一种通信方法和装置。该通信方法包括:网络设备向终端设备发送指示信息,指示终端设备在第一时间单元上配置第一解调参考信号DMRS,并在第一时间单元和至少一个第二时间单元上使用相同的发送参数进行多次上行传输,使用相同的发送参数满足以下至少一项:使用相同的发送功率;使用相同的预编码;使用相同的天线端口。网络设备基于在第一时间单元和至少一个第二时间单元上接收多次上行传输,对多次上行传输进行联合的信道估计,提高了信道估计的准确性,进一步提高解调和译码上行数据的正确率。
