Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent diaper according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The intelligent diaper comprises a diaper main body part 1, and a first waistband part 2 and a second waistband part 3 which are respectively arranged on a first side and a second side opposite to the diaper main body part 1. Among them, the paper diaper main body part 1, which is an absorption function part of the diaper, can be made of a fibrous material having a strong water absorption property and good skin contact property. The first waistband portion 2 and the second waistband portion 3 set up respectively in the relative first side and the second side of diaper main part 1, after the user dresses the panty-shape diapers, first waistband portion 2 laminating with user's belly, second waistband portion 3 laminating with user's waist to the both ends of first waistband portion 2 and second waistband portion 3 all are provided with the layer of pasting, and like this first waistband portion 2 and second waistband portion 3 bond each other, in order to guarantee that the panty-shape diapers are dressed on user's body firmly. The first waistband part 2 and the second waistband part 3 can be made of elastic fiber materials, so that the first waistband part 2 and the second waistband part 3 can stretch along the length direction of the waistband part, and the wearing comfort of the diaper is ensured.
The inner side surface of the paper diaper main body part 1 is provided with a plurality of first humidity detection strips 4 extending along a first direction and a plurality of second humidity detection strips 5 extending along a second direction; the first wetness detecting strip 4 and the second wetness detecting strip 5 cross each other in a grid shape. The inner side surface of the paper diaper main body part 1 is covered with an absorbable lining fiber layer, so that the paper diaper main body part 1 can be ensured to quickly absorb excreted liquid. A plurality of first humidity detection strips 4 and a plurality of second humidity detection strips 5 which are mutually intersected are formed on the surface of the lining fiber layer, so that a net-shaped humidity detection array is formed on the surface of the lining fiber layer. The first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 can be made of conductive materials, when the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 are wetted, the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 respectively form corresponding conducting loops, so that corresponding humidity detecting signals are output, namely when the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 output the humidity detecting signals, the positions of the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 are wetted by excreted liquid; and when the first wetness detecting strip 4 and the second wetness detecting strip 5 are wetted with a larger area or a higher wet wetness, the corresponding output wetness detecting signal is also stronger. By analyzing the wetness detection signals output from all the first wetness detecting strips 4 and all the second wetness detecting strips 5, the size of the area of the paper diaper main body 1 wetted with the excreted liquid and the absorption amount of the excreted liquid can be accurately determined.
The odor sensor 6 is arranged at the intersection position of part of the first humidity detection strip 4 and part of the second humidity detection strip 5, and the odor sensor 6 is arranged at the intersection position of part of the grids of the meshed-structure humidity detection array formed by the first humidity detection strip 4 and the second humidity detection strip 5, so that the diffusion condition of excreted liquid in the paper diaper main body part 1 when incontinence occurs to a user is easily obtained. The odour sensor 6 may be, but is not limited to, a sensor for detecting the odour of urea.
The third side and the fourth side opposite to the inner surface of the paper diaper main body part 1 are respectively provided with a terylene seal 7; the third side and the fourth side are both positioned between the first side and the second side; the shrinkage rate of the terylene seal 7 in water is larger than that of the material of the paper diaper main body part 1. After the user wears the diaper, the terylene seal 7 can be contacted with the inner side of the thigh of the user, when incontinence occurs to the user, and when the incontinence amount is large, the terylene seal 7 can be wetted, and as the water shrinkage rate of the terylene seal 7 is larger than that of the material of the main body part 1 of the diaper, the terylene seal 7 can be quickly shrunk to be closely attached to the inner side of the thigh of the user, so that the lateral leakage of the diaper is avoided.
A data processor 8, an alarm 9 and a near field communicator 10 may also be provided on the first waistband portion 2. Each first humidity detecting strip 4, each second humidity detecting strip 5 and each smell sensor 6 are connected with the data processor 8, so that the data processor 8 can analyze the detection data of the first humidity detecting strips 4, the second humidity detecting strips 5 and the smell sensors 6 and judge the current moisture absorption state of the paper diaper main body part 1. The alarm 9 may be, but is not limited to, a buzzer alarm, which is capable of performing a buzzer alarm under control instructions from the data processor 8. The near field communication device 10 may be, but not limited to, an NFC communication device, and may be connected to an external terminal such as a smart phone, and transmit information about the real-time moisture absorption state of the diaper main body 1 to the external terminal.
