Abstract
The invention provides a television with age grading and verification for a playing video and a control method thereof, wherein the television control method with age grading and verification for the playing video comprises the following steps: s1, identifying multimedia information to be played or being played; s2, judging whether the multimedia information is suitable for a refused playing age group or not; if yes, executing the step S6, and if not, executing the step S3; s3, sending a face recognition request, and capturing face information of a current audience; s4, judging whether the current audience is in a playing refusal age range, if so, executing a step S5, otherwise, executing a step S6; s5, refusing to play the current playing information; s6, continuing to play the current playing information. The television with age grading and verification functions for playing videos and the control method provided by the invention can effectively remind a user of carrying out grading content confirmation, and avoid the problem that the television cannot effectively carry out grading management and control due to no grading function, no password or password leakage.

Background

Therefore, there is a need to provide a television with age grading and verification for playing video and a control method thereof to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a television with age grading and verification functions for playing videos and a control method thereof, which effectively reminds a user of carrying out grading content confirmation and avoids the problem that the television cannot effectively carry out grading management and control due to no grading function, no password or password leakage.

In an embodiment, further, the SI information includes a network information table, a service description table, and/or a program information table.
Step S1 further comprises: identifying the currently playing non-DTV information, and capturing the currently playing content; the step S2 comprises the following steps: judging whether the currently playing non-DTV information is suitable for rejecting the playing age group; if yes, executing step S6, otherwise, executing step S3.
In an embodiment, further, the currently playing content includes audio, text and/or pictures; the non-DTV information includes ATV, AV, HDMI or play content of a USB information resource.
In the embodiment of the invention, the age range of refusal to play is 0 to 18 years old; further, the playback refusal age range is 12-18 years old.
In order to solve the technical problems, a second technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide a television with age grading and verification for playing video, which comprises a signal identification processing main control board and a storage module, wherein the storage module is pre-stored with grading information of multimedia information and face information of different age groups; the signal recognition processing main control board is used for acquiring multimedia information to be played or being played and analyzing the corresponding grading information, comparing the grading information with grading information prestored in the storage module, judging whether the multimedia information is suitable for rejecting the playing age group, if yes, continuing to play the current playing information, if not, sending a face recognition request, grabbing face information of the current audience, comparing the face information with face information which is prestored in the storage module and is in the rejecting playing age group, judging whether the current audience is in the rejecting playing age group, if yes, rejecting to play the current playing information, and if not, continuing to play the current playing information.
In an embodiment, for the DTV information to be played, the signal identification processing main control board obtains SI information of the DTV information, determines which age group the current multimedia information is suitable for viewing through the network information table, the service description table and/or the program information table, if yes, continues to play the current playing information, if no, sends a face recognition request, determines the age group of the current audience, if the current audience is in the age group of refusing to play, refuses to play the current playing information, otherwise, continues to play the current playing information.
In another embodiment, for the non-DTV information being played, the signal recognition processing main control board captures the current playing content, further judges whether the current playing content is suitable for being watched by the audience in the age group refused to play, if yes, continues to play the current non-DTV information, if not, sends out a face recognition request, captures face information of the current audience, judges the age group of the current audience, if the current audience is in the age group refused to play, refuses to play the current playing information, otherwise, continues to play the current playing information; the non-DTV information includes ATV, AV, HDMI or play content of a USB information resource.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

(2) Besides DTV signals, other multimedia information can be effectively classified and supervised;
(3) The face recognition technology is used as a switch for controlling the playing of the multimedia information, so that the problem that the multimedia information cannot be effectively managed and controlled in a grading way due to password leakage can be avoided.

s1, identifying multimedia information to be played or being played;
s2, judging whether the multimedia information is suitable for refusing to watch the playing age group; if yes, executing the step S6, otherwise, executing the step S3;
s3, sending a face recognition request, and capturing face information of a current audience;
s4, judging whether the current audience is in a refused playing age range according to the face information, if so, executing a step S5, otherwise, executing a step S6;
s5, refusing to play the current playing information;
s6, continuing to play the current playing information.
Further, the television control method with age grading and verification for playing video of the invention has detail difference for the age grading and verification method for DTV information and non-DTV information.
In one embodiment, step S1 includes: identifying SI information under the digital signal for DTV information to be played currently; the step S2 comprises the following steps: judging whether the DTV information is suitable for rejecting playing age groups according to the SI information; if yes, executing the step S6, otherwise, executing the step S3; in an embodiment, the SI information includes a network information table NIT, a service description table SDT, and/or a program information table EIT.
In another embodiment, step S1 further comprises: identifying the currently playing non-DTV information, and capturing the currently playing content; the step S2 comprises the following steps: judging whether the currently playing non-DTV information is suitable for rejecting the playing age group; if yes, executing the step S6, otherwise, executing the step S3; in an embodiment, the currently playing content includes audio, text and/or pictures.

