In this embodiment, the elastic inner tube 100 is used, so that the outer tube 200 can be an elastic bellows tube as compared to a conventional ordinary rigid bellows tube without elasticity.
Alternatively, the outer tube 200 may be made of elastic plastic or rubber.
In some embodiments, one end of the first flexible tube 110 is connected to the connecting structure 311, and the other end of the first flexible tube 110 is connected to one end of the inner tube body 120 through the first adapter 140; one end of the second telescopic tube 130 is connected to the other end of the inner tube body 120 through a second adaptor 150, and the other end of the second telescopic tube 130 is communicated with a water tank 400 in the cleaning robot.
Optionally, two ends of the first adaptor 140 may be respectively connected to the first telescopic tube 110 and the inner tube body 120 in an inserting manner, and two ends of the second adaptor 150 may be respectively connected to the second telescopic tube 130 and the inner tube body 120 in an inserting manner. Through adopting the mode of pegging graft, easy to assemble and dismantlement, simple structure connects reliably.
In this embodiment, the first flexible pipe body 110 may be spiral, and the portion of the first flexible pipe body 110 for connecting the two ends may be provided with a small straight pipe section for connecting with the first adapter 140 and the connecting structure 311 respectively; the second telescopic pipe 130 may be spiral, and a portion of each of the two ends of the second telescopic pipe 130 for connection may be provided with a small straight pipe section for connection with the second adaptor 150 and the water tank 400 of the cleaning robot, respectively. Through the arrangement of the first adapter 140 and the second adapter 150, the two ends of the inner tube body 120 are respectively connected with the first telescopic tube body 110 and the second telescopic tube body 130, so that the communication of a water supply pipeline is realized.
It should be noted that the cleaning robot includes the water tank 400, and the specific structure of the water tank 400 may refer to the structure of the water tank in the cleaning robot in the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment and is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, in some embodiments, the coupling assembly 300 further includes a first collar 320 and a second collar 330, the first collar 320 and the second collar 330 being disposed between the outer tube 200 and the fitting 310, respectively; the first and second collars 320, 330 are each rotatably engaged with the outer tube 200 such that the fitting 310 is adapted to be rotatable relative to the outer tube 200.
The rotation of the joint 310 can be achieved by the rotational engagement of the first and second collars 320, 330 with the outer tube 200, i.e., the first and second collars 320, 330 can rotate relative to the outer tube 200.
Optionally, in the connection assembly 300, one end of the connection structure 311 inside the joint 310 is movably connected to one end of the first flow channel 201, for example, one end of the first flow channel 201 may be inserted into the connection structure 311, and an outer side wall of the first flow channel 201 is rotatably engaged with an inner side wall of the connection structure 311, so that the connection structure 311 can rotate relative to the first flow channel 201. The other end of the connecting structure 311 and the inner tube 100 may be connected in an inserting manner, for example, the other end of the connecting structure 311 may be inserted into the inner tube 100; or may be attached by interference fit, adhesive, etc. Thus, when the joint 310 is rotated, the connecting structure 311 inside the joint is rotated with respect to the first flow, so that the problem of knotting of the pipeline is avoided.
In some embodiments, the first collar 320 is rotationally engaged with the outer tube 200, and the first collar 320 is snapped onto the fitting 310; the second clamping ring 330 is rotatably matched with the outer pipe 200, the second clamping ring 330 is positioned below the first clamping ring 320 and used for limiting the movement of the first clamping ring 320 along the axial direction of the outer pipe 200, and the outer side wall of the second clamping ring 330 is matched with the inner side wall of the joint 310.
The first clamping ring 320 and the second clamping ring 330 are respectively in rotating fit with the outer tube 200, the first clamping ring 320 is connected with the rotating joint 310 in a clamping mode, and the second clamping ring 330 is positioned below the first clamping ring 320 and can be used for limiting the movement of the first clamping ring 320 along the axial direction of the outer tube 200, for example, the first clamping ring 320 can be prevented from moving downwards along the axial direction.
