The preparation method of the beef marrow oil refined powder provided by the invention comprises the following process steps:
(1) Selecting, cleaning and crushing raw materials
Selecting pollution-free calf bones as raw materials, cleaning and then sending into a crusher for crushing treatment;
(2) Extracting by steaming
Putting the beef bones subjected to the crushing treatment in the step (1) into a cooking pot for extraction: primary extraction: adding bone into a steaming pot, adding water with the weight ratio of 1.5 times of that of the bone, preserving heat for 4 hours at 100 ℃, and discharging;
and (3) secondary extraction: after the primary material is beaten, adding water with the weight ratio of 0.6 times to the bone, preserving heat for 1.5 hours at 100 ℃ and discharging;
in the step, more bone marrow in the bovine bone is extracted in a secondary extraction mode, so that the residue and waste of raw materials are reduced; wherein, either the primary extraction or the secondary extraction can be carried out under normal pressure or under proper pressure, for example, under the condition of 0.10MPA for heat preservation;
(3) Standing separation
Standing the feed liquid obtained in the step (2) for 1.5 hours in a standing tank; naturally separating oil from soup;
(4) Disc separation
Carrying out three-phase separation on the materials prepared in the step (3) through a centrifugal machine, controlling the rotating speed of the centrifugal machine to 5400 r/h and the feeding flow of the centrifugal machine to 5T/h, wherein the oil content of the separated soup is less than 2 per mill, and pumping the soup into a soup temporary storage tank and pumping the oil into a crude oil tank;
(5) Refining
Filtering the oil obtained in the step (4) through a plate frame and refining at 110 ℃ to obtain bovine bone marrow oil;
(6) Blending
Adding a proper amount of water into the beef marrow oil obtained in the step (5) to emulsify and blend in an emulsifying tank according to the content of the beef marrow oil in the beef marrow oil refined powder product of 65%, the content of sodium starch octenyl succinate of 25% and the content of maltodextrin of 10%, shearing and emulsifying for 1.5h, and controlling the emulsifying temperature at 60 ℃;
(7) Spray drying
Feeding the feed liquid obtained in the step (6) into a spray dryer for spray drying to obtain beef marrow fat refined powder;
the working conditions of spray drying are: the inlet temperature was 180℃and the outlet temperature was 90 ℃.

in the step, more bone marrow in the bovine bone is extracted in a secondary extraction mode, so that the residue and waste of raw materials are reduced; wherein, either the primary extraction or the secondary extraction can be carried out under normal pressure or under proper pressure, for example, under the condition of 0.11MPA for heat preservation;
(3) Standing separation
Standing the feed liquid obtained in the step (2) for 1.8 hours in a standing tank; naturally separating oil from soup;
(4) Disc separation
Carrying out three-phase separation on the materials prepared in the step (3) through a centrifugal machine, controlling the rotating speed of the centrifugal machine to 7000 r/h, controlling the feeding flow of the centrifugal machine to 5T/h, and pumping the separated soup into a soup temporary storage tank, wherein the oil content of the soup is less than 2 per mill, and pumping the oil into a crude oil tank;
(5) Refining
Filtering the oil obtained in the step (4) through a plate frame and refining at 110 ℃ to obtain bovine bone marrow oil;
(6) Blending
Adding a proper amount of water into the beef marrow oil obtained in the step (5) to emulsify and blend in an emulsifying tank according to the content of the beef marrow oil in the beef marrow oil refined powder product of 67%, the content of sodium starch octenyl succinate of 18% and the content of maltodextrin of 15%, shearing and emulsifying for 1.4h, and controlling the emulsifying temperature at 58 ℃;
(7) Spray drying
Feeding the feed liquid obtained in the step (6) into a spray dryer for spray drying to obtain beef marrow fat refined powder;
the working conditions of spray drying are: the inlet temperature was 150℃and the outlet temperature was 95 ℃.

