according to the specific size of the railway vehicle bogie 12 which is actually processed, starting the lifting motor 8 and adjusting the height of the grinding head 4, and enabling the grinding head 4 to be attached to the surface to be ground of the railway vehicle bogie 12 by driving the second electric sliding table 14; after the lifting motor 8 is started, the gear 17 is driven to rotate so as to drive the rack 16 to move forward, the dust suction tuyere 15 is moved to the position closest to the polishing head 4, the driving motor 7 is started so as to drive the polishing head 4 to rotate, the railway vehicle bogie 12 is polished, meanwhile, the dust collection motor 11 is started so as to adsorb polished smoke dust, the first electric sliding table 2 is started according to the polishing area, the polishing head 4 and the dust collection motor 11 can be driven to move, the polishing surface of the railway vehicle bogie 12 is moved to polish, and due to the fact that the guide rod 21 and the compression spring 22 are arranged, the lifting shaft 9 is matched with the connecting sleeve 26 and the lifting shaft 9 which are provided with spline structures, the lifting shaft 9 can follow the elastic lifting of the compression spring 22 when the lifting shaft 9 is not interfered with elastic adhesion, and therefore the effect that the polishing head 4 is always adhered to the polishing surface when the polishing concave surface a1201 and the conventional plane 1202 are changed can be guaranteed.

s4: the driving motor 7 is started to drive the polishing head 4 to rotate so as to polish the railway vehicle bogie 12, meanwhile, the dust collecting motor 11 is started to adsorb polished smoke dust, in the polishing process, the first electric sliding table 2 is started, the polishing head 4 and the dust collecting motor 11 can be driven to move, and the smoke dust adsorption is timely carried out when the railway vehicle bogie 12 is polished.
It should be noted that, the driving motor 7, the lifting motor 8, the first electric sliding table 2 and the second electric sliding table 14 are devices or apparatuses existing in the prior art, or are devices or apparatuses that can be implemented in the prior art, and power supply, specific components and principles thereof are clear to those skilled in the art, so they will not be described in detail.
