Abstract

球墨铸铁磨球及铸件的生产方法涉及各种球磨机所使用的球墨铸铁磨球及各种机械球磨铸铁件的生产方法。目前用冲天炉生产该产品对原料要求严格,而且由于成分不易控制,产品合格率低,用电炉生产耗电多,成本高。本发明是以废渣铁为原料,在冲天炉中冶炼后再用电炉进行生产,其优点是成分调整方便,除硫效果好,产品合格率高,成本低,经济效益好。

球墨铸铁磨球及铸件的生产方法
本发明涉及各种球磨机,包括磨制矿石、煤粉、水泥,特别是黑色冶金金属矿山磨制铁矿粉的球磨机所使用的贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球及各种机械球磨铸铁件的生产方法。
目前国内外生产贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球及球磨铸件,有的是用冲天炉冶炼出铁水后进行球化处理,再浇铸成磨球或铸件;有的是用电炉冶炼出铁水,经球化处理后再浇铸成磨球或铸件,这两种方法都有一定的缺点,前者对原料要求严格,必须以标准铸造生铁(如铸14)为原料,在制造过程中成分不易控制,产品合格率低,脱硫效果差;后者虽然质量能得到保证,但耗电多,成本高。
本发明的目的是研究一种以废渣铁或高炉铁水为原料生产贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球及铸件的方法,要求在制造过程中成分容易控制,产品合格率高,脱硫效果好,成本低。
本发明的目的可通过如下方法来实现:
方法一.以废渣铁为原料,用冲天炉冶炼出铁水,在铁水包中脱硫,将脱硫后的铁水倾入电炉内进行调整成分和温度后再次脱硫,达到标准后进行球化处理,然后浇铸成磨球或铸件。
方法二.以高炉冶炼出的铁水为原料,在铁水包中脱硫,然后倾入电炉中进行调整成分和温度,再次进行脱硫,达到标准后进行球化处理,然后浇铸成磨球或铸件。
本发明的优点是:按照方法一进行生产,以废渣铁为原料,大大降低了原料成本,又由于在电炉中调整成分方便,产品合格率高,脱硫效果好;按照方法二进行生产,由于是将高炉铁水倾入电炉进行生产,所以节电,从而大幅度降低生产成本,增加企业经济效益。
实施例一,以废渣铁为原料:将废渣铁、石灰石、焦炭、铁合金等原料投入冲天炉内冶炼出铁水,在铁水包中加入脱硫剂,然后将冲天炉中的铁水倾入铁水包中进行脱硫,扒出浮渣,再将脱硫后的铁水倾入电炉内进行调整成分(调整碳、硅、锰等)和温度,再次脱硫,达到标准后进行球化处理,然后浇铸成磨球或铸件。
实施例二,以高炉铁水为原料:首先向铁水包中加入脱硫剂,然后将高炉铁水倾入铁水包中进行脱硫,扒出浮渣,之后将铁水倾入电炉中进行调整成分(调整碳、硅、锰等)和温度后,再次脱硫,达到标准后进行球化处理,然后浇铸成磨球或铸件。

1、球墨铸铁磨球及铸件的生产方法,涉及各种球磨机所使用的贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球及各种机械球磨铸件的生产方法,其特征在于以废渣铁为原料,用冲天炉冶炼出铁水,在铁水包中脱硫,将脱硫后的铁水倾入电炉内进行调整成分和温度后再次脱硫,达到标准后进行球化处理,然后浇铸成磨球或铸件。
2、球磨铸铁磨球及铸件的生产方法,涉及各种球磨机所使用的贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球及各种机械球磨铸件的生产方法,其特征在于以高炉炼出的铁水为原料,在铁水包中脱硫,然后倾入电炉中进行调成分和温度,再次进行脱硫,达到标准后进行球化处理,然后浇铸成磨球或铸件。
