本申请公开了一种传输控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,涉及通信技术领域。所述方法包括:终端设备接收来自于网络设备的指示信息,该指示信息用于指示终端设备连接的卫星在第一NTN网关和第二NTN网关之间发生馈电链路切换,该第一NTN网关和第二NTN网关连接到网络设备下的同一个小区;根据指示信息,在馈电链路切换的过程中,暂停与网络设备之间进行上行传输和/或下行传输。本申请对于连接到同一个小区的两个NTN网关,卫星在这两个NTN网关间执行馈电链路切换(硬切换)的过程中,终端设备和网络设备之间暂停进行上行传输和/或下行传输,从而避免终端设备和网络设备执行一些不必要的操作,降低***开销。
