The solid waste moves toward the tail of the kiln by the rotation of the countercurrent rotary kiln 21, and finally falls into the slag extractor 3 together with the slag generated by the incineration of the waste liquid.
According to the industrial waste incineration device and the incineration method, provided by the invention, the device for simultaneously incinerating the industrial waste solid and the waste liquid is formed by a combined treatment mode of the liquid jet incinerator and the countercurrent rotary kiln, the advantages of solid waste salt incineration of the rotary kiln type and the advantages of waste liquid incineration of the waste liquid incinerator are utilized, the waste liquid is incinerated in the liquid jet incinerator, the generated flue gas is used for pyrolyzing the solid waste salt in the countercurrent rotary kiln, on one hand, the heat of the flue gas generated by incinerating the waste liquid is fully utilized, on the other hand, the fluctuation caused by incinerating the rotary kiln is effectively avoided, and the problem of influence on refractory materials in the rotary kiln due to melting coking caused by incinerating the rotary kiln is effectively solved; the invention is not only suitable for removing organic matters in industrial solid waste salt and high-concentration organic salt-containing waste liquid recycling waste salt, but also suitable for incineration treatment of solid and liquid hazardous waste, and is especially suitable for waste treatment with large waste liquid amount.

1. An industrial waste incineration device is characterized by comprising a liquid incineration device and a solid incineration device; wherein,,
the liquid incineration device comprises a liquid jet incinerator and an air supply device arranged on the liquid jet incinerator; a waste liquid jet orifice is arranged at the top of the liquid jet incinerator, and a first flue gas port is arranged at the lower section of the liquid jet incinerator; a slag hole is formed in the bottom of the liquid jet incinerator;
the solid incineration device comprises a countercurrent rotary kiln; the tail end of the countercurrent rotary kiln is provided with a second smoke vent communicated with the first smoke vent; the head end of the countercurrent rotary kiln is provided with a solid waste inlet, and the top end of the head of the countercurrent rotary kiln is provided with a flue gas outlet.
2. The industrial waste incineration device according to claim 1, wherein,
a waste liquid spray gun is arranged at the waste liquid spray opening.
3. The industrial waste incineration device according to claim 1, wherein,
the number of the waste liquid jet ports is at least two.
4. The industrial waste incineration device according to claim 1, wherein,
the air supply device comprises an air supply box and an air pipe arranged in the air supply box;
the air supply box is annularly arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid jet incinerator, the air pipe is spirally arranged, and an air outlet of the air pipe is arranged in the liquid jet incinerator.

a combustion heat supply device is arranged on the side wall of the liquid jet incinerator;
the combustion heat supply device is arranged between the air supply device and the first smoke gas through hole.

the combustion heat supply device includes a burner;
the number of the burners is at least two, and the burners are uniformly arranged around the circumference of the side wall of the liquid injection incinerator.

the feeding device comprises a screw conveyor connected with the solid waste inlet and a bucket elevator connected with the screw conveyor.

the flue gas outlet is perpendicular to the countercurrent rotary kiln.
9. The industrial waste incineration device according to claim 1, wherein,
the second flue gas port is vertically inserted into the first flue gas port.

An industrial waste incineration method, characterized in that the industrial waste incineration device according to any one of claims 1-9 is utilized to treat solid waste and waste liquid generated in industry simultaneously, and is especially suitable for removing organic matters in the industrial organic waste salt recycling treatment technology; the method comprises the following steps:
spraying high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid into the liquid jet incinerator through the waste liquid spraying port, and supplying air into the liquid jet incinerator by utilizing the air supply device so as to burn the organic waste liquid in the liquid jet incinerator;
the flue gas generated by the incineration of the organic waste liquid enters the countercurrent rotary kiln from the first flue gas port to form reverse motion with the solid waste salt introduced from the solid waste inlet, and the flue gas and the solid waste salt perform heat exchange in the process of the reverse motion so as to cause the organic matters in the solid waste salt to be pyrolyzed and incinerated;
and the organic waste liquid is burnt, ash slag generated by the pyrolysis and burning of the solid waste salt falls into the slag hole together, and the heat-exchanged flue gas and the flue gas generated by the pyrolysis and burning of the solid waste salt are discharged from the flue gas outlet together.
