Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum plastic films, and particularly relates to a coating, an aluminum plastic film and a lithium battery.
Background
At present, the lithium ion battery technology is mature, and is widely applied to the fields of 3C electronic products, power batteries, energy storage and the like, so that the lithium ion battery packaging material is in greater demand. In the field of lithium battery packaging, the packaging forms are mainly divided into three types at present: cylindrical, square, and soft pack. In the high-end products of 3C electronics such as mobile phones, the aluminum plastic film soft package has the advantages of light weight, safety and the like. In recent years, black aluminum plastic films are popular, on one hand, black matte presented by the black aluminum plastic films gives people a luxury feeling, on the other hand, the black aluminum plastic films present black with higher chromaticity, and further, blue, red, yellow or green light-colored characters, especially white characters, printed on the aluminum plastic films can be better highlighted, and the black aluminum plastic films have both surface character salience and color variability, so that the market share of the black aluminum plastic films is larger and larger. At present, the appearance of the black aluminum plastic film effect is mostly realized through the scheme design of a black layer and a dummy layer, and the working procedure is relatively complex. For example, after adding carbon black into an outer layer adhesive to design the adhesive into black glue, performing matte oil coating on the outermost layer, wherein the addition of the carbon black in the adhesive in the scheme easily causes obvious reduction of stripping force and has a certain influence on the performance of the outer layer; the other method is to coat black ink on the inner layer of the polyamide film, then compound, and finally coat a layer of matt oil on the outer layer of the polyamide film. In addition, the outer layer of the existing aluminum plastic film has no electrolyte resistant effect, and in the liquid injection process of manufacturing the soft package battery, the surface layer of the aluminum plastic film is easy to corrode when being dripped into electrolyte, so that the loss rate of a finished product is relatively high. Therefore, the existing black aluminum plastic film needs to be improved.

The inventor finds that when the weight ratio of the main resin is too small, the film forming property is poor, and when the weight ratio of the main resin is too large, the electrolyte resistance of a coating formed by the paint is reduced; when the weight ratio of the polyolefin modified polymer is too small, the electrolyte resistance of a coating formed by the coating is weak, and when the weight ratio of the polyolefin modified polymer is too large, the heat resistance is reduced; the weight ratio of the nanoscale pigment is too small, the hiding power is insufficient, the blackness is insufficient, the weight ratio of the nanoscale pigment is too large, and the coating wettability of the resin on the pigment is poor; when the weight ratio of the micron-sized filler is too small, the glossiness is higher, and when the weight ratio of the micron-sized filler is too large, the coating formed by the coating is grey and has insufficient blackness; when the weight ratio of the wetting dispersant is too small, the coating property on the pigment and filler is poor, the dispersibility is poor, and when the weight ratio of the wetting dispersant is too large, the overall viscosity of the coating is higher, and the coating leveling property is affected. Therefore, the coating formed by the coating with the weight ratio of the components simultaneously shows black and matte effects, and has excellent electrolyte resistance.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the particle size of the nanoscale pigment is no greater than 100nm. The inventors found that the particle size of the nano-sized pigment is too large, and the dispersion uniformity is poor. Therefore, the application adopts the nano-grade pigment with the grain diameter not more than 100nm, the dispersion is more uniform, and the formed coating has black, bright and uniform color.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the micron-sized filler has a particle size of 1 μm to 5 μm. The inventor finds that if the particle size of the micron-sized filler is too large, the dispersion is poor and sedimentation is easy to occur; the effect of surface smoothness cannot be achieved if the particle size of the micron-sized filler is too small. Therefore, the application adopts the micron-sized filler with the particle size of 1-5 mu m, and the formed coating simultaneously presents black and matte effects, and has black, bright and uniform color.

The coating 10 is formed by applying the above-described coating on the polyamide film layer 20. Therefore, the aluminum plastic film with black and matte effects can be prepared by adopting one-step process, and the aluminum plastic film is uniform and fine in color, good in electrolyte resistance and ageing resistance, and high in yield. It should be noted that the features and advantages described above for the coating are also applicable to the plastic-aluminum film, and are not described herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the thickness of the coating layer 10 is 0.5 μm to 10 μm. The inventors found that the coating 10 had too thick a thickness, and the coating adhesion was poor; the thickness of the coating 10 is too small, a sufficient blackness is not achieved, and the electrolyte resistance effect is poor. Therefore, the coating 10 with the thickness of 0.5-10 mu m is adopted, and the aluminum plastic film has uniform and fine color and luster and good electrolyte resistance and aging resistance. Further, the thickness of the polyamide film layer 20 is 15 μm to 30 μm; the thickness of the first adhesive layer 30 is 1 μm to 5 μm; the thickness of the aluminum foil layer 40 is 20 μm to 50 μm; the thickness of the second adhesive layer 50 is 1 μm to 5 μm; the thickness of the polypropylene film layer 60 is 30 μm to 80 μm.
