Referring to fig. 1-8, a push-pull rod 135 is fixedly connected to one side of the outer surfaces of the sliding plugs 132, the push-pull rod 135 is movably embedded in the fixed plug 133, the push-pull rod 135 is fixedly installed on one side of the outer surface of the collar 121, and the movement of the push-pull rod 135 drives the sliding plug 132 with a larger area to reciprocate, so that working fluid in an inner cavity is pressed and sprayed out, and the spraying area and the spraying speed are improved.
Principle of operation
The outside of the plug cylinders 13 at two sides in the figure is provided with a spray disk 14, one side is shown as an internal structural diagram, the other side is shown as an external structural diagram, the manual push rod 101 moves to a required spraying position, as the top of the chassis 1 is additionally provided with a liquid storage bin 4 with larger capacity and spraying equipment, a motor 6 is used as an auxiliary device to drive the hubs 10 to rotate, the output shaft of the motor 6 drives the two hubs 10 to rotate, simultaneously, the worm wheel 503 and the worm 504 meshed with each other drive the rotating rod 5 at the top to rotate, then the working solution in the liquid storage bin 4 is stirred, the setting of a plurality of stirring blades 502 strengthens the stirring force, the anti-sinking stirring roller 501 attached to the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 4 prevents the particulate matters in the pesticide from sinking, the particulate matters are stirred and scattered, the spraying device is a plug cylinder 13, the inside of the spraying disc 14 is connected to one end of the connecting outer tube 142 through a plurality of pipelines, the other ends of the plurality of pipelines are connected with the spray nozzles 141 for spraying working fluid, the position of the spraying disc 14 can be adjusted by sliding up and down the plug cylinder 13, the connecting position of the connecting outer tube 142 and the plug cylinder 13 is provided with a one-way valve, meanwhile, the connecting position of the suction tube 131 and the liquid storage bin 4 is also provided with a one-way valve, the one-way valve at one end of the suction tube 131 only realizes that the working fluid in the liquid storage bin 4 flows into the plug cylinder 13, the one-way valve at the position of the connecting outer tube 142 is only used for spraying the working fluid inside the plug cylinder 13 outwards through the nozzle 141, the working fluid inside the liquid storage bin 4 is pumped into the top of the fixed plug 133 through the suction tube 131 along with the upward movement of the push-pull rod 135, namely the inner cavity of the plug cylinder 13, the working fluid pumped into the plug cylinder 13 is sprayed onto the surface of crops through the connecting outer tube 142 and the nozzle 141 along with the downward movement of the push-pull rod 135, the power source for the upward and downward movement of the push-pull rod 135 is also a motor 6, the chuck 1001 drives the clamping teeth 902 to be mutually clamped along with the rotation of the hub 10 and the chuck 1001 along with the output shaft of the motor 6, The connecting rod 903 rotates, the connecting rod 903, the adjusting collar 901 and the rotating rod 11 rotate synchronously as a whole, then the rotating arm 112 is driven to swing along with the rotation of the rotating arm 111, the clamping block 122 at the top end of the rotating arm 112 is driven to slide reciprocally on the inner wall of the inner groove 134, then the push-pull rod 135 moves up and down, the auxiliary moving function, the working solution stirring function and the working solution spraying function of the spraying device by a single power source are realized, but the spraying device is convenient for farmers to use, and can be selectively sprayed according to the needs, so the pull rope 2 is arranged, the pull rope 2 comprises a steel rope and an external wire tube, the pull rope 2 is fixed on the push rod 101 through a binding belt, the fixed handle 103 is hinged with the adjusting handle 104 through a hinge, an elastic element is arranged in the fixed handle 103 and connected to one side of the adjusting handle 104, after the pressing of the adjusting handle 104 is released, the elastic element drives the adjusting handle 104 to reset, the elastic element can be a bending spring, the pull rope 2 is pulled to move along with the pressing of the adjusting handle 104, then the connecting bottom rope 201 at one end of the pull rope 2 is driven to pull the adjusting plate 8 to move towards the direction of the adjacent fixed U-shaped plate 7, a plurality of guide wheels 701 provide line guidance and angle adjustment for the pull rope 2, along with the movement of the adjusting plate 8, the adjusting collar 901 at the bottom is driven to slide on the connecting rod 903, the latch 902 is clamped into the chuck 1001, and then the rotating rod 11 is connected with the motor 6, so that the spraying working fluid is continuously pressed, and continuous reciprocating pressing is not needed.
