Working principle: in the initial state, the first electric telescopic rod 2 is in an elongation state, the mounting frame 3 is closest to the conveyor belt 1, the mechanical arm 4 places the cylindrical rod 5 at the upper left side of the conveyor belt 1, the cylindrical rod 5 is positioned at the upper inner part of the mounting frame 3, the inner bottom surface of the groove 6 is lower than the top surface of the conveyor belt 1, the third electric telescopic rod 19, the fourth electric telescopic rod 22 and the fifth electric telescopic rod 24 are all in a contraction state, the film roll 14 releases the film, the free end of the film is drooping at the upper left end of the conveyor belt 1 and is lower than the top surface of the conveyor belt 1, as shown in fig. 2, the first air bag 7 is in the contraction state, the second air bag 10 is in the expansion state, and the second electric telescopic rod 10 is in the elongation state; when the yoga mat above the conveyor belt 1 moves to the left side of the top surface of the conveyor belt 1, the left end of the yoga mat moves into the groove 6 along with the continuous movement of the conveyor belt 1, meanwhile, as the film is blocked at the left side of the yoga mat, the free end of the film is pushed into the groove 6 when the left end of the yoga mat moves into the groove 6, and in the process, the film is released by the film winding roller 14; then the mechanical arm 4 drives the cylindrical rod 5 to move and rotate anticlockwise so that the yoga mat and the film are wound around the periphery of the cylindrical rod 5, the cylindrical rod 5 moves to the inner side of the mounting frame 3 and is coaxial with the cylindrical rod, the second roller 9 at the outer side of the second electric telescopic rod 8 pushes against the film at the periphery of the yoga mat, which is curled again, so that in the rotating process of the cylindrical rod 5, the second electric telescopic rod 8 contracts, the second roller 9 is kept tightly attached to the periphery of the yoga mat, so that the yoga mat is tightly bent, the periphery of the yoga mat is covered with a film, after the winding of the yoga mat is completed, the fifth electric telescopic rod 24 stretches so that a space is reserved between the heating strip 20 and the tail end of the yoga mat, then the heating strip 20 stretches through the third electric telescopic rod 19, the film at the tail end of the yoga mat is pushed downwards to be attached to the outer side of the film at the inner layer, the film is heat-sealed, then the fourth electric telescopic rod 22 stretches, and the film is cut through the blade 23, so that the bending operation of the yoga mat is completed, as shown in fig. 5; the second air bag 10 is contracted by exhausting through the second air supply control assembly, the outer side of the first roller 12 is positioned at the outer side of the second air bag 10 when contracted, so that after the second air bag 10 is contracted, the first roller 12 is in contact fit with the inner side of the wound yoga mat, the left end of the yoga mat is released by contraction of the first air bag 7, and at the moment, the mechanical arm 4 withdraws the cylindrical rod 5 to the rear side, and the second roller 9 clamps the curled yoga mat; the second power device drives the corresponding second electric telescopic rod 8 to rotate, so that the axial direction of the second roller 9 at the outer end of the second electric telescopic rod 8 changes, after the cylindrical rod 5 is pulled away from the yoga mat after being bent and covered, the second power device drives the corresponding second electric telescopic rod 8 to rotate ninety degrees, so that the axial direction of the second roller 9 is perpendicular to the yoga mat, when the yoga mat packing box with the upper end being opened moves to the lower part of the mounting frame 3, as shown in fig. 6, the first electric telescopic rod 2 contracts, so that the mounting frame 3 and the yoga mat move to the direction far from the conveyor belt 1 and keep a certain distance, then the first power device drives the first electric telescopic rod 2 to rotate ninety degrees, so that the mounting frame 3 along the front and rear directions rotates to a vertical state, the yoga mat drops into the packing box downwards under the action of gravity, the yoga mat is matched with the second roller 9 in a rolling way, the yoga packing box is facilitated to drop downwards, and then the conveying device moves the packing box containing the yoga packing box to the left side to the next step for packaging.
