The laundry inlet 24a is an example of an object to be washed inlet in the present invention formed in the upper housing 24 so that objects to be washed such as laundry can be introduced into the interior.
[1-1-2. Cover and Structure around the cover ]
Hereinafter, the washing machine 10A without the damper 41 described later will be described.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the cover 25 and its surrounding structure of the washing machine 10A. As shown in fig. 2, the lid 25 includes a cover plate 26 which is a single glass lid, a grip 27 for a user to grip when opening and closing the lid 25, and a lid rotation shaft member 28 for supporting the lid 25 to the upper housing 24 via a lid rotation shaft 29. The grip 27 is fixed to the front side of the cover plate 26 by an adhesive, and the cover rotation shaft member 28 is fixed to the back side of the cover plate 26 by an adhesive double-sided tape or the like. That is, the cover rotation shaft member 28 is fixed to the rear portion of the cover plate 26, and the rear portion of the cover plate 26 is located at the rear side of the washing machine 10A in the set state in a state where the cover body 25 is closed.
In the present embodiment, the cover plate 26 is made of glass, but other materials such as plastic, metal, and resin may be used as long as the grip portion 27 and the cover rotation shaft member 28 can be fixed. It is needless to say that a material other than an adhesive double-sided tape may be used for fixing the cover rotation shaft member 28.
The cover rotation shaft 29 is fixed by penetrating the cover rotation shaft member 28, and is rotatably supported by a bearing hole 30 formed in the upper housing 24. That is, the cover rotation shaft 29 rotatably supports the cover rotation shaft member 28. Thereby, the lid 25 is supported by the upper housing 24 so as to be openable and closable.
A bearing space 31 that opens upward is provided in the vicinity of the lid rotation shaft member 28 at the upper rear part of the upper housing 24, and the bearing space 31 is formed so that a damper bearing 40 described later can be inserted therein.
A closing portion 32 is provided at the lower end of the cover rotating shaft member 28, and the closing portion 32 extends downward of the cover 26 (i.e., the cover 25) in a state where the cover 26 is opened, and is inserted into a bearing space 31, as will be described in detail later.
[1-1-3. Bearing space and Structure around it ]
Fig. 3A is an external perspective view showing the structure of the cover 25 and the periphery thereof of the washing machine 10A, and fig. 3B is an enlarged external perspective view showing the structure of the closed portion 32 and the periphery thereof of the washing machine 10A. Fig. 4A is a longitudinal sectional view showing the closing portion 32 and its surrounding structure in a state where the cover 25 of the washing machine 10A is closed, and fig. 4B is a longitudinal sectional view showing the closing portion 32 and its surrounding structure in a state where the cover 25 of the washing machine 10A is opened. Further, the right side of fig. 4A and 4B is the front surface side of the washing machine 10A.
As shown in fig. 3A, when the cover 25 is opened, the cover 25 is stationary in a state of being tilted rearward than vertical. At this time, as shown in fig. 3B, the closing portion 32 covers the opening of the bearing space 31 from below.
As shown in fig. 4A, the closing portion 32 is located on the back side in a state where the cover 25 is closed, and as shown in fig. 4B, the closing portion 32 closes the front side of the bearing space 31 in a state where the cover 25 is opened. That is, the closing portion 32 is formed at the lower portion of the cover rotating shaft member 28 in a state where the cover 25 is opened, and closes the bearing space 31 in a state where the cover 25 is opened. An abutment portion 33 is provided on a side surface of the closing portion 32. The abutment portion 33 abuts against a wall surface 34 of the bearing space 31 located on the front side when the cover 25 is opened, and makes the cover 25 stationary in the opened state. That is, the abutting portion 33 is formed to protrude toward the front surface side lower portion in a state where the cover 25 is opened, and abuts against the wall surface 34 which is the inner wall of the bearing space 31.
With the above configuration, the operation when the cover 25 is opened will be described.
In a state where the cover 25 is closed, since the cover plate 26 covers the upper side of the bearing space 31, a finger of a user does not enter the bearing space 31.
When the user grips the grip portion 27 and opens the cover 25, the upper front side of the bearing space 31 is gradually opened as the cover 25 is opened. Accordingly, the closing portion 32 moves toward the front lower portion of the bearing space 31, and the abutting portion 33 abuts against the wall surface 34 and is stationary. Even in the state where the cover 25 is opened, the closing portion 32 covers the upper front side of the bearing space 31, and thus the fingers of the user are not pinched.
