It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiment provides a business flow control method for warehouse entry and warehouse exit, which comprises the steps of firstly scanning code information of goods to be warehoused, and acquiring the goods information of the goods to be warehoused based on the code information, wherein the goods information comprises goods names and goods quantity. And then, based on the goods information, matching with an order to be delivered to obtain a matching result of the goods information and the order to be delivered. And finally, if the matching result is that the to-be-ex-warehouse order is matched with the goods information, carrying out ex-warehouse processing on the goods to be-in-warehouse based on the to-be-ex-warehouse order. The embodiment can judge whether the to-be-put order of the current goods in the sales order pool is matched with the to-be-put goods. If the goods are matched, the goods do not need to be put on a shelf, the face sheets are directly printed for delivery, the operations of putting the goods in the middle into the warehouse and picking the goods out of the warehouse are reduced, the warehouse operation efficiency is greatly reduced, and the delivery time effect is provided.
Exemplary method
The business flow control method for warehouse entry and warehouse exit in the embodiment can be applied to terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can be intelligent product terminals such as computers and intelligent televisions. As shown in fig. 1, the business process control method for warehouse entry and warehouse exit comprises the following steps:
and S100, scanning the coding information of the goods to be put in storage, and acquiring the goods information of the goods to be put in storage based on the coding information, wherein the goods information comprises the names and the quantity of the goods.
In this embodiment, the suppliers ship to designated warehouses according to purchase orders. After receiving the goods, the warehouse receives and puts the goods which are actually received. And when the goods are put on the shelf, the staff of the warehouse scans the coding information of the goods to be put in the shelf, and obtains the goods information of the goods to be put in the shelf based on the coding information. The encoded information of the present embodiment includes the name of the good and the number of the good.
In one implementation manner, the step S100 in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
step S101, analyzing the coded information to obtain a first field used for reflecting the name of goods and a second field used for reflecting the quantity of goods in the coded information;
step S102, determining the cargo information based on the first field and the second field.
Specifically, each warehousing entry includes one or more types of goods to be warehoused, and each type of goods to be warehoused has one or more quantities. In this embodiment, each item to be put in stock is pre-posted with a bar code having coded information. An operator can use a mobile phone or a code scanning gun to scan the code information, then analyze the obtained code information to obtain a first field and a second field in the decoded information, wherein the first field is used for reflecting the name of goods, and the second field is used for reflecting the quantity of goods.
And step 200, matching with an order to be delivered based on the goods information to obtain a matching result of the goods information and the order to be delivered.
Then, the embodiment can obtain the order to be delivered, and then match the order to be delivered with the goods information of the goods to be delivered to the warehouse, so as to obtain a matching result of the goods information and the order to be delivered, and the matching result can reflect whether the goods to be delivered at the moment is just the goods to be delivered in the order to be delivered to the warehouse, so that the implementation of warehouse delivery in the follow-up steps can be facilitated.
In one implementation, step S200 of the present embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
step S201, obtaining a sales order in a sales pool, and determining the order to be taken out based on the sales order;
step S202, obtaining goods to be delivered corresponding to the order to be delivered, and obtaining name information and quantity information of the goods to be delivered;
and step 203, respectively matching the name information of the goods to be delivered with the goods names, and matching the quantity information of the goods to be delivered with the quantity of the goods to be delivered to obtain the matching result.
Specifically, the embodiment first obtains a sales order in a sales pool, where the sales order includes a time of placing an order and an item placed in the order, that is, what items are sold. Therefore, the embodiment can determine the order to be delivered based on the sales order, wherein the order to be delivered includes name information and quantity information of the goods to be delivered, which are respectively used for reflecting what goods need to be delivered and what goods need to be delivered. Next, the embodiment matches the name information of the goods to be delivered with the goods names of the goods to be delivered, and matches the quantity information of the goods to be delivered with the quantity of the goods to be delivered, so as to obtain a matching result. The matching result can be used for reflecting whether the goods to be put into storage and the goods to be put out of storage at the moment are identical or not and whether the quantity meets the requirements or not, so that in the subsequent steps, if the goods to be put into storage are identical to the goods to be put out of storage and the quantity meets the requirements, the goods to be put into storage are immediately put out of storage, and the effect of putting into storage and putting out of storage is achieved.