Preferably, when the first wetness detecting strip 4 detects that the excreted liquid is present at the location where it is located, the first wetness detecting strip 4 outputs a first detection signal having a first range to the data processor 8; when the second wetness detecting strip 5 detects that the excreted liquid exists at the position where the second wetness detecting strip 5 is located, the second wetness detecting strip 5 outputs a second detection signal having a second range to the data processor 8; wherein the first range is completely different from the second range, i.e. there is no overlapping range of the first range and the second range.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: when the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 are wetted, the first humidity detecting strip and the second humidity detecting strip form corresponding conducting loops respectively, so that corresponding humidity detecting voltage signals are output. In practical applications, the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 may be set to have different impedances, so that the magnitudes of the humidity detecting voltage signals output by the first humidity detecting strip 4 and the second humidity detecting strip 5 are also in different first ranges and second ranges. For example, the impedance of the first humidity detecting strip 4 may be set smaller than the impedance of the second humidity detecting strip 5, at this time, the humidity detecting voltage signal generated by the first humidity detecting strip 4 may be between 0.6V and 0.8V, and the humidity detecting voltage signal generated by the second humidity detecting strip 5 may be between 0.2V and 0.4V, so that the data processor 8 may determine whether the humidity detecting voltage signal is from the first humidity detecting strip 4 or the second humidity detecting strip 5 according to the received humidity detecting voltage signal.
Preferably, when the first humidity detection strip 4 detects that the excreted liquid exists at the position where the first humidity detection strip 4 is located, the magnitude of the first detection signal output by the first humidity detection strip 4 is positively correlated with the magnitude of the area of the humidity detection strip wetted by the excreted liquid in the first range; when the second humidity detecting strip 5 detects that the excreted liquid exists at the position where the second humidity detecting strip is located, the magnitude of the second detecting signal output by the second humidity detecting strip 5 is positively correlated with the magnitude of the area of the humidity detecting strip wetted by the excreted liquid in the second range.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the magnitude of the humidity detection voltage signal output by each of the first humidity detection strip 4 and the second humidity detection strip 5 is in positive correlation with the magnitude of the area wetted by the excreted liquid, that is, the larger the area wetted by the first humidity detection strip 4 or the second humidity detection strip 5, the larger the corresponding output humidity detection voltage signal. For example, for the first humidity detecting strip 4, the range of the corresponding output humidity detecting voltage signal is 0.6-0.8V, when the wetted area of the first humidity detecting strip 4 is smaller, the output humidity detecting voltage signal is closer to 0.6V, and when the wetted area of the first humidity detecting strip 4 is larger, the output humidity detecting voltage signal is closer to 0.8V; the same applies to the second wetness detecting strip 5. The size of the wetted area of the first humidity detecting strip 4 or the second humidity detecting strip 5 can be judged by the size value of the humidity detecting voltage signal output by the first humidity detecting strip 4 or the second humidity detecting strip 5, and the larger the wetted area of the first humidity detecting strip 4 or the second humidity detecting strip 5 is, the larger the diffusion adsorption range of the excreted liquid on the paper diaper main body part 1 is.
Preferably, the data processor 8 analyzes the odor detection signal generated by the odor sensor 6 to determine whether or not the feces are present in the paper diaper main body portion 1; the data processor 8 also sends a first notification message outwards via the near field communicator 10 based on the result of the analysis of the odour detection signal.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: when the user suffers from incontinence, urine discharged from the user contains urea, and the odor sensor 6 detects the odor of the urea, so that it is possible to determine whether or not the waste is present in the paper diaper main body 1. If the odour sensor 6 detects a signal related to the odour of urea, this indicates that the body part 1 of the diaper has excreted liquid. At this time, the data processor 8 sends a first notification message to the external terminal through the near field communication device 10, where the first notification message includes positioning information of the current position of the diaper, where the positioning information is provided by a positioner of the data processor 8.
Preferably, the data processor 8 analyzes the first detection signals output from all the first wetness detecting strips 4 and the second detection signals output from all the second wetness detecting strips 5 to determine the state information of the area where the inside surface of the paper diaper main body part 1 is wetted with excreted liquid; wherein the zone status information includes the zone area where the inner side surface of the paper diaper main body part 1 is wetted with excreted liquid, the zone position, and the rate of change of the wetted zone area; the data processor 8 also sends different control instructions to the alarm 9 and a second notification message outwards via the near field communicator 10, depending on the zone status information.