In some embodiments, the joint 310 includes a connecting section 312 and a clamping section 313 protruding from one side of the connecting section 312, and the first clamping ring 320 and the second clamping ring 330 are disposed between the clamping section 313 and the outer tube 200; the peripheral surface of the outer edge of the first collar 320 is provided with a plurality of clamping protrusions 321 arranged at intervals, the clamping section 313 is provided with a clamping interface 3131 corresponding to the clamping protrusions 321, and the clamping protrusions 321 are clamped with the clamping interface 3131; the portion of outer tube 200 corresponding to clamping section 313 is provided with an annular groove 203, and a second collar 330 is provided in annular groove 203.
The connector 310 may be formed of two parts, i.e., a connecting section 312 and a clamping section 313, and the clamping section 313 may be a protruding boss, i.e., the outer diameter of the clamping section 313 may be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the connecting section 312, so as to facilitate the installation of the first and second collars 320 and 330. In order to realize the clamping connection between the first collar 320 and the connector 310, a plurality of clamping protrusions 321 may be disposed on the outer peripheral sidewall of the first collar 320, and clamping interfaces 3131 correspondingly matched with the clamping protrusions 321 are disposed on the clamping section 313 of the connector 310, so that the clamping connection between the first collar 320 and the connector 310 is realized through one-to-one matching clamping connection between the clamping protrusions 321 and the clamping interfaces 3131, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, and the connection structure 311 is reliable and does not hinder the rotation of the connector 310 and the first collar 320.
The second clamping ring 330 is located below the first clamping ring 320, when being installed, the first clamping ring 320 can be installed firstly, the clamping connection with the rotary joint 310 is realized through the clamping connection protrusion 321 of the first clamping ring 320, and then the second clamping ring 330 is installed, so that when the first clamping ring 320 moves downwards along the axial direction, the second clamping ring 330 can support the first clamping ring 320, namely, the axial direction of the first clamping ring 320 can be prevented from moving downwards by the arrangement of the second clamping ring 330, and the axial direction movement of the first clamping ring 320 can be limited. The second collar 330 may be mounted in such a manner that an annular groove 203 is provided at a portion of the outer tube 200, and the second collar 330 may be embedded in the annular groove 203, that is, the second collar 330 is provided between the annular groove 203 of the outer tube 200 and the clamping section 313 of the joint 310, an inner side surface of the second collar 330 is rotatably engaged with the annular groove 203, and an outer side surface of the second collar 330 is engaged with an inner wall of the clamping section 313 of the joint 310. The mode of installing the second clamping ring 330 by arranging the annular groove 203 on the outer tube 200 has simple structure, easy realization, convenient installation and disassembly and can avoid the up-and-down movement of the second clamping ring 330 along the axial direction.
Alternatively, the connecting section 312 and the clamping section 313 of the connector 310 may be integrally formed, that is, the connector 310 may be an integral structure, so that the integrity is good and the structure is reliable.
In some embodiments, the first collar 320 is an annular structure; the second collar 330 is in a C-shaped configuration.
Optionally, the second collar 330 may be made of an elastic material and have a C-shaped ring structure, so that the second collar 330 is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the first collar 320 is easy to adjust.
The first retainer ring 320 may be annular, for example, circular ring-shaped, such that the first retainer ring 320 and the outer tube 200 are not dropped off from the outer tube 200 after being sleeved, the plurality of clamping protrusions 321 on the outer circumferential surface of the first retainer ring 320 may be uniformly arranged around the outer sidewall thereof, and the number of the clamping interfaces 3131 of the clamping section 313 of the connector 310 is the same as the number of the clamping protrusions 321, such that when the first retainer ring 320 is mated with the connector 310, the plurality of clamping interfaces 3131 on the clamping section 313 of the connector 310 are in one-to-one clamping fit with the clamping protrusions 321 on the first retainer ring 320, thereby implementing the clamping between the first retainer ring 320 and the connector 310, and improving the strength of the connection structure 311 between the first retainer ring 320 and the connector 310.
