gear 34 is fixedly installed at the middle of a main transmission shaft 33, and a primary drive bevel gear 35 is fixedly installed at both ends of the main transmission shaft 33; the auxiliary transmission shafts 37 at the two ends of the mounting seat 32 can be simultaneously driven to rotate through the matching of the same main transmission shaft 33 and the two primary drive bevel gears 35 without arranging the two main transmission shafts 33, so that the structure of the transmission assembly is simpler, and the equipment cost is reduced.
The using mode is as follows:
firstly, a flat plate-shaped fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 is flatly paved on the top surface of a lower die 12, and four positioning rods 2 are respectively inserted into corresponding connecting holes 501, so that the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 is positioned by matching the positioning rods 2 with the connecting holes 501, then a lifting plate 16 is driven to move downwards by a hydraulic cylinder 15, and further a bending cutter 17 is driven to move downwards by the lifting plate 16 to process the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500;
the lifting plate 16 moves downwards to drive the lifting rack 31 to synchronously move downwards until the edge of the bending cutter 17 is abutted against the top surface of the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500, the bottom end of the lifting rack 31 is in meshed transmission connection with the driven gear 34, then the lifting rack 31 continues to move downwards and drive the driven gear 34 to rotate along with the continuous descending of the lifting plate 16, and then the main transmission shaft 33 and the primary driving bevel gear 35 are driven to rotate, the primary driving bevel gear 35 is meshed to drive the primary driven bevel gear 36 to rotate, so that the auxiliary transmission shaft 37 and the secondary driving bevel gear 38 are driven to rotate, the secondary driving bevel gear 38 is meshed to drive the secondary driven bevel gear 39 to rotate, the horizontal driving screw rod 312 is driven to synchronously rotate when the secondary driven bevel gear 39 rotates, and the horizontal driving screw rod 312 is driven to move inwards along the chute 310 through the threaded transmission driving slide block 311, and then the lifting adjusting mechanism 4 and the positioning rod 2 are driven to move towards the die cavity 13 through the slide block 311;
when the sliding block 311 slides inwards along the sliding groove 310, the sliding block 311 drives the transmission gear 43 to move along the fixed rack 44, so that the transmission gear 43 is driven to rotate through the fixed rack 44, the transmission gear 43 drives the lifting driving screw 41 to rotate, the lifting driving screw 41 drives the lifting sliding plate 42 to slide upwards along the sliding groove 310 through screw thread transmission when rotating, and then the lifting sliding plate 42 drives the positioning rod 2 to slide upwards, so that the positioning rod 2 moves synchronously along with the connecting hole 501, the top end of the positioning rod 2 is always inserted into the connecting hole 501 to limit and fix the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500, the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 is prevented from being ejected from between the bending cutter 17 and the lower die 12 under the extrusion force of the bending cutter 17 and the lower die 12, and the safety of the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 during processing is improved;
until the bending cutter 17 descends to the bottom end of the die cavity 13, the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 is downwards bent into a right-angle structure, then the lifting plate 16 and the bending cutter 17 are driven by the hydraulic cylinder 15 to upwards reset, meanwhile, the lifting plate 16 drives the translation driving assembly to be opened through the transmission assembly, the translation driving assembly drives the sliding block 311, the lifting adjusting mechanism 4 and the positioning rod 2 to move and reset in the direction away from the die cavity 13, and the lifting transmission assembly drives the lifting sliding plate 42 and the positioning rod 2 to move and reset downwards, so that the top end of the positioning rod 2 is pulled out from the connecting hole 501, the positioning rod 2 does not limit the fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 any more, and the processed fireproof curtain wall connecting piece 500 is conveniently taken down from the lower die 12.