in the step, more bone marrow in the bovine bone is extracted in a secondary extraction mode, so that the residue and waste of raw materials are reduced; wherein, either the primary extraction or the secondary extraction can be carried out under normal pressure or under proper pressure, for example, under the condition of 0.12MPA for heat preservation;
(3) Standing separation
Standing the feed liquid obtained in the step (2) for 1.2 hours in a standing tank; naturally separating oil from soup;
(4) Disc separation
Carrying out three-phase separation on the materials prepared in the step (3) through a centrifugal machine, controlling the rotating speed of the centrifugal machine to be 6300 revolutions per hour, controlling the feeding flow of the centrifugal machine to be 5T/h, and pumping the separated soup into a soup temporary storage tank, wherein the oil content of the soup is less than 2 per mill, and pumping the oil into a crude oil tank;
(5) Refining
Filtering the oil obtained in the step (4) through a plate frame and refining at 105 ℃ to obtain bovine bone marrow oil;
(6) Blending
Adding a proper amount of water into the beef marrow oil obtained in the step (5) to emulsify and blend in an emulsifying tank according to the content of the beef marrow oil in the beef marrow oil refined powder product of 68%, the content of sodium starch octenyl succinate of 15% and the content of maltodextrin of 17%, shearing and emulsifying for 1.6h, and controlling the emulsifying temperature at 62 ℃;
(7) Spray drying
Feeding the feed liquid obtained in the step (6) into a spray dryer for spray drying to obtain beef marrow fat refined powder;
the working conditions of spray drying are: the inlet temperature was 160℃and the outlet temperature was 85 ℃.

in the step, more bone marrow in the bovine bone is extracted in a secondary extraction mode, so that the residue and waste of raw materials are reduced; wherein, either the primary extraction or the secondary extraction can be carried out under normal pressure or under proper pressure, for example, under the condition of 0.11MPA for heat preservation;
(3) Standing separation
Standing the feed liquid obtained in the step (2) for 2 hours in a standing tank; naturally separating oil from soup;
(4) Disc separation
Carrying out three-phase separation on the materials prepared in the step (3) through a centrifugal machine, controlling the rotating speed of the centrifugal machine to 5000 revolutions per hour, controlling the feeding flow of the centrifugal machine to 5T/h, and pumping the separated soup into a soup temporary storage tank and pumping the oil into a crude oil tank, wherein the oil content of the separated soup is less than 2 per mill;
(5) Refining
Filtering the oil obtained in the step (4) through a plate frame and refining at 108 ℃ to obtain bovine bone marrow oil;
(6) Blending
Adding a proper amount of water into the beef marrow oil obtained in the step (5) to emulsify and blend in an emulsifying tank according to the content of the beef marrow oil in the beef marrow oil refined powder product of 68%, the content of sodium starch octenyl succinate of 17% and the content of maltodextrin of 15%, shearing and emulsifying for 1.5h, and controlling the emulsifying temperature at 63 ℃;
(7) Spray drying
Feeding the feed liquid obtained in the step (6) into a spray dryer for spray drying to obtain beef marrow fat refined powder;
the working conditions of spray drying are: the inlet temperature was 190℃and the outlet temperature was 98 ℃.