And step S300, if the matching result is that the to-be-ex-warehouse order is matched with the goods information, carrying out ex-warehouse processing on the goods to be-in-warehouse based on the to-be-ex-warehouse order.
In one implementation manner, the step S300 specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, if the name information of the goods to be delivered is the same as the goods name, and the quantity information of the goods to be delivered is less than or equal to the quantity of the goods, determining that the matching result is that the order to be delivered is identical to the goods information;
and step S302, printing an express bill or an order label according to the sales order, packaging and weighing the goods to be put in storage, which are the same as the quantity information of the goods to be put out of storage, and pasting the express bill or the order label on the packaged package for carrying out the put out processing.
In this embodiment, if the name information of the goods to be delivered is the same as the goods name of the goods to be delivered, it is indicated that the goods to be delivered and the goods to be delivered are the same. In addition, if the number information of the goods to be delivered is smaller than or equal to the number of the goods to be delivered, the number of the goods to be delivered at the moment is indicated to meet the requirement of the goods to be delivered. Therefore, the matching result at this time is that the to-be-ex-warehouse order matches with the goods information of the to-be-warehouse goods, and the embodiment can directly perform ex-warehouse processing on the to-be-warehouse goods based on the to-be-ex-warehouse order. Specifically, the prompt message "whether the goods have sales orders that can be directly delivered out of the warehouse or not? If the operator clicks to confirm, the embodiment can print the express bill or the order label according to the sales order, package and weigh the articles to be put in storage, which are the same as the number information of the articles to be put out of storage, and paste the express bill or the order label on the packaged package to carry out the put out processing.
In another implementation manner, if the name information of the goods to be delivered is different from the goods name, the fact that the goods to be delivered and the goods to be delivered are different at the moment is indicated, and the matching result is determined to be that the goods to be delivered and the goods information are not matched. Or if the quantity information of the goods to be delivered is larger than the quantity of the goods, the quantity of the goods to be delivered at the moment is not satisfied, and the matching result is determined to be that the order to be delivered is not matched with the information of the goods. Therefore, the embodiment puts the goods to be put on shelf, then re-acquires the new goods to be put on shelf, scans the coding information of the new goods to be put on shelf to acquire the goods information of the new goods to be put on shelf, and re-judges whether the new goods to be put on shelf are matched with the order to be put on shelf or not so as to carry out the process of putting on shelf when the next goods to be put on shelf are matched.
In other implementations, if the goods information is matched with a plurality of to-be-delivered orders at the same time, the embodiment automatically prints an express bill or an order label according to a plurality of sales orders, packages and weighs the to-be-delivered goods with the same quantity information as the plurality of to-be-delivered goods, and attaches the express bill or the order label to the packaged package for delivery. Of course, in this embodiment, if the cargo information is matched with the plurality of to-be-delivered orders at the same time, the to-be-delivered goods corresponding to the plurality of to-be-delivered orders are delivered according to the order sequence of the delivery time. The system of the embodiment records the operation data corresponding to the orders, and records the data corresponding to the warehouse entry when the warehouse-out operation is completed, so that the consistence of the warehouse-in and warehouse-out quantity of goods is ensured. After the sales order is taken out of the warehouse, the operator may continue to scan the coded information of the remaining other articles to be put in the warehouse, so as to repeatedly execute the steps of steps S100-300.
For example, assuming that the number of goods to be put in storage in the receiving and putting-in mode is A and the number is 5, after scanning the coding information of the goods A, an operator can judge whether a sales order requiring the goods A exists in the current sales order pool, if so, the system can continuously judge whether the number corresponding to the goods to be put in storage is less than or equal to 5, if so, the operator directly prints out the express side list or the order label corresponding to the sales order, then the user carries out packing and weighing operation on the goods A, and finally the printed express side list or the order label is attached to a packed package, so that the receiving and putting-in and putting-out operation of the goods are completed. If a plurality of sales orders in the sales order pool of the system are met or overlapped, for example, 2 sales orders are needed for 001 orders, 1 for 002 orders and 2 for 003 orders, the system can print out express face orders or order labels of 3 orders at the same time, tell the operation of the corresponding demand quantity of each sales order, and the user performs packing weighing and warehouse-out operation according to the demand quantity of the sales orders.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, first, code information of an article to be put in storage is scanned, and cargo information of the article to be put in storage is obtained based on the code information, where the cargo information includes cargo names and cargo numbers.
