本发明提供一种高容尘袋式过滤器及其制备方法,高容尘袋式过滤器使用的高容尘过滤材料由依次设置的容尘层、过滤层、保护层复合而成,容尘层采用热风纤维材料或者熔喷纤维材料,容尘层克重为40‑120g/m2,过滤层采用熔喷纤维材料,保护层采用纺粘无纺布,保护层克重为15‑25g/㎡。本发明的袋式过滤器使用的高容尘过滤材料,具有容尘高的特点,可以改善玻纤过滤材料耐损性差、风阻高、使用后填埋成本高以及普通袋式过滤器使用的过滤材料容尘低的问题。本发明可以提高袋式过滤器的使用寿命,满足对袋式过滤器使用寿命的需要。

一种高容尘袋式过滤器及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于空气过滤材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高容尘袋式过滤器及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着空气环境劣化,对民用建筑、洁净室的空调过滤***的要求越来越高。随着空气中大颗粒灰尘数量的增加,过滤器的容尘量就显得尤为重要。
玻纤袋式过滤器是目前使用较为广泛的袋式过滤器,具有抗腐蚀、难燃、绝缘等优势,但存在耐损性差、风阻高、使用后填埋成本高等问题点。
目前使用最常规的袋式过滤器,其结构组成包括:热风棉、双组份熔喷纤维与纺粘布。通过超声波设备使其自动化缝合,具有强度高、阻力低的特点。但由于熔喷纤维的蓬松度不够,导致整个袋式过滤器的容尘量不高。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决以下技术问题:袋式过滤器采用玻纤材料耐损性差、风阻高、使用后填埋成本高;袋式过滤器采用热风棉、双组份熔喷纤维与纺粘布材料容尘量不高,提供一种高容尘袋式过滤器及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高容尘袋式过滤器,使用高容尘过滤材料通过制袋机制造而成,所述高容尘过滤材料由依次设置的容尘层、过滤层、保护层复合而成,容尘层采用特有粗熔喷纤维材料,容尘层克重为40-120g/m2,过滤层采用熔喷纤维材料,保护层采用纺粘无纺布,保护层克重为15-25g/㎡。
一种高容尘袋式过滤器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.分别制备容尘层、过滤层、保护层:容尘层通过热风工艺或熔喷工艺制备,得到的容尘层热风纤维材料或者熔喷纤维材料的克重为40-120g/m2;过滤层采用熔喷工艺制备,得到的过滤层熔喷纤维。
S2.对容尘层、过滤层、保护层进行复合,得到高容尘过滤材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤2中,使用制袋机对容尘层、过滤层、保护层进行复合,得到高容尘袋式过滤器成品,容尘层在内保护层在外。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤2中,袋式过滤器的过滤袋包括两层袋体,每层袋体包括所述容尘层、过滤层、保护层,两层袋体之间设有纺粘条,纺粘条克重为20-40g/㎡,使用制袋机对两层袋体及两层袋体的容尘层、过滤层、保护层进行复合,得到高容尘袋式过滤器成品。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤1中,得到的容尘层热风纤维材料或者熔喷纤维材料的克重为20-100g/m2
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明的一种袋式过滤器使用的高容尘过滤材料,容尘层采用宽丝径分布的聚丙烯纤维,达到梯度过滤的效果,既具有容尘性能高的特点,同时又具备一定的过滤效率;
过滤层采用熔喷纤维材料,是由聚丙烯超细纤维随机分布粘结在一起,纤维的随机分布提供了纤维间更多的热粘合机会,因而使熔喷纤维材料具有更大的比表面积,更高的孔隙率,具有低阻、高效的特点,起主要过滤作用,对于熔喷层的阻效,没有特别的限制,根据不同袋式材料等级匹配即可;保护层采用纺粘无纺布,主要在外侧保护过滤层在加工或使用过程中破损,具有高耐磨性和高拉伸强度。
综上,本发明的袋式过滤器使用的高容尘过滤材料,具有容尘高的特点,可以改善玻纤过滤材料耐损性差、风阻高、使用后填埋成本高以及普通袋式过滤器使用的过滤材料容尘低的问题。本发明可以提高袋式过滤器的使用寿命,满足对袋式过滤器使用寿命的需要。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种高容尘袋式过滤器,使用高容尘过滤材料通过制袋机制造而成,所述高容尘过滤材料由依次设置的容尘层1、过滤层2、保护层3复合而成,容尘层1采用特有熔喷纤维材料,容尘层1克重为40-120g/m2,过滤层2采用PP熔喷纤维材料,保护层3采用PP纺粘无纺布,保护层3克重为15-25g/㎡。
上述高容尘袋式过滤器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.分别制备容尘层1、过滤层2、保护层3:容尘层1通过特殊熔喷工艺制备,本实施例中得到的容尘层1熔喷纤维材料克重为40-120g/m2,得到容尘层1;过滤层2采用熔喷工艺制备,得到过滤层2熔喷纤维材料;保护层3采用纺粘法制备;
S2.使用制袋机对容尘层1、过滤层2、保护层3进行一次性复合,得到高容尘袋式过滤器成品。
容尘层1丝径的分布如图2所示。
在另一种实施方式中,袋式过滤器采用两层袋体,每层袋体包括所述容尘层1、过滤层2、保护层3,容尘层1在内保护层3在外,两层袋体之间设有纺粘条,纺粘条克重为20-40g/㎡,使用制袋机对两层袋体及两层袋体的容尘层1、过滤层2、保护层3进行复合,得到高容尘过滤材料成品。
对比例:
与实施例不同之处在于:对比例采用热风棉、熔喷纤维材料制得的过滤层、采用纺粘法制备的保护层一次性复合制成,对比例的过滤层、保护层与实施例相同。
以下进行实施例和对比例的袋式过滤器的过滤性能分析:

由表1、表2可得:高容尘袋式过滤器相对于热风袋式过滤器的容尘量和材料集尘率明显提升,过滤性能更优。