When the opening and closing operation of the cover 25 is stopped halfway, the upper side of the bearing space 31 is temporarily opened, and there is a possibility that a user's finger may enter. However, the contact portion 33 of the present embodiment is arranged as follows, so that even if a finger enters a shallow position of the bearing space 31, the finger is not pinched between the contact portion and the wall surface 34. Namely, configured to: with the opening operation of the cover 25, the closing portion 32 pushes up the finger to remove the finger from the bearing space 31, and then the abutting portion 33 abuts against the wall surface 34 at the front lower portion of the bearing space 31.
1-1-4 Structure in the case of using damper bearing
The washing machine 10 of the present embodiment is configured to be able to mount a damper mechanism that dampens the closing movement of the cover.
Hereinafter, the washing machine 10B in which the damper 41 is mounted in place of the cover rotation shaft member 28 of the washing machine 10A will be described. Note that the same components as those of the washing machine 10A are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the damper-corresponding cover 45 and the surrounding structure of the washing machine 10B. As shown in fig. 5, the washing machine 10B includes a damper-corresponding cover 45 instead of the cover 25 of the washing machine 10A. The damper-corresponding cover 45 is configured as a single cover like the cover 25, covers the laundry inlet 24a so as to be openable and closable, and includes a cover plate 26 and a damper housing 48.
Here, the damper housing 48 includes a damper housing portion 46. The damper housing portion 46 houses the damper 41 that dampens the movement of the damper corresponding to the closing of the cover 45. The damper housing 48 is fixed to the back surface side of the cover plate 26 by means of a double-sided adhesive tape or the like. That is, the damper housing 48 is fixed to the rear portion of the cover plate 26, and the rear portion of the cover plate 26 is located on the rear side of the washing machine 10B in the installed state in the state where the damper corresponding cover 45 is closed. The damper housing 46 is covered with an opening portion thereof by a damper housing cover 46a in a state where the damper 41 is housed. It is needless to say that a material other than an adhesive double-sided tape may be used for fixing the damper housing 48.
Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing the damper 41 and its surrounding structure of the washing machine 10B. Fig. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the damper bearing 40 and its surrounding structure in a state where the damper corresponding cover 45 of the washing machine 10B is closed. Further, the right side of fig. 7 is the front surface side of the washing machine 10B. As shown in fig. 6, one end of the damper 41 is formed as a damper shaft 41a supported by the damper bearing 40, and the other end is formed as a damper fixing portion 41b fixed to the damper housing portion 46.
The washing machine 10B provided with the damper 41 needs to install the damper bearing 40 instead of using the bearing hole 30 of the washing machine 10A. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the damper bearing 40 is provided with a damper shaft hole 40a on the inner side surface. The damper shaft hole 40a is formed in a non-circular shape, and is configured to engage with the damper shaft 41a to cancel the rotational moment received from the damper shaft 41 a. The shape of the damper shaft hole 40a is not limited to the shape shown in fig. 6 and 7, and may be formed so as to cancel the rotational moment received from the damper shaft 41a in accordance with the shape of the damper shaft 41 a. A damper bearing base 40b extending horizontally rearward is provided at a lower portion of the damper bearing 40, and a screw hole 40c is provided at the damper bearing base 40 b. As described above, the bearing space 31 that is opened upward is provided at the rear upper portion of the upper housing 24. The damper bearing 40 is fixed to the bottom surface of the bearing space 31 by a screw 42 through a screw hole 40c. That is, the damper bearing 40 to which the damper 41 is attached is inserted and fixed in the bearing space 31. According to the above-described structure, the damper bearing 40 is configured to withstand the force generated by the damper 41 when damping the movement of the damper corresponding cover 45 closing.
In the washing machine 10B, the upper side of the bearing space 31 is closed by the damper bearing 40, and there is no gap between the bearing space 31 and the damper bearing 40 into which the user's finger enters.
As described above, the bearing space 31 of the present embodiment is configured to be able to mount both the cover rotation shaft 29 and the damper bearing 40. Therefore, the washing machine 10B including the damper mechanism and the washing machine 10A not including the damper mechanism can be manufactured using the upper housing 24 manufactured as a common member, and thus manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[1-2. Effect, etc. ]
As described above, the washing machine 10A according to embodiment 1 is a washing machine capable of inputting a washing target such as laundry from the upper surface side of the casing 11 to the inside in the installed state, and the washing machine 10A includes the upper casing 24, the laundry inlet 24a as an example of the washing target inlet according to the present invention, and the cover 25. The upper housing 24 is disposed at an upper portion of the case 11. The laundry inlet 24a is formed in the upper casing 24 so as to be able to insert laundry therein. The cover 25 covers the laundry inlet 24a to be openable and closable. The cover 25 includes a cover plate 26, a cover rotation shaft member 28, and a cover rotation shaft 29. The cover rotation shaft member 28 is fixed to the rear portion of the cover plate 26, and the rear portion of the cover plate 26 is located at the rear side of the washing machine 10A in the installed state in a state where the cover body 25 is closed. The cover rotation shaft 29 rotatably supports the cover rotation shaft member 28. A bearing space 31 that opens upward is formed at the upper rear portion of the upper housing 24, and a closing portion 32 that closes the bearing space 31 in a state where the cover 25 is opened is formed at the lower portion of the cover rotating shaft member 28 in a state where the cover 25 is opened.
