The manufacturing and testing method of the cigarettes of the heated non-combustible cigarettes comprises the following steps of:
s1, selecting punching parameters.
I.e. the required perforation size, the number of perforations and the perforation distribution position are selected.
Specifically, the filling value or filling density P2 (g/cm 3) of the tobacco shreds which are uniformly mixed is measured, the volume V2 (cm 3) of a heating element is measured, the suction resistance P2 (pa) of the tobacco shreds before the tobacco section is not opened is measured, the volume change rate (DeltaV 2) before and after the tobacco shreds are inserted is calculated, the punching size (diameter 0.3 mm) and the hole number (8) are designed, the punching is uniformly distributed in the axial direction of the tobacco shreds, and the suction resistance of the tobacco shreds is ensured to be less than 600pa after the heating element is inserted.
S2, carrying out punching operation on the wrapping paper according to the punching parameters, and wrapping tobacco materials through the wrapping paper to obtain the tobacco segments.
In step S2, the cigarette paper may be pre-perforated, or an on-line laser perforation method may be used to perform perforation during the process of conveying the wrapped tobacco material with the cigarette paper.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in the process of wrapping the tobacco material with the wrapping paper in step S2, the wrapping paper is perforated synchronously by laser perforation, so that the processing and manufacturing efficiency can be further improved.

Specifically, inserting a tobacco segment of a cigarette of a heated non-combustible cigarette into a smoking article of the heated non-combustible cigarette; and opening a smoking set for heating the incombustible cigarettes to smoke the cigarettes for heating the incombustible cigarettes.
In this embodiment, the heating element in the smoking set for heating the non-combustible cigarette is a rod-shaped heating element.
Through the sensory evaluation of suction, the smoke volume of the second mouth of the tobacco with the punched tobacco segment is obviously increased, and the smoke volume of the non-punched tobacco is smaller in the first 3 mouths due to tobacco shred extrusion. Overall, the smoke volume of the heated non-combustible cigarette perforated by the tobacco segments is significantly increased.
According to the manufacturing test method for the cigarettes of the heating incombustible cigarettes, different punching modes and numbers can be better tested on the cigarettes of the same type, the matching performance with the cigarettes of the same heating incombustible cigarettes is better achieved, the cigarettes of the heating incombustible cigarettes are better produced in batches through test results, and the smoking experience of the front mouths of consumers is better guaranteed.

Claims (10)

1. A cigarette for heating a non-combustible cigarette is characterized by comprising a filter rod section and a tobacco section;
the tobacco section is connected to one end of the filter rod section;
the tobacco section comprises wrapping paper and tobacco substances, wherein the wrapping paper surrounds to form an accommodating space, the tobacco substances are filled in the accommodating space, through holes are formed in the wrapping paper, and the through holes penetrate through the wrapping paper along the radial direction of the tobacco section.
2. The cigarette of claim 1, wherein a plurality of said through holes are provided, and a plurality of said through holes are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of said tobacco segment.
3. The cigarette for heating non-combustible cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of through holes are provided, the plurality of through holes are distributed in sequence along the circumferential direction of the tobacco segment, and the circumferential distances between two adjacent through holes are equal.
4. The heated non-combustible cigarette of claim 1 wherein the wrapping paper is a cigarette paper or an aluminum foil wrap.
5. The heated non-combustible cigarette of claim 1, wherein the through-holes are laser perforated or mechanically perforated.
6. The heated non-combustible cigarette of claim 1 wherein the tobacco material is loaded with an aerosol.
7. The heated non-combustible cigarette of claim 1, wherein the through-hole is open at an end of the wrapper remote from the filter rod segment.
8. A manufacturing and testing method for cigarettes of a heating non-combustible cigarette is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting punching parameters;
s2, carrying out punching operation on the wrapping paper according to the punching parameters, and wrapping tobacco materials through the wrapping paper to obtain tobacco segments;
s3, connecting the tobacco section with the filter stick section to obtain a cigarette of the heated non-combustible cigarette;
s4, testing the matching property of the cigarettes of the heated non-combustible cigarettes and the smoking set of the heated non-combustible cigarettes.
9. The method for manufacturing and testing cigarettes for heating non-combustible cigarettes according to claim 7, wherein step S2 includes the steps of:
s21, punching the wrapping paper by needling according to punching parameters to obtain punched wrapping paper;
s22, wrapping the tobacco material by using the wrapping paper after punching to obtain the tobacco segment.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the step S2 is performed by performing the punching operation on the wrapping paper simultaneously with the laser punching during the wrapping of the tobacco material with the wrapping paper.
