Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the hand feeling of the carbon fiber steering wheel, the outer surface is smooth and smooth, and the carbon fiber steering wheel and the manufacturing method thereof are provided.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a carbon fiber steering wheel, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a carbon fiber steering wheel comprises a steering wheel body, wherein an expansion adhesive film, a unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer and a carbon fiber fabric are sequentially arranged on the steering wheel body from inside to outside;
the unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer comprises more than 1 layer of unidirectional carbon fiber fabric, and the extending directions of carbon fiber bundles of adjacent 2 layers of unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics form included angles.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the inflation glued membrane is as inside bonding transition layer, both can play the bonding effect, can provide inside shaping pressure simultaneously at the shaping process, guarantees that carbon fiber steering wheel outward appearance is smooth and even after the shaping, improves the steering wheel feel.
Because the expansion adhesive film can generate internal forming pressure on the carbon fiber fabric in the forming process, the arrangement of the unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer not only can bear the pressure, but also can effectively reduce the overflow of the black expansion adhesive film to the appearance layer of the carbon fiber steering wheel due to the unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer with included angles formed by the extending directions of the carbon fiber bundles of the adjacent 2 layers of unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics.
In a specific embodiment, the extending direction of the carbon fiber bundles of the adjacent 2 layers of unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics forms an included angle of 60-90 degrees.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the extending direction of the carbon fiber bundles of the adjacent 2 layers of unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics is 60-90 degrees, the unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics of the adjacent 2 layers effectively reduce unidirectional penetration gaps, so that the overflow of the black expansion adhesive film to the appearance layer of the carbon fiber steering wheel can be further reduced.
In a specific embodiment, the initial foaming temperature of the expansion adhesive film is 80-100 ℃, and the foaming multiplying power is 2-3 times.
By adopting the technical scheme, the foaming initial temperature of the expanded adhesive film is too high, if the foaming initial temperature exceeds 120 ℃, the internal pressure is difficult to expand and release at the existing molding temperature, and the molded product has defects, namely large-area pinholes and shape defects. The foaming multiplying power is too low, the internal forming pressure is small, and the product also has defects, namely large-area pinholes and defects.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for manufacturing a carbon fiber steering wheel, including the following working steps:
an expansion adhesive film, a unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer and a carbon fiber fabric are sequentially coated on the steering wheel body from inside to outside; the circumference error of the whole outer ring of the steering wheel coated with the expansion adhesive film, the unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer and the carbon fiber fabric is controlled within +/-2 mm;
placing the steering wheel body which is sequentially coated with the expansion adhesive film, the unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer and the carbon fiber fabric from inside to outside into a mold for molding;
wherein the carbon fiber fabric is a presoaked carbon fiber fabric.
By adopting the technical scheme, the carbon-coated technology with the single-mode takt time of 30-60min/pcs and high forming efficiency Yu Ganbu is adopted for forming by adopting the presoaked carbon fiber fabric matched with a die.
If the circumferential length error of the whole outer ring of the steering wheel is > +2mm, namely the diameter of the outer ring is overlarge, die clamping yarns are easy to occur in die clamping, the yarns cannot be placed in a die, disorder patterns appear on the surface of a molded product, and die clamping seams are large; if the error of the circumference error of the whole outer circle of the steering wheel is less than-2 mm, the expansion adhesive film cannot generate enough internal molding pressure on the carbon fiber fabric in the molding process, so that insufficient internal pressure is caused, and the appearance of the carbon fiber steering wheel is affected.
In a specific embodiment, the molding temperature is 130-140 ℃, the molding pressure is 5-8MPa, and the heat preservation time is 30-60min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the forming pressure is between 5 and 8MPa, and the forming pressure can be matched with the internal forming pressure of the expansion adhesive film on the carbon fiber fabric in the forming process, so that the outer surface of the steering wheel is smooth.
In a specific implementation mode, the die comprises an upper die and a lower die, wherein an upper forming groove is formed in the side wall of one side of the upper die, a lower forming groove is formed in the side wall of one side of the lower die, and a forming inner cavity is formed by the upper forming groove and the lower forming groove; the two sides of the upper die and the lower die are respectively provided with a blocking die, and the blocking die is respectively abutted against the side walls of the upper die and the lower die; the wall thickness of the heat conduction areas of the upper die and the lower die is 15-20mm.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting of keeping off the mould not only can carry out spacingly to the both sides of shaping inner chamber, thereby can make expansion glued membrane, unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer and carbon fiber fabric extrusion deformation and the steering wheel lateral wall in the cladding shaping inner chamber moreover.
Because the wall thickness of the heat conduction areas of the upper die and the lower die is 15-20mm, the dies can rapidly transfer heat to the carbon fiber material sheets under the condition of ensuring the rigidity of the dies, the molding production takt is shortened, and the efficiency is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the blocking die comprises a first slide block and a second slide block, and the first slide block is detachably connected with the second slide block; an upper clamping groove is formed in the side wall of one side of the first sliding block, a lower clamping groove is formed in the side wall of one side of the second sliding block, and a clamping through hole is formed by the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove; the side walls of the two sides of the upper die are abutted against the side walls of the first sliding block; and the two side walls of the lower die are abutted against the side wall of the second sliding block.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting of first slider and second slider is convenient for keep off the installation and the dismantlement of mould.
In a specific implementation mode, a first molding extrusion convex ring is arranged on the side wall of the first sliding block, which is close to one side of the upper die, and is positioned in the upper die, and the outer side wall of the first molding extrusion convex ring is abutted against an upper molding groove of the upper die; the side wall of the second sliding block, which is close to one side of the lower die, is provided with a second molding extrusion convex ring, the second molding extrusion convex ring is positioned in the lower die, and the outer side wall of the second molding extrusion convex ring is abutted against the lower molding groove of the lower die.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first molding extrusion convex ring and the second molding extrusion convex ring are inserted into the upper die and the lower die, and the expansion adhesive film, the unidirectional carbon fiber fabric layer and the carbon fiber fabric can be further extruded and deformed so as to cover the side wall of the steering wheel in the molding cavity.
In a specific implementation, the silica gel sleeves are arranged in the upper molding groove of the upper die and the lower molding groove of the lower die, and the heating molding is adopted, the heating temperature is 130-140 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 70-90min.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the silica gel cover can expand when being heated, and the silica gel cover can produce by outside-in shaping pressure to carbon fiber fabric, and the expansion glued membrane can produce by inside-out shaping pressure to carbon fiber fabric in the shaping process, can realize that many moulds solidify the shaping simultaneously in the baking house, improves product production efficiency to save the moulding press equipment cost.
In a specific embodiment, when the carbon fiber fabric is coated, the lap line intersected by the carbon fiber fabric on the steering wheel is positioned in a visual blind area on the back of the steering wheel, the coating starting end and the lap end of the carbon fiber fabric are overlapped, and the length of the overlapped section is 3-5 mm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the coating starting end and the overlap end of the carbon fiber fabric are overlapped, the length of the overlapped section is 3-5 mm, and when the overlapped section is too short, the carbon fiber fabric cannot be molded in the molding process after molding; when the overlapped section is too long, the outer surface of the steering wheel is raised and is not smooth.