Accordingly, the closing portion 32 closes the bearing space 31 in a state where the cover 25 is opened, and thus, insertion of a hand into the bearing space 31 can be suppressed in the washing machine 10A.
Therefore, in the washing machine 10A, when the cover 25 is opened, the hand is prevented from being pinched between the inner wall of the bearing space 31 and the cover rotation shaft member 28. That is, in the washing machine 10A, the hand can be prevented from being pinched when the cover 25 is opened or closed.
As in the washing machine 10A of the present embodiment, the closing portion 32 may be provided with the contact portion 33. The abutment portion 33 is formed to protrude toward the front surface side lower portion in a state where the cover 25 is opened, and abuts against the inner wall of the bearing space 31.
Thus, the closing portion 32 is in contact with the inner wall of the bearing space 31 at the lower side, and is not in contact with the inner wall of the bearing space 31 in the vicinity of the opening of the bearing space 31.
Therefore, in the washing machine 10A, when the hand enters the shallower position of the bearing space 31 at the time of opening the cover 25, the hand is not sandwiched between the inner wall of the bearing space 31 and the cover rotation shaft member 28. That is, in the washing machine 10A, the hand can be prevented from being pinched when the cover 25 is opened or closed.
The washing machine 10B of the present embodiment is a washing machine capable of inputting a washing target such as laundry from the upper surface side of the casing 11 to the inside in a mounted state, wherein the washing machine 10B includes an upper casing 24, a laundry inlet 24a as an example of the washing target inlet of the present invention, and a damper-corresponding cover 45. The upper housing 24 is disposed at an upper portion of the case 11. The laundry inlet 24a is formed in the upper casing 24 so as to be able to insert laundry therein. The damper covers the laundry inlet 24a to be openable and closable with respect to the cover 45. The damper correspondence cover 45 includes: a cover plate 26; and a damper housing 48, wherein the damper housing 48 is fixed to a rear portion of the cover 26, and the rear portion of the cover 26 is located at a rear side of the washing machine 10B in an installed state in a state where the damper corresponding cover 45 is closed. The damper housing 48 includes a damper housing portion 46, and the damper housing portion 46 houses the damper 41 for damping the movement of the damper corresponding to the closing of the cover 45. A bearing space 31 that opens upward is formed at the rear upper portion of the upper housing 24, and a damper bearing 40 to which a damper 41 is attached is inserted and fixed in the bearing space 31.
Accordingly, the bearing space 31 is configured to be capable of disposing the damper bearing 40, and the damper bearing 40 is configured to be capable of receiving a force generated by the damper 41 when damping a movement of closing the damper corresponding cover 45.
Therefore, in the washing machine 10B, the operability of the user can be improved, and according to the washing machine 10B, the hand does not enter the bearing space 31. That is, in the washing machine 10B, the pinching of the hand at the time of opening and closing the damper-corresponding cover 45 can be suppressed.
In the washing machine 10A and the washing machine 10B of the present embodiment, the upper casing 24 may be the same member.
The upper casing 24 of the embodiment has the same shape in the washing machine 10A without the damper mechanism and the washing machine 10B with the damper mechanism.
Therefore, the upper casing 24 can be used as a common member for the washing machine 10A and the washing machine 10B without the damper mechanism, and thus the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
(other embodiments)
As described above, embodiment 1 is described as an example of the technology of the present invention. However, the technique of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Here, other embodiments are exemplified below.
In embodiment 1, a cover rotating shaft 29, which is a separate member independent of the cover rotating shaft member 28, is described as an example of the cover rotating shaft of the present invention that rotatably supports the cover rotating shaft member of the present invention. The cover rotating shaft of the present invention is not limited to a separate member, as long as the cover rotating shaft member of the present invention is rotatably supported. For example, the cover rotation shaft of the other embodiment may be formed as a part of the cover rotation shaft member of the other embodiment or may be formed as a part of the top cover.
In embodiment 1, a cover 25 composed of a single cover plate 26 is described as an example of the cover of the present invention. The lid of the present invention may be a lid that covers the object to be washed of the present invention and includes the lid of the present invention so as to be openable and closable, and thus may not be a single lid. For example, the lid of the other embodiment may include a foldable double-folded lid as an example of the lid plate of the present invention.