in the step, more bone marrow in the bovine bone is extracted in a secondary extraction mode, so that the residue and waste of raw materials are reduced; wherein, either the primary extraction or the secondary extraction can be carried out under normal pressure or under proper pressure, for example, under the condition of 0.11MPA for heat preservation;
(3) Standing separation
Standing the feed liquid obtained in the step (2) for 2 hours in a standing tank; naturally separating oil from soup;
(4) Disc separation
Carrying out three-phase separation on the materials prepared in the step (3) through a centrifugal machine, controlling the rotating speed of the centrifugal machine to 5000 revolutions per hour, controlling the feeding flow of the centrifugal machine to 5T/h, and pumping the separated soup into a soup temporary storage tank and pumping the oil into a crude oil tank, wherein the oil content of the separated soup is less than 2 per mill;
(5) Refining
Filtering the oil obtained in the step (4) through a plate frame and refining at 110 ℃ to obtain bovine bone marrow oil;
(6) Blending
Adding a proper amount of water into the beef marrow oil obtained in the step (5) to emulsify and blend in an emulsifying tank according to the content of the beef marrow oil in the beef marrow oil refined powder product of 66 percent, the content of sodium starch octenyl succinate of 18 percent and the content of maltodextrin of 16 percent, shearing and emulsifying for 1.5 hours, and controlling the emulsifying temperature at 64 ℃;
(7) Spray drying
Feeding the feed liquid obtained in the step (6) into a spray dryer for spray drying to obtain beef marrow fat refined powder;
the working conditions of spray drying are: the inlet temperature was 135℃and the outlet temperature was 100 ℃.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the beef marrow oil refined powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s10, selecting pollution-free calf bones, cleaning, and then sending the calf bones into a crusher for crushing treatment;
s20, throwing the crushed calf bones into a cooking pot for bone marrow extraction to obtain feed liquid to be treated;
s30, standing the feed liquid to be treated obtained in the step S20 in a standing tank to naturally separate oil from soup;
s40, carrying out three-phase separation on the materials prepared in the step S30 through a centrifugal machine to obtain crude oil;
s50, refining the crude oil obtained in the step S40 after filtering to obtain bovine bone marrow oil;
s60, adding sodium starch octenyl succinate, maltodextrin and water into the beef marrow oil obtained in the step S50, and emulsifying and blending in an emulsifying tank to obtain an emulsion;
and S70, feeding the emulsion obtained in the step S60 into a spray dryer for spray drying to obtain the beef marrow fat refined powder.
2. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil powder according to claim 1, wherein the step of putting the crushed bovine leg bones into a digester for bone marrow extraction comprises:
s201, adding the crushed corbel bones into a cooking pot, adding water with the weight ratio of 1-2 times of the corbel bones, preserving heat for 1-5 hours at 100-136 ℃ and discharging;
s202, adding water with the weight ratio of 0.5-1 times of the weight of the bracket bone into the material obtained in the step S201, and preserving heat for 1-2 h at 100-136 ℃.
3. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil fine powder according to claim 1, wherein in the step S30, the solution to be treated is left in a still pot for 30min to 2h.
4. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil fine powder according to claim 1, wherein the rotational speed of the centrifuge is controlled to be 5000/h to 7200 rpm, and the feed flow rate of the centrifuge is controlled to be 2T/h to 10T/h.
5. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil powder according to claim 1, wherein the step S50 specifically comprises:
filtering the crude oil obtained in the step S40 by a plate-frame filter and refining at the temperature of 101-120 ℃ to obtain the bovine bone marrow oil.
6. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil powder according to claim 1, wherein step S60 specifically comprises:
and (3) emulsifying the beef marrow oil obtained in the step (S50) in an emulsifying tank by adding water, shearing and emulsifying for 30 min-2 h after the beef marrow oil contains 50% -70% of the beef marrow oil, 18% -35% of sodium starch octenyl succinate and 10% -20% of maltodextrin.
7. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil concentrate according to claim 6, wherein the bovine bone marrow oil content is 60%, the sodium starch octenyl succinate content is 25%, and the maltodextrin content is 15%.
8. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil powder according to claim 6, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 45-70 ℃ in the step of shearing and emulsifying for 30 min-2 h.
9. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil fine powder according to claim 8, wherein the shearing and emulsifying time is 1h, and the shearing and emulsifying temperature is controlled at 60 ℃.
10. The method for preparing bovine bone marrow oil concentrate according to claim 1, wherein the spray dryer is operated under the following conditions: the inlet temperature of the spray dryer is 130-215 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray dryer is 80-108 ℃.