The television of the present invention has an age-classified and authenticated television for playing video, and the method of age-classified and authenticated television for DTV information and non-DTV information is also different in detail.
Specifically, for the DTV information to be played, the signal identification processing main control board obtains SI information of the DTV information, judges which age stage the current multimedia information is suitable for watching through the network information table NIT, the service description table SDT and/or the program information table EIT, if the current multimedia information is suitable for refusing to play the audience of the age stage, the current playing information is continuously played, if the current multimedia information is not suitable for refusing to play the audience of the age stage, a face recognition request is sent, the age stage of the current audience is judged, if the current audience is in the age stage refusing to play, the current playing information is refused to play, otherwise, the current playing information is continuously played.
Specifically, for the non-DTV information being played, the signal identification processing main control board captures the current playing content, further judges whether the current playing content is suitable for being watched by the audience in the age group refused to play, if yes, continues to play the current non-DTV information, if no, sends a face identification request, captures face information of the current audience, judges the age group of the current audience, if the current audience is in the age group refused to play, refuses to play the current playing information, otherwise, continues to play the current playing information.
In the present invention, the non-DTV information includes ATV, AV, HDMI or playing content of USB information resource, and of course, other non-DTV playing information may be used, which is not limited thereto and is within the scope of the present invention.
In the invention, the age range of refusal to play is 0-18 years old; further preferably, the playback refusal age range is 12-18 years old. Of course, in actual production, the playback refusal age range may be set to 10-12 years old, 12-16 years old, or 16-18 years old. This needs to be set according to specific requirements, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and is within the scope of the present invention.
Thus, unhealthy or unsuitable multimedia information can be avoided and played to viewers of teenagers and even infants.
The invention can pre-identify whether the multimedia information belonging to the age group refused to play for the DTV information to be played and the non-DTV information being played, thereby controlling whether the current playing information can be played. Further, for multimedia information of non-refusal playing age group, adopting face recognition technology, if the current audience is in refusal playing age group, refusing to play the current playing information. Therefore, the playing content of the television can be effectively controlled according to different age groups of audiences, and the multimedia information of the non-refused playing age groups is prevented from being played to teenagers or even children for watching.

s2, judging whether the multimedia information is suitable for refusing to watch the playing age group; if yes, executing the step S6, otherwise, executing the step S3;
s3, sending a face recognition request, and capturing face information of a current audience;
s4, judging whether the current audience is in a refused playing age range according to the face information, if so, executing a step S5, otherwise, executing a step S6;
s5, refusing to play the current playing information;
s6, continuing to play the current playing information.

The television control method with age-graded verification of playing video according to claim 1, wherein step S1 comprises: identifying SI information under the digital signal for DTV information to be played currently; the step S2 comprises the following steps: judging whether the DTV information is suitable for rejecting playing age groups according to the SI information; if yes, executing step S6, otherwise, executing step S3.

5. The television control method with age-graded, verified video for play of claim 4, wherein the currently playing content includes audio, text and/or pictures; the non-DTV information includes ATV, AV, HDMI or play content of a USB information resource.

The television with age grading and verification for playing video according to claim 8, wherein for the DTV information to be played, the signal identification processing main control board obtains SI information of the DTV information, determines which age stage the current multimedia information is suitable for viewing through the network information table, the service description table and/or the program information table, if the current multimedia information is suitable for viewing by the audience of the age stage to be played, continues to play the current playing information, if the current multimedia information is suitable for viewing by the audience of the age stage to be played, if the current multimedia information is not suitable for viewing by the audience of the age stage to be played, a face recognition request is sent, the age stage of the current audience is determined, if the current audience is in the age stage to be played, the current playing information is refused to play, otherwise, the current playing information is continued to be played.