In some embodiments, the water pipe assembly further comprises a locking sleeve 340, and the locking sleeve 340 is sleeved outside the outer pipe 200 and located at an end of the joint 310 facing away from the inner pipe 100. If the locking sleeve 340 is located at the upper end of the rotary joint 310, the stability of the installation and connection of the whole water pipe structure can be remarkably improved through the arrangement of the locking sleeve 340.
Optionally, a short connection pipe 350 may be inserted into one side end of the outer pipe 200, a second flow passage communicating with the first flow passage 201 is provided in the short connection pipe 350, and the short connection pipe 350 extends outward for connecting with other components such as a dirt absorbing structure. The locking sleeve 340 may be disposed outside an end of the outer tube 200, and a short connecting pipe 350 is disposed inside the outer tube 200 inside the locking sleeve 340. Through the arrangement of the locking sleeve 340, the connecting short pipe 350 and the outer pipe 200 can be connected more closely, and the stability of installation and connection is improved.
In some embodiments, the outer side wall of the outer tube 200 is provided with an annular boss 204, the joint 310 and the locking sleeve 340 are respectively disposed at the lower end and the upper end of the annular boss 204, the bottom end of the locking sleeve 340 is connected with the outer peripheral surface of the annular boss 204, and the top surface of the joint 310 abuts against the lower side surface of the annular boss 204.
The locking sleeve 340 and the annular boss 204 are engaged to prevent the joint 310 from falling off from the outer tube 200, and can limit the axial movement of the joint 310. The rotary joint 310 or the first clamping ring 320 can be prevented from moving upwards along the axial direction, such as by the arrangement of the annular boss 204 or the locking sleeve 340, and the limiting function is realized on the axial movement of the rotary joint 310 or the first clamping ring 320.
In some embodiments, the locking sleeve 340 is threadably engaged with the outer tube 200. For example, a screwing portion is disposed above the annular boss 204 of the outer tube 200, an external thread is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the screwing portion, an internal thread 341 engaged with the external thread is disposed on an inner side of the locking sleeve 340, and the locking sleeve 340 is in threaded connection with the screwing portion. Thus, the locking sleeve 340 is connected with the outer tube 200 in a threaded manner, so that the locking sleeve 340 is convenient to install and is also convenient to replace and maintain.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the inner tube 100 has a first channel 101 for the first fluid to flow through, two ends of the inner tube 100 are respectively connected to the connection structure 311 and the clean water outlet 401 of the water tank 400 in the cleaning robot, and the first channel 101 is in fluid communication with the clean water outlet 401.
Optionally, a spray head is disposed on one side of the outer pipe 200, the spray head is communicated with the first flow channel 201, and the clean water in the water tank 400 is sprayed out by the spray head through the clean water outlet 401, the first channel 101, the connecting structure 311 and the first flow channel 201.
In the inner pipe 100, the first stretchable pipe body 110, the inner pipe body 120, and the second stretchable pipe body 130 are sequentially connected, the first stretchable pipe body is connected to the connection structure 311 of the joint 310, and the second stretchable pipe body 130 is connected to the water tank 400. Specifically, the water tank 400 has a clean water outlet 401, and the second flexible tube 130 is connected to the clean water outlet 401 of the water tank 400; an opening may be provided in a side wall of the outer tube 200 at an end away from the water tank 400, and the opening may be used as a water jet, the water jet is communicated with the first flow channel 201 inside the outer tube 200, and a spray head or a nozzle may be provided at the water jet. Therefore, after flowing out through the clean water outlet 401, the clean water in the water tank 400 sequentially passes through the second telescopic tube body 130, the inner tube body 120, the first telescopic tube body 110, the connecting structure 311 and the first flow channel 201, and is sprayed out through the nozzle at the water spray opening, so that the cleaning of the product to be cleaned is realized.
