Example 1
An anti-desquamation shampoo containing Saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate is prepared from five phases of A, B, C, D and E.
The weight percentage is as follows: the phase A also comprises 0.5% of conditioner, 40% of cleaning component, 0.5% of humectant, 1% of thickener, 1.2% of emulsifier, 0.15% of pH regulator, 0.26% of softener and 100% of water supplementing shampoo.
The conditioning agent is a combination of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and polyquaternium-10, and the weight ratio is 0.1:0.25, said polyquaternium-10 is purchased from Shanghai source leaf biotechnology Co., ltd., CAS number: 68610-92-4. The cleaning component is a combination of sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, and the weight ratio is 30:2.5:5:1.5.
the humectant is PEG-7 glycerol cocoate. The thickener is cocoamidomethyl MEA. The emulsifier is myristamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate. The pH regulator is citric acid. The softener is stearamidopropyl dimethylamine.
The phase B comprises 0.1% of stabilizer I, 1.5% of anti-dandruff component, 0.5% of panthenol and 0.75% of zinc salt.
The anti-dandruff component comprises piroctone olamine salt and salicylic acid, and the weight ratio is 0.5:0.55.
the zinc salt is a combination of PCA zinc and zinc gluconate, and the weight ratio is 0.25:0.1.
the C phase comprises 0.5% of antipruritic component and 0.03% of amino acid.
The itching relieving component is betaine salicylate, and the amino acid is arginine.
The phase D comprises 0.3% of stabilizer II, 0.1% of vitamin, 0.1% of consistency regulator, 0.5% of essence and 1.5% of plant extract.
The stabilizer I is sodium benzoate, and the stabilizer II is phenoxyethanol. The vitamin is biotin. The consistency regulator is sodium chloride.
The plant extract is a combination of a biota orientalis leaf extract and a kuh-seng extract, and the weight ratio is 1.2:0.5.
the E phase comprises 0.25% of protein component, and the protein component is hydrolyzed yeast protein.
A preparation process of anti-hair-loss and anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding the phase A component into a stirring pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and keeping for 30min until all the phase A substances are dissolved;
(2) Cooling the stirring pot to 60 ℃, adding the phase B, stirring and mixing;
(3) Cooling the stirring pot to 55 ℃, adding the phase C, stirring and mixing;
(4) Cooling the stirring pot to 45 ℃, adding the phase D, and stirring and mixing;
(5) Cooling the stirring pot to 40 ℃, adding the phase E, and stirring and mixing;
(6) Cooling to 38deg.C, controlling pH to 5.5, and discharging.
Example 2
An anti-dandruff shampoo containing Saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate and a preparation process thereof are provided, and the specific steps are the same as in example 1, except that the emulsifier is cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate, and the anti-dandruff component is piroctone olamine salt with mass fraction of 1%.
Example 3
An anti-dandruff shampoo containing Saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate and a preparation process thereof are provided, and the specific steps are the same as those in the example 1, wherein the anti-dandruff shampoo comprises piroctone olamine salt and salicylic acid in a weight ratio of 0.5:1. the zinc salt is zinc gluconate.
Example 4
The specific steps of the anti-dandruff shampoo containing saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate are the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the cleaning component is a combination of sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, dodecyl glucoside and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, wherein the weight ratio is 26:3:8:2.
performance testing
1. Bacteriostasis test: the shampoo of example 1 was subjected to 3 parallel bacteriostasis performance tests according to the QW 66-inhibition zone test instruction, with A-I being 9 parallel samples. Claims (10)

1. An anti-desquamation shampoo containing saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate is characterized in that the preparation raw materials comprise five phases of A, B, C, D and E, wherein the phase A at least comprises water and a cleaning component, the phase B at least comprises a desquamation component, the phase C at least comprises an antipruritic component, the phase D at least comprises a plant extract, and the phase E at least comprises a protein component; the total mass of the water-supplementing shampoo reaches 100 percent.

A hair-desquamation shampoo comprising a saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to claim 3 wherein the zwitterionic surfactant is selected from one of an amino acid amphoteric surfactant or a betaine amphoteric surfactant, the substituents in the zwitterionic surfactant comprising cocoamide substituents.
5. The anti-desquamation shampoo containing saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to claim 1, wherein the phase B comprises 0.1-0.5% of stabilizer i, 0.1-2% of desquamation component, 0.1-1% of panthenol and 0.5-1% of zinc salt by weight.
6. The anti-desquamation shampoo containing saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to claim 1, wherein the C phase comprises 0.1-1% of antipruritic component and 0.01-0.5% of amino acid by weight percent.

The anti-desquamation shampoo containing saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to claim 1, wherein the D phase comprises 0.3-0.8% of stabilizing agent II, 0.00005-0.2% of vitamin, 0.1-1% of consistency regulator, 0.5-1% of essence and 0.2-3% of plant extract by weight percentage.

The anti-dandruff shampoo comprising a saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to claim 7, wherein the plant extract is selected from one or a combination of several of biota orientalis extract, kuh-seng extract, ginger root extract, angelica extract, polygonum multiflorum extract and soapberry extract.

The anti-desquamation shampoo containing saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to claim 1, wherein the E phase comprises 0.0001-0.5% by weight of protein components, wherein the protein components are hydrolyzed protein components, preferably are protein hydrolysates of saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation yeasts.
10. A process for preparing an anti-desquamation shampoo containing a saccharomyces cerevisiae protein hydrolysate according to any of the claims 1-9, characterized by the following steps:
(1) Adding the phase A component into a stirring pot, stirring and heating to 80-90 ℃, and keeping for 20-40min until the phase A substance is completely dissolved;
(2) Cooling to 55-65deg.C, adding phase B, stirring and mixing;
(3) Cooling to 50-60deg.C, adding phase C, stirring and mixing;
(4) Cooling to 40-50deg.C, adding phase D, stirring and mixing;
(5) Cooling to 35-45deg.C, adding phase E, stirring and mixing;
(6) Cooling to 35-40deg.C, controlling pH to 5-6, and discharging.
