a limiting block (72), wherein the limiting block (72) is arranged on the upper side in the piston rod (62);
the third spring (73), the upper side of the limiting block (72) is provided with the third spring (73), the third spring (73) is provided with the movable pipe (71), and the movable pipe (71) is connected with the piston rod (62) and the limiting block (72) in a sliding mode;
the clamping block (74) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the piston rod (62) in a sliding mode, and the clamping block (74) is connected with the movable pipe (71) in a sliding mode.
5. A pediatric drug dispenser according to claim 4, further comprising a positioning mechanism (8) for effecting metered withdrawal of the drug, the positioning mechanism (8) comprising:

the first connecting rod (86) is arranged on the piston rod (62), and the first connecting rod (86) is arranged on the piston rod.
6. A pediatric drug dispenser according to claim 5, further comprising a self-priming mechanism (9) for effecting an automatic control of the valve, the self-priming mechanism (9) comprising:
the mounting sleeve (91) is arranged on the upper side of the right side of the base (1);
a gravity block (92), wherein the gravity block (92) is arranged in the installation sleeve (91) in a sliding manner;
the guide wheel (93) is rotatably arranged on the upper side in the mounting sleeve (91);
a pull rope (94) is arranged on the upper side of the gravity block (92), and the pull rope (94) bypasses the guide wheel (93) to be connected with the baffle plate (52);
the hinge block (95) is hinged to the lower side of the left side of the mounting sleeve (91);
the torsion springs (96) are connected between the front side, the rear side and the mounting sleeve (91) of the hinge block (95), and the torsion springs (96) are wound on the hinge block (95);
the stop blocks (97) are arranged on the lower sides of the front side, the rear side and the lower sides of the hinge blocks (95);
the second connecting rod (98) is arranged on the lower side of the left side of the perspective box (63), and the second connecting rod (98) is connected with the second feed box (22) and the mounting sleeve (91) in a sliding mode;
the pressing block (99) is arranged on the lower side of the left side of the second connecting rod (98).

a second rotating shaft (105), wherein the second rotating shaft (105) is rotatably arranged on the lower side of the base (1) and is deviated to the front side;
the first gear set (106) is connected between the second rotating shaft (105) and the knob (104);
and a second gear set (107), wherein the second gear set (107) is connected between the second rotating shaft (105) and the first rotating shaft (102).