In some embodiments, there is a second channel 202 between the outer wall of the inner tube 100 and the inner wall of the outer tube 200 for the passage of a second fluid; the water tank 400 in the cleaning robot has a sewage collecting part with which the second passage 202 is in waterway communication. Illustratively, the sewage collecting portion of the water tank 400 has a sewage port 402, one end of the outer pipe 200 is communicated with the sewage port 402, the other end of the outer pipe 200 is provided with a sewage suction structure, the sewage suction structure may be disposed at an end of the outer pipe 200 away from the water tank 400, and the sewage suction structure is communicated with the space between the outer pipe 200 and the inner pipe 100, i.e. the second channel 202, so that the sewage enters the second channel 202 after being sucked by the sewage suction structure and then enters the water tank 400 through the sewage port 402. Thereby, the sewage is sucked through the sewage suction structure, and then the sucked sewage passes through the second channel 202 and then enters the sewage receiving chamber of the water tank 400 through the sewage port 402. The specific structure of the dirt absorbing structure can refer to the prior art, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, a cleaning robot is also provided that includes a water tank 400 and the aforementioned water tube assembly in waterway communication with the water tank 400.
Alternatively, the cleaning robot may be a cloth washer, a floor washer, or the like, and the cleaning robot may include a handheld suction head or a brush head, or the like, and the embodiment is not limited to a specific type of the cleaning robot. Claims (10)

1. A water hose assembly, characterized in that the water hose assembly comprises: the connecting component comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe arranged inside the outer pipe and a connecting component for connecting the outer pipe and the inner pipe;
wherein the inner tube comprises at least a part of telescopic tube body, so that the inner tube can be telescopic along the length direction thereof;
the connecting assembly comprises a joint, the joint is sleeved on the outer side of the outer pipe, and the joint can rotate around the circumferential direction of the outer pipe;
the connector is internally provided with a connecting structure, a first flow channel for the circulation of a first fluid is arranged in the outer pipe, one end of the connecting structure is connected with one end of the first flow channel, the other end of the connecting structure is connected with one end of the inner pipe, and the connecting structure is rotatable relative to the first flow channel.
2. The water tube assembly of claim 1, wherein the connection assembly further comprises a first collar and a second collar, the first collar and the second collar being disposed between the outer tube and the fitting, respectively;
the first and second collars are each rotatably engaged with the outer tube such that the fitting is adapted to be rotatable relative to the outer tube.
3. The water hose assembly of claim 2, wherein the first collar is snap-fit to the fitting;
the second clamping ring is located below the first clamping ring and used for limiting the movement of the first clamping ring along the axis direction of the outer tube, and the outer side wall of the second clamping ring is matched with the inner side wall of the joint.
4. The water pipe assembly according to claim 3, wherein the joint comprises a connecting section and a clamping section convexly arranged on one side of the connecting section, and the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are arranged between the clamping section and the outer pipe;
the peripheral surface of the outer edge of the first clamping ring is provided with a plurality of clamping bulges which are arranged at intervals, the clamping section is provided with a clamping interface corresponding to the clamping bulges, and the clamping bulges are clamped with the clamping interface;
the outer tube is provided with an annular groove corresponding to the part of the clamping section, and the second clamping ring is arranged in the annular groove.
5. The water hose assembly of claim 2, wherein the first collar is of annular configuration;
the second clamping ring is of a C-shaped structure.
6. The water tube assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a locking sleeve, wherein the locking sleeve is sleeved outside the outer tube and located at one end of the joint facing away from the inner tube.

The water pipe assembly according to claim 6, wherein the outer side wall of the outer pipe is provided with an annular boss, the joint and the locking sleeve are respectively arranged at the lower end and the upper end of the annular boss, the bottom end of the locking sleeve is connected with the outer peripheral surface of the annular boss, and the top surface of the joint is abutted with the lower side surface of the annular boss;
and/or the locking sleeve is in threaded fit connection with the outer pipe.

The waterway assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the inner tube has a first channel for the first fluid to flow through, and both ends of the inner tube are respectively connected to the connection structure and the clean water outlet of the water tank of the cleaning robot, and the first channel is in flow communication with the clean water outlet.
9. The water tube assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a second channel for communicating a second fluid is provided between the outer wall of the inner tube and the inner wall of the outer tube; the first fluid is clear water, and the second fluid is sewage;
a water tank in the cleaning robot has a sewage collecting portion, and the second passage is in waterway communication with the sewage collecting portion.
10. A cleaning robot comprising a water tank and a water hose assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 in water communication with the water tank.
